Staff is helpful and professional. Store is kept in good condition as far as cleanliness. There were some shelves that needed to be restocked but other than that its pretty good.

Not enough selection. Went in for taper candles for Christmas. Selection was severely slim. Two colors and two sizes. One would think a craft store would do better. This store is like a sampler platter...just a dabble of the popular items.

Has just about everything you could possible want. At a good price and coupons are worth the time getting out of Sundays paper. Could fine everything I was looking for. Easter here we come

I love art and love to draw. They are well stocked with art media.

Slow wait time. I ordered online for an in store pick up. It took fifteen minutes just to get someone to the frame area to assist me. There were no other customers ahead of me. This was after asking someone up front, and repeatedly pressing the assistance button. Thankfully, someone from the kids crafts cake and got my order for me. I buy online to pick up in store to save time (and sometimes more money), not to have to wait around forever like it’s Walmart. I gave three stars just because I like Michael’s stores as a whole, and when I walked in I was greeted. While I will continue to shop at Michael’s, I will NOT be visiting this store again.

I generally love this store but the last few times Ive been in there they dont have what I want.

Michaels is great if you catch sales or have coupons. Otherwise, they can be really expensive. I have learned to comparison shop and try not to impulse buy when Im there. So much stuff is calling my name, it can easily become a costly adventure. It is well organized and the staff is pleasant.

My daughters and I love this craft store there is always a project we can find on YouTube to try at home so we head down to our local Michaels to find everything we need its a great way for me to spend time with them and create some cool interesting art, as well as precious memories the staff is so helpful and also help me pick out the best materials for certain projects we choose to work on .

My wife enjoys shopping there, and were picking up last minute supplies for a wedding.

They used to be inexpensive but their prices have creeped up lately. Still like to look for a bargain and the store is well kept. I did notice they scaled way back on jewelry making stuff.

Michaels is a great craft & art type store; everything you need to make a home feel finished. It can be pricier than other places, but then those places would probably not have all under one roof. Their return policy is wonderful; 180 days. Its really good.

Very clean and organized location. Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of clearance items which was nice although that was the only thing that wasnt organized. Was easy to use my coupon on two purchases at the same time as well which I appreciated and they had a good deal of stock for the items I went for even though they were brand new.

Please train your employees better. They know nothing of the store in which they work.

Every time I go into this location they seem to be short staff if you need someone to assist you on the floor there is never anyone to help you. The manager demeanor comes off as rude and if you ask her for help or question she is very short. I like the one in peachtree city much better the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great prices for all my art supplies

Their signs listing sales were hanging in the wrong place so i wasnt able to get the supplies I needed. I called this to the management team I told her that the signs were misleading and she got an attitude and said if i wanted her to move them. I said I dont care if you move them or not that was up to her. She then said it wasnt her job to move signs that I should talk to her boss. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I love Michaels!! I paint so I get plenty of canvases and other art supplies from them, Im almost always able to pick up everything I need.

I wish they carried some student grade liquid watercolor, but they do have just about everything else.
