Never Needed to Go to Michaels.Decided on a Business Experiment.Was There 2 Days. Yesterday and Today.And the Service there Was UNBELIEVABLE.I Shattered my Femural Shaft and the Help Is Much Appreciated.I Plan to Check Michaels More Often because of the 2 Young women the first day and today I was getting Advice from someone who used the machine I bought. Thats better than any review.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A great place for anyone who loves crafting. Amazing selection of DIY for kids and adults. Bought lots of Christmas crafts for the kiddies to make for gift giving.

Clean and organized store. Big parking lot in the plaza also many of registers open. Store is following social distance and sanitizing the carts to have it ready for you to use. Based on my experience shopping at this location it is 100% recommended.

Curbside service will never do again. Made to wait for over 30 minutes while cashier displayed a lack of customer service. One cashier made to work while another walked around with her head in the clouds. Will never shop at the Newburgh location again. Manager nowhere to be found. Rather pay delivery than being treated as invisible. Good help is hard to find. Manager needs to be replaced.

I get all of my crafting needs at Michaels. No matter what Im making, I know they will have the necessary supplies.I find a lot of items, that are very helpful, while I get my house organized. They are even a great place to get your gift shopping done, no matter the occasion.

Kristin is an amazing associate, I came in trying to repeat a project I had already done. The store was out of the material I had used last time and they didn’t have any more, but I explained what I was trying to do and she tried to problem solve how I could do it with another material or way. She even went as far as to inquire with an associate in framing to see if they had something similar. After coming to the conclusion on what I could use we both said thanks and went our separate ways. When I went to grab the new material she was there trying to find and see if there was more hidden somewhere or making sure the other item would work. Best associate at the store, incredibly nice and hard worker.

On the day I was there they were pretty short handed. Other than that they have a good variety of craft items to choose from and beautiful holiday decorations for sale.

This is my favorite Michaels in the area. Its seems to be the biggest location and they always have plenty stock of each item. They also seem to carry more items then stores nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The checkout process is always quick and I rarely have to wait.

Their curbside pickup option is abysmal. I placed my order almost 24 hours ago and its still not ready. When I called to inquire about the order status I was told I could always come in and shop for it, which really defeats the purpose. Almost every store has a curbside option now and no one else seems to have these issues.

Went there to use as a UPS shipping location, friendly fast service.

For me, Michaels is for last minute, can not wait to ship, items or for clearance prices. Otherwise, the service is hit or miss, and their selection is limited.

It had pencils and good paper, but didnt not have Windsor/Newton markers in stock and no Copic marker sets.

I have to be honest. I normally go to the one in Middletown and will do that from now on. Going there today, it looked as if the place was going out of business. There was scarcely anything on the shelves or in the correct place. Price tags werent on the things I needed, and definitely not as much available as Middletown.

I love this store chain. This visit was odd due to the rudeness of the employee I dealt with.She was rude and had one heck of an attitude because I said that signing for this would be saying I received my order. However my order wasnt completely so I refused to sign for it. My signature constitutes receipt of my order. Seeing how I did NOT receive my order I wasnt signing. She neither understood that nor was polite.This was my first experience with rudeness on this level ever at this chain. I frequent the Poughkeepsie and Middletown, NY locations more than this one in Newburgh,NY. However I am going to return to this location, in the hopes it was a isolated event.I LOVEEEEE this store!!!

Wont ever waste time shopping here again. Figure a place that sells frames would have an 8.5x12 but nope. They have 8.5x11 and 8.5x13 and even 8.5x10 but nope 8.5x12 does not exist here unless you spend $50+ to have a custom frame made.... Though I did pick up a cute dragon plush... Cant go wrong with dragon merch.

Could not get anyone to help me find what I was looking for. After asking (3) different employees who all said they didnt know I left the store & went to Joanns, (only a few door away) & they were very nice & helpful.

I almost always find what Im looking for here and Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff is courteous, kind and friendly and always more than willing to help me out. The line never gets too long and it quick and convenient and close to home.

Michaels always has an amazing assortment of fun items I dont even know that I wanted, until I see them. I usually end up with an overfull cart and an eagerness to begin projects. My only concern is that I never am able to find employees to ask where items are. Customers try to help each other. Oh, also many items dont have prices so I just end up putting them down.

I go here ALL the time!! The cashiers are always great with finding coupons if you dont have yours. The reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because you can almost NEVER find a sales rep on the sales floor if you have a question of need help

Its my go to store. The closest arts and craft store. I must say they are stocked with supplies. Wish they had a bigger selection on their crafting machines. Also the staff should be a little more knowledgeable. Glue dots? One should know what that is and where they are located.

I believe this might have been one of the best Michaels Ive been to. Found the grommets I had been looking for that they did not have at the Michaels near me. Fully stocked, and lots to choose from. Clean, organized, and signs overhead to help direct you.

The store had a really good deal on some frames I needed but the prices here are generally expensive. Good for when you need high quality art supplies on short notice, but otherwise I would opt for online options. To their credit, their quality is generally higher than what is available online.

They were in the middle of a floor set was trying to look for Halloween products and it was all over the front end of the store. Oh, and their seasonal wreaths ridiculously expensive considering (while very pretty) I can make them myself.
