I live in this mobile home park. Been here for 12years. Nice people as neighbors. Buy your own house and rent property you live on. Very convenient to stores like Fred Meyers and many fast food restaurants. Close to the new bypass

Large park with small lots but kept up. A few newer homes but mostly older.

Large lots, extra parking for guests,nice community center and swimming pool.
