If you are a event based company or any Hotel in America wanting to supply your personal marketing of your business to your customer, then this is a fantastic idea. Imagine your a 4 or 5 star hotel and have in your lobby a personalized charging station that is advertising your restaurant, lounge or special events. The person using the station would be more apt to use your restaurant than to make reservations else where. Imagine your a Las Vegas Casino. People using your charging station would be leaning toward seeing the magic show you were advertising or one of your other shows or fine dining. What they see sticks in their head.

This is our second time ordering from incharged and we are always blown away with the customer service and response time. We recently needed a unit in short notice and they provided next day delivery.

InChargeds customer service is phenomenal. I had our intern put in the wrong address on the form and not catch it in time leaving us stuck with the station delivered to the wrong place. InCharged went above and beyond and stayed on the phone with UPS for 3 hours then when we realized UPS would not help they overnighted a station that made it to our event just in time. Its rare to find a company that cares and does whatever it takes for their customers even when the error is not their fault.

Product as advertised. Great customer service, answers all questions within the hour. Products are easy to assemble and use.

As an employee of Audible, my phone is one of the items I use most during my day. We are around the office 6 out of 8+ hours each day and leaving my phone at my desk is seldom an option. Audible purchased a few InCharged standing units several months ago and not only do I use it, but at times there is only 1 or 2 free cables for me to plug in because of the heavy traffic it brings from my coworkers. Its amazing what an extra 20min charge can bring while in a meeting or at a hosted event, and these units have come through for us each time. Sometimes the creative team will run slideshows, videos or branded logos for various events which brings each of us a break to stop, watch and recharge during our busy day. I look forward to our expansion because these stations are definitely a must and Im looking forward to seeing and using more of them around the office!
