Completely gorgeous space and great professional experience! Kelsy was super responsive and worked with us to bring our clients custom floral installation vision to life while respecting the historic architecture. The light is exquisite. Ive already booked an entire weekend there to host more family shoots!ETA: Just hosted another full weekend there and the experience was flawless! Clients are so impressed by the space and the area. I absolutely loved working in this space for portrait work! Myself, a makeup artist, and 2 models worked in the studio for a day and there was plenty of room for each of us to work comfortably in/move around. Theres tons of natural light (windows on 3 sides of the space), and the decor, architecture, and ambiance are absolutely stunning - sleek modern fixtures are balanced with gritty details from the older building to make it feel cozy enough that you want to just move right in. Theres lots of furniture, but its easy to move everything around to create a more open space. Ill for sure be back soon!

This past weekend, I had my first session at The NBPT Studio. I shot a branding session for a local barber/stylist/girlboss on Sunday morning with a half-day rental. Setting the space aside for a moment, every detail of the rental experience is incredibly well-thought out. I didn’t find myself once wondering how to do something (like unlock the door or control the Sonos) or where to find something. As for the space itself, I mean, where to begin. Contained within the 1000 s.f. are seemingly unlimited pockets of light and unique and interesting places to shoot. With the morning sun firing through the east-facing windows, and ricocheting around the white-washed floors and bright walls, just enveloped the entire room in this even and beautifully diffused light. I was able to move my client effortlessly around the studio and shoot consistent images throughout which drastically cut my post-production time. I was thrilled with the entire experience and can’t wait to create there again. Thanks, Kelsy!

This space is magic! I booked for a 1/2 morning photography session and was not disappointed. The morning light was beautiful. The space offered everything we could have needed for the shoot and the images are beautiful. The Who experience was very easy and effortless logistically. I highly recommend.

The Newburyport Studio is a wonderful for any creative needs! I hosted an entire day of portraits and never ran out of new spots to capture. The light was wonderful and the decor was neutral so it could really work for so many different styles.It was conveniently located, easy to find and had great amenities (A/C on HOT days was perfect) the WiFi worked well and the sound system made the day fun!I loved it so much there that I quickly booked a session to have my own headshots taken there! I will be back, many, many more times!

As a photographer I have always looked for a studio space that has beautiful natural light, and neutral tones. Most locations didnt have character, just white walls.NBPT Studio has the most beautiful window light, and so much character that allows for so many different backdrops in just one room.I could not have dreamt up a better location for my shoots. A photographers dream.

The overall experience working with the studio from booking to hosting a photo shoot to wrapping up was top notch - I felt so taken care of + set up for my day there. The Newburyport Studio is a charming, adaptable, and inspiring place to host a photoshoot. Its antique location provides the studio with charming details such as its iconic arched windows and exposed brick. Kelsys creative vision allows for the space to evolve into whatever you need it to be. All furniture is lightweight or on wheels. You can also find a portable double-sided backdrop that can be used for headshots or product photos. The icing on the cake with this space is the natural light, especially during golden hour. Great light, great space in a beautiful town. This is a really nice corner studio with high ceiling and both east and north exposure. Great design touches with wonderfully textured walls and arched windows. Everything you may need but with lots of open room.

This is an absolutely beautiful space for a photoshoot! Many separate areas provide different backdrops and props, and you can get multiple looks all in one day. There is a large wooden table in the main space, a sleek white table with conference chairs in a smaller room off the side, a leather couch with coffee table, and a swing chair, offering many areas for different photos. It was very easy and seamless to book and to get into the space with a personalized code, and everything was perfect upon walking in. It was also easy to park right outside on the street, even though its on the adorable main street with plenty of restaurants and things to do right outside the door as well. Highly recommend using this space for a photoshoot.

Kelsy is a talent in her own right and brings so much character to the space. The rental rates are very reasonable for the access, location and amenities you get. I am so excited to do more shoots there with my fellow creatives! Its a true gem in downtown Newburyport.
