Visited mid-August and had a wonderful time. Theyve always had outdoor seating so social distancing was not an issue. Wines were as delicious as we remember them from our last visit. Yes, we keep coming back, for a reason. We love the wine, the view, the people. You cant ask for anything more.

The friendly staff makes this intimate social distancing tasting experience all the better. Individual attention really gives you a chance to ask questions and make buying decisions. Great job Penner-Ash. I look forward to sharing your wines in AZ.

My fiancé and I came here for my birthday and it is now one of our favorite wineries! Amazing service, beautiful views and wonderful wines. Our host gave us a few extra samples which made our experience that much better. We will definitely be recommending Penner-Ash to our friends and will be coming here again!

Great property, friendly staff, and an amazing view. Visited during the off-season, but still a worthwhile stop even though it looks tailored for a better summer experience.Ended up buying a case because we loved 4/6 wines provided on the tasting menu.

Great selection of wine with a variety of grapes sourced throughout the Willamette Valley. Great source of wine for all types of wine drinkers. Theyre currently reservation only with the reopening of the area. Location and scenery were breath taking, highly recommend a visit.

One of the best patio views in the Willamette Valley. Wines were good with a nice flight for tasting. The two tasting bars did get a little clogged with people just hanging around sipping but luckily about 1/2 way through our tasting one of the hosts started going around the patio to pour. After the tasting I inquired about the Syrah (not on the tasting flight) and was bluntly told there was none to taste but I could buy a whole bottle. I was then informed that they dont ship to Ohio which was odd because Ive had at least 4 other OR wineries ship there.Overall a good visit but you wont find me running back to buy a case of untasted wine.

Best tasting wine on our tour. It was a perfect ending to a wonderful day. Nice wines, beautiful views and, even though it was crowded, we got plenty of attention. It was a bit pricier for the tasting than some of the other places, but well worth it. Beautiful views.

One of the best views from the wineries I visited! Also the best staff, so friendly, welcoming and kind. Multiple times someone stopped to check in on me and educate me on the wines and vineyards. Toward the end of my visit, the tasting room practically cleared out and I got to wine geek out with the employees, talking about personal favorite wines, recommendations for other visits and industry knowledge. Im looking forward to coming back soon!

Loved the wine and view here. It was a bit chill due to the rain. So bring a light jacket even if its summer time just in case. Got the roseo and Aegrina Vineyard pinot noir.

The wine is very nice, but the estate is overwhelmingly beautiful! The view is unparalleled in the area, taking your breath away. I wish that there was more food offerings, as wine tastings can be difficult without food. Sometimes they have special events where they serve food, and they are packed! A must visit!

Very friendly and genuine staff, kudos to Ashley who was incredibly helpful in finding a wine from a particular vintage to celebrate my wifes and my anniversary. Wines are very well made, with the usual array of Pinot Noirs along with Rieslings and an incredible Syrah. Great views. My only complaint which prevented me from rating P-A 5 stars is their tasting fee is quite steep ($25) yielding less than generous pours, depending on whos filling your glass. Still highly recommended.

At some point wines start seeming the same when youre touring Oregon wine country. Stop at penner ash to hit the refresh button on your senses. Take a nice picnic, enjoy the scenery and re-awaken for the rest of your winery tour.
