This companies owner Timber Gym Sales in Newington Connecticut took $6900.00 back in May of 2020 for a Creative Play Thing Swing Set BUT and BEFORE I purchased this unit i said to him on the phone It is my Grand Daughters 1st birthday and need it to be on site by July 10th 2020 for the Children to enjoy and as it was a Gift form Nonnie. The owner said that was fine as it would be 8 to 10 weeks. July 8th 2020 I called to see what time he will be here and told me that the truck did not come in. He then told me to call representative Vito the sale representative for Creative Play Thing said Timber Gym Sales needed more units to fill the truck and I would not be getting the swing set. This owner of the Timber Gym Sale is a deceitful sales person that just wanted the sale and did not care about my Grand Daughters 1st Birthday. All he said he was so busy and blamed everyone else like me the customer and the Creative Plaything for the lack of customer personification. He offered me a bouncy house so the kids can play nose to nose with a highly contagious virus, ( what is wrong with this Guys thinking )? I ask his sale person on the phone and requested him to evaluate the grounds back on May 27,2020 . Today he called and asked if the ground was level, his staff never told him or he had a brain laps and forgot because we sent him the address on May 27,202 and he said he lost his phone and all information and ( is my problem?, this guy does not take any responsibility for his screw ups!!!!) I resent him the text with the date of the text and he still did not care. The then said he is crediting my Amex account . If you buy anything from company Timber Gyms Sale in Newington Connecticut, and you Really need to make sure everything he says is recorded or on paper as he will blame you for his screw upsSad to say not only did he offend my family he broke a lot of little children hearts that Day

I brought my almost one year old here. I love the idea of an indoor play space for the winter and Timbergyms has lots of big, fun and quality pieces to play on. The bounce house is especially fun! It was also helpful to have a designated spot for a snack break! Since my son is on the younger side, I will wait to return again in a year or two. There are several Fisher Price Style play places that were just his size like mini-houses, kitchens and even a tool desk but no toys to go with them. There also were a few things that could have used new batteries, a professional cleaning or a complete replacement. I think this is a great place for kids ages 3-10 but for younger kids the price just doesnt match the experience. There isnt enough to do for young kids to need an unlimited timeframe. I love the convenience of open play and will definitely visit when my son is older. The staff member present was also very friendly!

Timber Gyms came to my house yesterday after being given very short notice on their end. Clint, the owner, was extremely professional, experienced, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to review the best location to built the swing set and had it done very quickly. I hear people complain about prices of swing sets, but you do get what you pay for. I would strongly recommend Timber Gyms! Thank you for going out of your way for my install!!Tim G

Me and my kids loved it awesome place for toddlers

We had my son’s birthday party here today. I will have another party here. They were amazing. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a party. You can’t beat the price for what you get and they do literally everything for you. I was widowed less than a year ago so the thought of a birthday party was a big anxiety for me. They took all of the anxiety out. Adults relax and take pictures while the staff takes care of everything. The kids all had a blast with every activity. I definitely think this is the best place in the area.

Brought my 3 year old as we were considering having a birthday party here this winter. Im really glad we visited before booking.I dont think anything has been cleaned in years. Piles of dust and dirt on the equipment, floor, dried up spilled drinks on play kitchen.I would not feel comfortable serving food here. Missing hand rails on equipment.Staff busy watching YouTube videos entire time we were there. Bounce house has zero lighting, very dark.Reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because my toddler enjoyed it, but the slides were too big for her and scared her. I definitely dont think this is all ages friendly, more like 5-10 year olds.

Lack of customer service is the reason for this 1 star rating. Have been trying to get our set tuned up for the last 3 years and the response is youre on the list and were in your area, should be soon No follow ups, no organization. Last time we called we were told the manager would call us back in a few minutes...nothing. When you buy a product and part of that purchase is the maintenance they promise to perform for you, there is an expectation that that service will actually be performed and in a timely manner.

Excellent price point, unlimited open play. Only possible issue would be no division between age groups. Safe environment and plenty of things to keep kids entertained.

Clever idea to advertise products by turning a store into kids playarea. The space itself should be refurbished or at least professionally cleaned and given new lick of paint. The toilet should definitely be entirely upgraded. Plenty of parking space and friendly and very helpful staff.

My 3yo loves this place. Unlimited play in an indoor playground. Great staff, good price. Lots of fun in a safe, indoor environment.

My nephew had his 4th birthday party here. And all the kids loved it. The owner was amazing with the children.

Love TimberGyms! Birthday parties and free play here are great for the kids. The staff is very helpful and understanding, they really do a good job of keeping things safe and moving along.

Had a birthday party there, the host were amazing. I literally did nothing and they took care of everything.

If whether is not good to take kids out, this is THE place you should go for. Pack some nice food for you and your kiddies and go
