Before this theater was shut down again, Went to see Tenet in IMAX. This theater has a true 15/70mm IMAX screen, the seats are comfortable but don’t recline and biggest screen I’d ever seen. It was amazing experience with fresh popcorn and great customer service. Only thing is that this IMAX theater changed into a digital IMAX with Laser projection. It’s still amazing but it won’t be the same experience without 15/70mm IMAX film projector.

Regal New Roc IMAX & RPX movie theater is pretty decent. Over all good experience. You do feel a different vibe compare to other movie theaters. It’s a little different but it can also be better. Compare to other movie theaters, this one is not that bad. They have comfortable seats that’s reclines and dark movie theaters. Another plus plus of this movie theater is the location it’s in and all the fun activity you can do. You can literally spend a whole day here doing things. They have parking in this location and restaurants to eat. Enjoy.

A great place to go to see movies. The IMAX screen is fantastic. The concession stand has some really good selections of food and snacks.

The Regal New Roc theatre holds some of my earliest memories of any movie watching experience and it would be great if others could be given an even better version of what I had. I watched my first Harry Potter movie in 2011 there after being invited by a friend who really wanted me to come. I went there more often over the years with friends, family and even strangers.There is an open room with high ceilings that contain the movie showing lists as well as the ticket booth and the movie snacks zone. This is very convienient. However prices of the snacks can be a bit expensive if you arent enitrely prepared to spend a little more on food.This place never really seemed be packed wth people which made lines shorter. I believe such an atmosphere can create a dull expeirence for moviegoers. Im definitely docking two stars for that. The physical locaion of the theatre is already nested too far away from the main street. They could improve customer patronage by redesigning the path leading to the theatre and the shop front itself in a more interesting way.

Hidden gem! I live in a location where its an hour from the city or an hour from New Roc City. I choose this place all the time because less crowded, clean, and seats are all recliner. One of my favorite places!

Love the modernization of the place. Prices are really HIGH here. And lets not mention the concessions!!! Lol. I always enjoy myself here! This place gets really crowded. I prefer going to earlier shows to avoid this.

I forgot how much I liked this theater. Seating is spacious and extremely comfortable in the 4D show. Concessions are not outrageous, theaters and bathrooms are clean, staff are polite and efficient, and its quiet during off days and hours. Even the building itself is very well maintained.

I really liked this theater. The reclining seats are super comfortable and spacious. Ive read horrifying comments about mice in the theater, so happy I didnt experience that during my visit and I hope I never do!

I really like this movie theater. The restrooms are very cleaned and maintained. The lady at guest services was very professional. The service or food station took a really long time though. I waited for more than 10 minutes to get to the cashier then another 5 to get what I ordered. The food is really over priced $3 for a bottle of water(small) but the environment in the cinema was great. Lots of room and recliners.

Think you have had a great movie experience before, try IMAX at New Roc. The screen is over 2 and half stories high! Incredible cinematic experience. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is the seating experience, chairs dont recline, if they did I would give them a 7 star ☆ if possible.

New Roc is one of my favorite spots. When visiting my family I always make sure to come here. The movie theater is clean and they are always playing the newest movies. The IMAX theater is great and you can even eat and play games in the surrounding area

This site is in a great location with parking garage, shopping and eating near by. The place is clean but not spotless. Nothing off putting. Seats are comfortable but some of the chairs fail to recline. They should test chairs and fix them as soon as it is known they dont work as that is a feature they advertise. Other wise sound was great and the picture quality was on point. I will be here again and again.

My favorite Movie theater experience. About to go see the next Star Wars movie there this weekend. Cant wait to go check it out in RPX always have a good time at this theater no problems. Highly recommended

Shazam was cool not great but cool

Used to love going to this theatre until this past Saturday. It was awful! We showed up for a 7pm showing and everything was fine until we were an hour into the film and the fire alarm went off. We evacuated and waited for a while until they finally said that showings before 9pm would not continue. We got vouchers. Came back for a 10:40 showing and the film had no sound. Spoke to somebody and it was fixed. 20 minutes before the movie ended the screen went black. No picture but there was sound. Took a while to get fixed and some people walked out. That night was not their best. Not sure if I will be returning.

This is one of the best Movie theaters in New York. Its normally quiet, clean and organized. But lately there have been kids/teens to go to the movies to solely play with their phones, have a chat, and take photos of each other with the FLASH on. Ive tried to call them out on that but the awful behavior resumed within 5 mins. There should be SOMEONE from the Theater supervising to keep these people under control and prevent these bad experiences from happening. I wouldnt mind paying more money for a better supervising system. Sincerely, someone trying to enjoy the movie.

Mice were having track practice in the aisles. Up and down jumping the steps, I couldnt even watch the movie. The MGR gave me 2 free movie passes. I made it clear I will not be coming here again. Ive never seen anything like this before. Mice all over the place doing whatever they wanted.

This movie house is clean and the theatres are pretty big. The chairs are reclining and laid back and the people at the consession stand are so nice. They also honor movie pass - you can see 1 movie a day with it.

There are mice in the theater.Nothing like sitting in a movie theater and watching a mouse crawl along the edge of the wall 20 feet from you.The parking is plentiful but dont make a mistake with the parking meter or you will be fined. Define includes a trip to New Rochelle Court.If you can find a movie theater elsewhere youre probably better off.

Great service!The popcorn was great and the recliner chairs are a nice bonus.AND if service isnt so great they will make up for it!I went to see a movie and on this particular trip the theater was a bit colder than usual. now I know it can get cold and always recommend to bring a sweater, but it was a little colder than usual, probably because it was 18° outside that day. anyways they were nice enough to apologize and give everyone a complementary return ticket to come back and see any movie for free.Now thats service!

One thing I like about this theater is that its not very crowded. Its a great place to take your friends or family. The interior is actually quite spacious. There is a lot of space around the snack line and arcade area and the theater hallway is really wide.When I was watching a movie, spotted a scratch smack in the middle of the movie screen. Maybe others did not notice it, but it disturbed me a lot as I watched Frozen 2.The new reclining chairs are comfortable and spacious. However we realized my sisters chair was broken and did not recline while everyone elses chair was fine.

Place affordable to watch a movie. I always say they need to lower pricing to make more people come, and they definitely realized it. So if you are family, you will spend a fortune. Took no time to get in, took too long to get the popcorn and snacks. Will definitely come back.

Apple Bees, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza, BbQ rib spot, Ramen noodle spot, and a Diner on the corner. So you can definitely make a day of it. There are also Games and other entertainment right in New Roc. For underaged children they must be accompanied by an adult. For the Avid movie enthusiasts Regal now offers a Monthly pass for 23.99 a month. Go to the Google or Apple store to Download. Its a really fun great place. Very secure, a Hotel is also on the Premises, pricing competitive for the upscale surrounding accommodations.

This is the 2and time weve been to the theater in 2 weeks. Hubby and saw Bad Boys 2 weeks ago in the 4DX theater (Roller coaster ride, water spraying from the ceiling, and air blowing from the seats. We had a great time. Then last night we went to see a free showing of Harriet Tubman which, the movie was awesome (We got tickets on Regal app, there is another showing Feb 11th). I like New Roc IMAX theater and usually take our son to this theater but I was shocked to see a mouse running around the theater while we were watching the movie. That was a little crazy. Theater 3 New Roc, lets call the rodent police. I really do not want to have to start going to another theater.

Ugh! The theatre was filthy. I had to go speak with a manager because no one cleaned the theatre after the last movie that was shown and it was filthy. The screen wasnt even on as if they had totally forgotten about that theatre. THEN...while watching the movie a MOUSE ran down the stairs! Yes a mouse. I was so disappointed with Regal

Its normally a great theater, but we went to see 1917, and there was no surround sound, we even told an employee at the beginning of the movie, but it never got fixed. So well be going somewhere else to see and get the full experience.

I saw Bad boys for life in 4dx and this was an awsome experience. This was my first time with my friends and the movie was perfect for it. If you havent tried 4dx give it a try at least once. Worth the money

Great seats, clean. They only ever have about 2 people working concession & it is a nightmare to order anything. Bring your own snacks or give yourself 20 min to buy snacks because everyone online is apparently ordering 1 of each item from the menu & only 1 or 2 people working concession. Doesnt matter the time of day, no one is ever working in the 2 or 3 concession stands available.

Honestly this is the best movie theater in Westchester. Its clean the seats are comfortable they are also except Atom app. I live in Westchester and this is the best theater

Saw Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in IMAX.The commute is so easy from my house; not even 20 mins away! The movie theatre is conveniently located among various stores and restaurants! New Roc City is such a nice city for dining and shopping and hanging out with family and friends.

Always a great place to go. Alzo the fun zome and restaurants near by make it a complete outing in a small area.

The lines for concessions are entirely too long and for no reason. 2 out of 8 registers open on a Sunday is poor management. And the backside concessions have never been open to my recollection so why are they even there? Regal needs to get someone in here that will get this location up to snuffUpdate: added a Star, went back and looks like new carpets and cleaner overall. More concessions open on the day we went and everyone was friendly and attentive. Thanks, Regal.

Has a very good experience at Regal. Ordered online, got inside in a minute and sat to watch the movie. The whole room had less than 4 people inside Very cool. It is time for me to start coming to the theaters more.

I would like to change the 4 star to a 5 . A friend and I went to see It 2 He had a problem with the steps due to problem with his legs. I went back to the box office explained the situation and was accommodated without a problem.New Roc is a place to take the family, hang out with friends, or even enjoy date night. They have fun zone, bowling miniature golf etc. Places to eat inside, outside, and around New Roc.

Always love this theatre and going early I was able to beat the crowds that can be overwhelming sometime. Wish there was some sort of parking validation with your movie ticket. But very clean and fresh food!

I havent been there in yrs. Friendly staff, the line at the concession stand moved pretty fast. Bathrooms were very clean. Seats were comfortable. Over all a great experience.

Love this theater, the reclining seats and the cleanliness. This has been my familys theater of choice for many years.

Never got to see movie. Everyone had to leave bldg after emergency alarms sounded. No clear person in charge. Crowd was orderly. Young staff did good job at trying to keep people informed(after a while). Sad those of us who was in theater just before movie started had to be issued vouchers to return another time along with those who were in the middle of their movie. At the cost of popcorn and other food items along with parking there is a lot to be said for NETFLIX

Our Tuesday movie favorite. My hubby especially likes the stadium seats. Great screens & audio systems.

Clean seats, clean bathrooms, quick and friendly concession stand, multiple movie choices, plenty of parking, all wheelchair accessible.

Good ambience, great reclining seats. The theater is great and deserves 5 stars.Parking is tricky and one has to walk a distance from the covered parking lot. Construction works surrounding the parking lot makes it difficult to drive around.

I recommend ordering movie tickets online and select seating. I went without buying the tickets and they were sold out. So I had to watch a different movie.

They have gotten so much better over the years. The seats are comfortable. You can lay back and relax. The best times to go is during the week obviously if you dont like crowds. The temperature is right. Its not freezing cold like other theaters. Like most movies the snacks are over priced but hey, at least the concessions stand lines move fast

Kids and I always have a good time. Yesterday we saw Harley Quinn..the only thing that bugged me was the guy turning my bag upside down when I presented my tickets.

Has mice be careful! I went to watch Malificent yesterday and there were mice in the theater running around. We moved our seats because my daughter wanted to continue the movie, only to find mice on the other side as well. I went and spoke to the manager and they acted as if it was common. They asked me if I wanted to go back in WTF! Please do something about this. Customers pay to watch a movie in peace. It shouldn’t be our responsibility to look after rodents. Disgusting!

Great place to watch any movie you want, lines for snacks are a little to long and only two cashiers are open at all times. great reclining seats that are very comfortable. If you are looking for a nice movie theater, you found your place

Great customer service Glynndon was Great he told us the specials/deals of the day and made general conversation while getting the order ready. he is the true definition of what customer seevice is.

Overall a very nice theater the seats were extremely comfy. Only had an issue with the theater, when I went it wasnt cleaned up and there was trash everywhere. Luckily it wasnt too bad but I could imagine it could be worse if the movie before was packed. Personnel nitpick but the screen was smaller than expected

Theater was beautiful and very clean. I went to the restroom during the movie and the bathrooms were running out of paper and a bit messy. Went again once the movie ended and the bathrooms were damn near spotless. That was pretty impressive. The seats were comfortable and clean. The servers at the concession stands were also nice. Only complaint was there should have been more staff this weekend since it was opening weekend for Avengers. We wanted food but there wasnt a person or enough people to make it which would have taken more than 20 mins and we would have been so into the movie and probably forgot.

Its nice but to get my rewards points they always tell me to do it myself cuz their system is down. I always get the same answer, is it coincidence? Nah, it is not. If I knew how to do it I would not ask them for their help.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD! Ive come here a lot. I love this theater. Its near by lots of great restaurants. However tonight when I went to see the Dark Phoenix, I decided to get food at the theater. Big mistake. I got chicken tenders and fries which I waited a long time to get after I had already paid for them. I get to my seat, began to eat. The chicken was not hot, just warm. The fries are hard as rock. After a few bites of the chicken I decided to not eat it anymore. The movie ends and I make my way to my car and I begin to feel sick. Ive been throwing up for about 2 hours now. The food must have been sitting out and gone bad. Never again will I get food here.

My family and I have been coming here since 2015 and its always great. Even our support animal is welcome inside. Overall a great experience, food is great (my brother is a fan of the mozzarella sticks) and the nachos and slushies are always my go-to. We will continue coming here for sure

The comfort of the theaters is great, but the prices at concession are outrageous. Almost $7 for a regular bag of doritos with a bit of warm cheese. About $5 for the small coke. The theater is kept clean but on several occasions the people have been loud and obnoxious. Talking to the screen, calling across the theater and such. I prefer to go mid week or matinees. Their are less people so the movies are more enjoyable.

Love this theater, best part reclining chairs! Would recommend anyone in the area to go to the Regal New Roc. My only issue was that I had to return my bucket of popcorn for excessive salt. They obliged and issued me a new bucket salt-free with extra butter.

Saw IT2... Its was gr8 space in between seating area. Seats go all the way back.. Sleep mode if you want

Great theater. Comfy recliner seats feel like sitting in my couch at home. Sound effects are awesome. Just what you would expect from a movie theater. Never had any bad experience with the staff there. Overall, very satisfied and will defn go back again.

A little pricey for an RPX ticket but with a cast and cane I needed extra room. Luxe seating, lots of room. Really comfy seats. Like being in a recliner at home.

Normally go to another movie theatre and I come to this one thinking it was going to be a great experience and though it is a great staff, the other customers who are horrible parents and the children they failed at raising ruins it for the rest of us, a fight almost started in a movie then another group of young future offenders tried to start a fight with an old man in a cane.... Never again coming to this ratchet place, Alamo Drafthouse is the best theatre up here.

The theaters were remodeled about a bit over a year ago so now theres reserved seating, as well as nice comfortable reclining automatic chairs. You no longer have to worry about showing up late and not being able to find seats. The concession stands are slow and there are often missing items. There are multiple lines that take a while to dissipate. The automated ticket stands help alleviate the foot traffic for purchasing tickets. There is a small arcade area, and decent bathrooms. The theaters do not smell, unlike others, and it is big enough to accommodate plenty of patrons. My go to place when I actually go to the movies.

Omg!!!! Jumanji 4D was the BEST. Thank you to the managers MaryBeth and Oliver for this wonderful experience, my family and I had an awesome and unforgettable time. To all my friends and family, yall need to go to this theater and experience this 4D they have now... I promise youll be happy you did!!

Great theater to see a movie, BUT can we talk about the concession stand. Regal New Rochelle, if you want to know what it will take to get a 5 star review, dont make me stand 30 minutes for popcorn! Just moved to the area, and this is my third time at this theater and every time its 20 to 30 minute wait. Maybe we should just go to a different location.

I freaking love this theater people are professional and friendly plus they still run old movies from last year and new the only downside with regal New roc theater it is a bit overpriced at least AMC is willing to charge you a lot less for the tickets or food so if you have the money to afford this theater by all means go for it but it wont be my everyday go to theater place AMC is a better choice but other than thatthis is the perfect place if youre a tourist or youre celebrating a holiday or special occasion this theater also supports 3D movies which is freaking awesome they also have a arcade place right next to this theater but thats pretty much all I can say for now

My son loves it here. They have a good selection of fast food and theres an arcade and bowling alley next door if the kids need to keep the party going.

Always a good time at this theatre. I go here regularly. When a popular movie comes out, obviously go a bit early if you plan on getting snacks. Seats are great and the reserved seating with fandango helps.

I use to love this theater but my recent experience here was terrible....Went to go see Rise of the Skywalker. First lets start off some guy who checks bags, whom has NEVER been there before, doesnt let the ticket lady even finish telling us where the theater is when he goes for my bag....Then at the concession I ask the lady about the star wars collectable combos and in the NASTIEST tone she tells me how its sold out and if I had wanted one I shouldve came sooner.Last I checked theres no need to get nasty I asked a simple question. We go to the theater and its not clean yet so we are told to wait, and we go in only to find THEY DID NOT CLEAN A DAMN THING. MY seat and my fathers seats were dirty and we had to clean them off. And their bathrooms are nasty. I really dont think Ill be coming here again.

I went to Watch Star Wars in 4DX and I was the Coolest Experience I Ever Experience in A Movie Theatre. You Should Really Try 4DX and See For Your Self.
