This place is a whole fraud and scam. Had positive reviews from the maintenance of how clean my place was but as soon as we move during this pandemic and I need my deposit all of a sudden you find things wrong that were not there. Every landlord prior have always given me full returns on my deposit minus the pet fee. Complete scammers and I will be seeking legal counsel. Like previous people stated. If you want random people popping up with no notice, unable to reach for issues and overall incompetence then this is the place for you.Side note: if it would’ve allowed for zero stars I would have given them zero stars.

Great clean property. Great residents, great management team, reasonably priced. Good maintenance would highly recommend living on this property.

I am a current resident. Lots of problems. Mold in units, dont follow the rules they set fourth in there own lease. Use chemical bleach to try to get rid of mold(only makes it spread more. They think they can just enter you home without a least 24 hour notice as state law says but in the lease agreement i signed it says 48 hours. The maintenance people nock and enter without prior notice. My wife has been walked in on while getting out of the shower no notice of them entering our home. They have aloud registered sex afinders to move in next door to children because they failed to do a proper back ground check. If we wouldnt have found this out he would still be living here. The property manger has no clue what is going on around there. I went almost a month without heat or a/c. She had no idea about because shes clueless. Thanks and take my advice and stay away!

Quiet and friendly community and diverse,just need a garage and it will be perfect for any family.
