Awesome place to take the kiddos . My sons age 4 and 7 loved it and had a blast. Tickets are not expensive and refreshments and snacks are affordable as well

Going online and booking is a such quicker way of paying and doing all you need before you get there. We had sooooo much fun there! It was 6 of us and I believe we all really enjoyed ourselves even ya grown ups participated and had fun!!

Really awful place. On the weekends there is very little presence from employees to provide oversight. This results in free for all. Don’t bring your children here. Smells like a rotten egg.

My son and I visited today on a whim to check it out. I appreciate the parents pass being separate from regular admission! The staff were very kind and attentive! We had such a good time and will definitely visit again soon!

This is my second time coming to this establishment and as usual the family had a ball. The first time we came was for a birthday party and the host and staff was super friendly and very accommodating and professional. This visit was just a casual visit and it’s still living up to all the hype. From being greeted by the door by Shawn who was super knowledgeable in the prices and variety of packages they had to offer and very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is really great. Although fun is the main goal here they’re all about safety as well and they make sure everyone is having fun and being safe while doing so. A family fun environment. Worth every penny.

A zoo. Literally. And the children literally swing from the rafters. Is it safe? How safe is the jungle? Would you leave your kids alone in the jungle? Didnt think so.

We have memberships there and we go all the time. Theres been some bad reviews about how busy it is on Saturdays but it goes to show that people love it there. We avoid Saturdays were you have to share a table at times but every other day is fine and we totally get so more than our moneys worth out of the memberships. I love it because my kids can get exercise on rainy days. I goofed when i signed my kids up for the wrong memberships but they fixed it even though they could have told me it was against there policy.

We had a blast today! I did, however, find it kind of strange that this one staff member kept following us around as if my daughter and I needed super vision. Everywhere we went, he would follow. We got there just after they opened at 4 and they were still sweeping. Platforms were pulled back and moved in the way. They were mopping for some reason. Mop buckets were left in the middle of the walk way.. It was just very strange that they open at 4 and decide to clean the entire place while kids are running around trying to play.

Always good for the kids. They never get tired of the same things over and over. The food will stop a gap but dont expect it to be very tasty.Good place to make the kids burn excess energy.

I had a great experience coming to Urban Air for the first time. The staff was very kind and motivational. Molly a worker there was very helpful when it came down to any questions or concerns. She was a very kind and helpful employee and helped my experience at urban air be a success and I will be returning !

While the attractions are fun, the staffing is something to laugh at. The staff arent given whistles to use (of they are, they dont use them), the cafeteria is a joke, I had to wait 30 min for 6 wings, you dont really need to pay for the extra attractions because they dont really check your band, the staff look miserable and like they dont want to be there, there really isnt any attraction that is run well, the bathrooms are in terrible shape and need an upgrade despite the place only being open for a year or two. Admission is slow and somewhat confusing, there rally isnt any designated lines for any attraction, and there are kids ribbing all over the place just looking to run into each other.

I have read other comments. We came during the week as we homeschool and are way more flexible with time. That being said the staff was young as is the staff at Skyzone. This has a very different and cool atmosphere then skyzone. Both are good but this has a zipline on the ceiling that holds up to 600lbs. and you cant beat that. A bit pricey but the price is for all day Vs Skyzone with 1hr. slots. So, in the end it evens out because we stayed a long time. Addressing the no one at the front door making sure kids dont go out thing. Most places dont have that feature with the exception of Chuck E Cheeses and They cater to toddlers and little kids. You should be responsible for your own children. I highly recommend but would definitely say they can impprove in some areas.Update: Just had our childs birthday party here on a Wednesday March 6, 2019. It Was Ahmazing!!!! Love...love...loved it!!!! Found out they have great ways to save money to come and that they will have a summer camp here!! Sam the young gentleman who did our party was Great!! He even cut the cake and served...ladies he is a keeper!! Thank you Urban Air!! We WILL be back!!

Safe fun environment. I had plan to have my kids birthday party here, long story short life hit. The people here was so friendly and worked with me. Definitely a first choice for anything dealing with my kids! They have a blast every time we go.

So much fun for kids of all ages! Even my 2 year old was able to participate and play in the big playground area. Only knock for me is that there is zero security or anyone checking that kids dont run out or leave with the wrong people.

This was my family first time here. My 4 year old son loved this place. The pizza was good.

I gave it a 5 because of all there is to do. As far as concession is concerned it was a 2 at best. Soda machine had no coke. Cheese on the nachos was luke warm if that. Nachos were super salty. Zero ketchup in the house. Hot dog was luke warm and just barely completely cooked. Pizza looked like it was about 2 days old in the cabinet it was sitting in. Need to improve in that area. But the rest was good.

Was disappointed with my visit. The base bounce pass covers very little. Two adults with socks cost about 40$ I would recommend going to Sky zone where they charge you for the length you are there but can do like 90% of the stuff there.

This place is awesome. My grandson had a ball there. It is a lot more fun if they have somebody else to play with like siblings or a friend.. The people working there are just great. Young people but they really watch the kids and have fun. I will be going there a lot. Thumbs up and always clean...

They have teenagers completely running this place, staff not manning stations, not cooking food, just unorganized. We are here for my grandsons birthday and We waited 1/2 hour for someone to get to the VR station and 40 minutes and counting on 3 slices of pizza as Im typing this review as we wait with a very disappointed grandson as well.

My friend had a party yesterday and our host, Molly it think, was fantastic! if I have a party here I’d love to have her or someone like her! The park was clean and fun, pretty busy but it was a Friday night

We went for a birthday celebration and all the children loved it. It was not over crowded (for a Saturday) and they had things to do for children (at walking age) 1 & up. My daughter is 2 and I was surprised how much she loves to jump and be tossed around.

I took my 10 yr old granddaughter. I found that this place could be awesome. Older kids 12 to 14 maybe was just running wild. In areas they shouldnt be in. This place definitely needs more supervision. Please carefully watch your children if you go here.

The womens bathroom was terrible no toilet paper and no soap. The play part for the kids was fun we took a 6 and 10 year old for her birthday party and they had a great time staff was very helpful.

I took my kids ages 8, 11, 13, 14 to Urban Air on a Saturday recently. It was so much fun!! They all had a blast! There was so much to do that I was sure that we would be able to do it all in the 3 hour window I had planned. But, we didn’t get to so several things, so we are already planning another day to go back!! There were a lot of activities that the jump places we’ve been to haven’t had. It was very organized even though there were lots of people there! We can’t wait to go back!

Great idea, however if you would like your kids to be safe then do not bring them hear. Open doors at front of building leading to busy parking lot, ZERO staff at entry to control if kids come or go. ZERO control as to trampolines or obstacle course. The staff needs allot of help, someone will get hurt here due to the lack of attention from the staff / managementAnd to add to it as we left with children, the staff were smoking at the door

Its an amazing place and you cant beat the membership prices and benefits of having one. Staff is always friendly even when its slammed. Seriously the only way this place could be better is if they served beer for the adults.

I would never recommend them for birthday parties after our horrible experience it’s definitely wasn’t a “stress free party” I can say that much the whole time was nothing but stress coming from there end one mistake after there other and I still i was having to come up off more money! We pre ordered the pizza just as they ask but when we arrived the day of the party they tell me I never ordered pizza and clearly it was on my deposit slip so we not only didn’t get any food for none of the kids we were never even offered water witch was pose to come with the party package Just absolutely horrible service especially when your coming out off pocket near $400

The kids had a fantastic time, I took 5 kids age 12-13 years old. We purchased the ultimate package on last Saturday and signed all waivers online before arriving which made us stand in one line versus two. It was packed . It was a great place for the kids and the staff is exceptional. I observed how well mannered the staff is upbeat, patient and accommodating with guests. I was able to massage for a while in their chair and sit around the park while the kids enjoyed themselves. The kids enjoyed it even more as the crowds thinned out. We went late and were there until 11pm closing time .

We held our 5 year old’s birthday party here and the kids had SUCH a good time! So good in fact the next child insisted on having her birthday there too. The staff is the most courteous of any party play place I’ve ever met. They think through all your needs... supply socks, party tables, plates, utensils, napkins, and napkins..... a barrel for all shoes and excess clothing to securely hold while kids play, check up on you continuously and ensure you’re having a great time. The MOST pleasant and kind staff ever!!! This is the place to hold your child’s birthday party!!!

My kids (9,7,5) had an absolute blast. It was impossible to get them to leave they loved it so much. Take the kids, ware them out, you wont be sorry!

Always a great time for me and the kids! Park has a great variety of equipment, trampolines of all types, climbing walls, dodge ball court, warrior courses, VR game, and much more. Its always clean and the staff is friendly. A great place to play with the kids or relax in a massage chair while kids play!

Went for a birthday party. Employee did not greet me or guide me to the party room. Party host still served the pizza knowing the dough was not cooked all the way.

The kids have a wonderful time . The parent accommodations should be better. There is no WiFi (or never works ), parents seating very uncomfortable, and music is always blasting obnoxiously loud . I understand some music but with all the screaming the music makes it even louder.

Its great upon entry, but the no refund policy is ridiculous. I paid cash after registering my 5 yr old with the sales representative because the chip reader wasnt working at the sign in station.The rep rang me up for the incorrect package. The representative would no give a refund and informed me of the no refund policy.I asked for the manager who also informed me of the no refund policy and offered a coupon for the next time we visited. I declined. The representative was standing there and didnt accept responsibility for overcharging me for my 5 yr old. I paid $24.99 for a $8.99 package. Make sure when you go the person knows what they are doing and you pay attention as well.Needless to say we will not return.

Urban Air opened tonight for public safety and our families. The staff has the best customer service and enthusiasm I’ve seen in a long time! My family had a wonderful time and will def go back and spread the word! Def worth the money! Move over sky zone here comes Urban Air! Hands down no comparison to sky zone-Urban Air rocks!!!!

So we always come here and my 4 year old has always done the wall climbing but now today theyve changed the rules and thats no longer included with the 5 and under jump. There is absolutely no supervision, the employees let the kids do whatever they want. Definitely going to sky zone from now on!

We came for opening day and were quite pleased. There is more variety than other local trampoline parks and we were able to spend several hours fully entertained. Our two favorites were the Olympic trampolines and the Sky Rider. If you are coming just for trampolines, Sky Zone does have a larger general jump area, but Urban Air outdoes them in other attractions. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great place for a birthday party. This is the 4th time we have been to the Newnan location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Kids love all the activities and I love that we don’t have trash our house! Highly recommend this place for parties or to just wear your kids out !!

We took our Rally Team here on a field trip and it was AMAZING! The manager Scott and staff were very nice and professional throughout the whole process of planning and as we loaded the bus to leave! It was also clean!

I love the concept of this place and the fact that they have something for kids 6-13. However, the staff needs MAJOR help. The entire time I was there, not one whistle blew. Kids with filthy language (I’m not talking about a word slip but full out profanity, this should be a rule), lines not being maintained at the sky fly (I saw three collisions in 10 minutes on that platform, and over 17 people on said platform). In the ninja course section there were two staff members. Neither one watching the course, kids were having ball fights, jumping on one another, pushing much smaller children UNDER where no one saw them. I say this because not only did I get in to get my 7 year olds out from underneath a 13+ year but I pulled out three other small children throughout the afternoon. Let’s ask “Where were the parents?”. Too busy watching a football game on the flat screens to care if their kids were talking trash or at the bottom of a ball pit. The jousting area had NO one instructing or guiding kids how to play in a fun and safe way. I could keep going. There was one member of the staff doing his job well, and I hate I didn’t get his name but he worked the virtual game today. Trash cans were piled high, spilled drinks and waded up napkins left on every table. Not once was there an employee sanitizing tables! And I assure you the bathrooms were no better.

Paid for the most expensive package and was asked to leave after 3 hours because they got busy. Grandkids didnt even get to do everything I paid for. Staff was very rude about it as well. Had I known we would be kicked out, I never would have paid for the platinum package. Huge waste of money and I wont be back with my 8 grandkids.

This place is amazing... as soon as you walk in your are greeted with 2 amazing ladies that treat you like family and ensure that you are property guided. Shout out to Heidi and Kailee for keeping this customer for life!

Terrible. This place could be amazing, unfortunately for the kids, theres no refs for the dodgeball, nobody watching the obstacle courses so it becomes over crowded due to kids sitting in the ball pit keeping others from attempting the course.As said before, this place could be cool but not when its ran the way it is currently. Waste of money.

Manager should approach customers themself rather than sending an employee to tell a customer that kids under 1 have to have urban air socks and wristband to be on trampoline. Management needs to communicate with front desk about the policy for who needs to have a wrist brand and socks. I specifically asked if my 1 year olds needed them was told no then over an hour later approached by employee as manager watched on. When addressed the manager needs to learn how to speak to customer without sounding passive aggressive and also remember facial expressions and body language is very telling when you are speaking to customers. You get what you give and that manager came off very rude.

Kids loves this place better than skyzone

My son had a blast! I literally had to drag him out when it was time to go. He played on the trampolines, the tubes play ground, dodgeball, the battlebeam. He played his self out.

We went to Urban Air in Newnan GA as a family today and we were having a blast. Sadly I fell, out of my own clumsiness but the staff were very kind to me, helping me get out of the jungle gym and finding my family so I could sit down. I am a big girl so the staff were very friendly and ready to answer all of my questions and help when they thought they needed to. I will be going back there.

Poorly run business. First it took 18 minutes just to sign in one of there terminals which in not at all intuitive an I am a IT person. Had to get help 3 times and then the associate tells me the card reader does not work on this terminal. Once we finally got in we went to the snack bar and ordered fries and chicken fingers which took over 1/2 hr to get and were so terrible the kids tossed them away. I will say the kids had fun on the equipment but with price and all the hassle I will think twice about ever coming back to Urban Adventure in Newnan GA.

Urban air has it all! If you want to take the kiddos out for an amazing day/night and your on a tight budget, they make it possible. For ($30) or less per child or even adults you can keep them active and having fun all day/night and they will thank you for it, and ask to return often. By the time they get home, they are exhausted and will easily go to sleep, which then can give you and your significant other a chance for some much needed alone time, for some love or just rest of your own. Either way everyone will be happy at the end and your pocket books will have a little more left in it, which is an all around good “thang” LoL

We have visited several trampoline parks and not only did our children have a blast at Urban Air but Lee (the manager) and all the employees we encountered were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back soon for a fun day out!

Giving 3 stars because it was fun, but we saw a ton of employees standing around, talking, even playing on the trampolines when we wanted them to open the ninja course. The guy at the zipline was super nice & helpful though. Not sure it’s really worth what they charge as well. I think next time I’ll just stick to skyzone

This place is unorganized chaos!The pricing posted conflicts with actual prices.They ran out of hot food on a busy Saturday! Really!There is not a visible floor manager, it looks like it’s ran by teenagers.The cheese on the nachos was cold.They didn’t consistently sanitize the VR headsets.Some of the interactions were not 100% functioning.The activities appear to be safe. However the operations of this place is terrible!Six Sigma and PMP certified, for a living I work in process improvement. For starters this place needs to hire a better manager or managers! There should be an operations manager and a customer service manager. Both should be visible on the floor! I could go on and on but overall NEEDS IMPROVEMENT for sure! I will not be back nor will I recommend this place until some serious improvements have been made.

Wow, this place seemed so cool in theory. Its filthy, staff is rude when you find d one willing to talk. Out party host is 15 minutes late. We have two hours for our party. No socks brought to our party until 20 minutes after the party was supposed to start. Our tables are absolutely filthy.

This place is soooooo awesome and today I got to meet the owner and wonderful staff after attending the Glow Easter Egg Hunt which was tons of fun. The compassion and attention given from the staff truly made me love this place even more.My daughter fell in love with this place while attending a birthday party here a few months ago. She begged to have her birthday party here and due to funds being low, I was unable to commit to it. Well while attending the Glow Easter Egg Hunt(which was soooooo much fun), my daughter found a ton of winning eggs but amongst those eggs she won a free birthday party. Talk about elated. I was now able to give my daughter the birthday she wanted. The staff were just as excited as we were after finding out how hard we prayed for this. I literally jumped into Scott’s arms out of pure excitement and gratitude. This place truly cares about their customers and will go over and beyond to make sure you are happy.Today my heart is full. Thank you Scott and your wonderful staff for being absolutely amazing. I wish you business continued success. You’ve found a life long customer.P.S this place brings out the inner kid in me. I would so love an adult night here. Lol

This place is beyond unorganized. Ive never seen anything so bad. Theyre in serious need of more staff and maybe a manager or 3. I definitely would never return. They got my 170 today but never again.

My husband, son and I were one of the first five people in line for opening day and it was totally worth it. Urban Air is way better then sky zone! The staff at UA was awesome as well. We will definitely be coming back. Keep up the good work UA.
