I came in to inquire about the price for framing a signed photographic print I had ordered. It turns out their price was cheaper than three other custom framing shops within the Tribeca area. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and offered great customer service. They acknowledged and greeted me once I entered the store. They were super helpful in providing me with different options for framing my poster. They helped me to choose which option would work and look best. We decided that having the dark brown wood frame with a black mat with a v-groove and light grey mat to tie into the colors of the print would be the best option. They even sold me on the Museum Glass, which is super cool since you cant even see that there is glass. It just looks so good. Im super happy I found a place that is affordable, offers great quality frames and customer service! I highly recommend Cloud Gallery. I will be back!!!

Came here last week to get my friends birthday gift framed. I brought in six photos and the person working there helped me arrange it into a collage. I honestly wasnt sure what kind of frame I wanted but with his advice I decided on a really cute rose wood frame. Also I recommend getting the museum glass because the clarity is so much better. The overall experience was really pleasant and efficient, plus I got a 25% discount because its the holidays. Not sure when will be the next time I need something framed, but when I do Ill definitely come back.

I came in to get my college degree framed. Its been two years since Ive been wanting to get it framed. I wasnt sure what type of frame or mat I wanted. The person helping me (Fana) showed me a variety of wooden frames that were modern, sophisticated, and chic. She helped me narrow it down, but even then I still couldnt decide. She gave me her expert opinion based on where I was going to hang it and what type of furniture I had around. With her help, I narrowed it down to the winner frame. At first I was going to frame it with only one mat, but when she showed me how double matting would look I knew I had to go with it. I picked a beige (one shade darker than the degree) and red mat. They even offered me a 10% discount - one of the promotions they have for getting a diploma framed. It turned out amazing! It looked way better than what I had originally thought. I was super happy and proud to have taken it home and hang it on my wall. Superior customer service. Convenient location (Tribeca - by World Trade Center). Affordable Price. Fast Turnaround. Five Stars! I would highly recommend anyone needing something to be framed to get it done with Cloud Gallery - definitely worth the time and trip.

Great place to work with. I worked with Samuel on some framing work and he was truly a pleasure to work throughout the process. In addition he and his colleague went above and beyond to hand deliver our items to our company. I highly recommend Cloud Gallery to anyone seeking framing and the other services they offer!

Did not go in the place. The storefront is small. The place looks like a print shop that prints custom sized pictures with custom frames. Will find out more details next time there.

It says shop open at 9:00AM. It’s post 9 and shop is closed.. why mislead people?
