Today I had a great experience! The workers were really cool. Especially the girl at the register, Asia, who helped me and my friend out. Great customer service overall by her!! Really nice girl and very helpful. People like her and the guy that retrieved the ball twice after me and my friend accidentally bounced it over the net are what make an experience go from good to great.

Just celebrated my sons 7th Birthday today and everyone had such an amazing time from the children to the parents. Some parents joined in the jumping and enjoyed watching the kids do the Junior Warrior obstacle. Parents also felt relaxed and safe. Our party hostess was excellent, attentive, and friendly. We all arrived earlier than we should have but it worked out well because check in time can be lengthy. We arrived at 11:10am and by the time we completed the check in process, it was 11:50am and our party started at 12pm. Pizza was great and hot and all was well organized. Not one single complaint here. Great job Sky Zone!!!!!! We are all looking forward to returning soon and even considering an adult party

Don’t get fooled by the pictures on google, there is no bumping cars or Game room.In addition to having rules designed to pull money out of you. Stay away!!

The staff really doesn’t care, We noticed locker number 108 in front of the sock desk opened on it’s own with someone else’s belongings in it. We contacted the staff and were told not to worry about it if it wasn’t our locker. The courses are a mess, people entering from the exit. Overpriced, I paid $57 for two kids. Dont think I’m coming back

Great place for kids. I think the party packages are a bit much (price wise) nevertheless the kids always have great fun. We had unlimited play time for about three hours. Upstairs in a separate area we were provided with 2 pizza pies and 2 pitchers of soda. And they provided a shirt for the bday girl and sky zone water bottles for each child.I would give 4 stars for that.I will give 1 star for the safety of the kids.Not sure if security is inside of the establishment or not but when your group time is up security should handle guests who dont want to leave not the poor staff members. The staff members are young they shouldnt have to deal with being hit by a customer.People and staff were fighting and the poor kids were running. We dod our part to ensure the safety of our kids. But corporate for SkY Zone has to figure out a better way to orchestrate un cooperative patrons.

Went here this past weekend (9-19-2020) for a party. Loved the social distancing requirements and it wasnt overbooked.

Great activity for kids and young adults.However, music (more like fuzzy noise) was way too loud, drowning out even the safely announcements that were mostly unheard and ignored.

I got to skyzone at 7:30 I was supposed to jump in skyzone at 8:00pm. The workers would not make people leave when they time was up & they would let them add an hour to jump while other people was waiting to come in . Me & the people I was with ended up leaving at 9:30 because they close at 10 & we still wasn’t able to come in because it was to many people inside of skyzone . So I ended up getting a refund, waisting my time standing on that line & never even getting to jump.

Great time and experience the kids enjoy it very much and that’s all that matters.

I’ve been calling for DAYS trying to find out how to book for a large party voicemail full and no one ever picks up. You’d think at a time when businesses are suffering folks would be more attentive. Don’t wanna risk taking 15 kids here and not being able to be accommodated. Shame my review is based on a lack of attention to a standard business practice and not the actual service.

Staff is extremely rude. No practicing social distancing and people take off their masks, nobody is supervising to make sure they are wearing masks. Cdc must visit this location asap

I had SO much fun here! Brought my little brother and he had a blast. The place is definitely fun for children but it’s just as awesome for all ages. Definitely a challenge.

Looks fun for the kids a lot smaller then one would think but the kids seem to enjoy the activities and the high flying trampolines. Admission is $22.00 for 60 minutes and $32 for 120 minutes. Standard food choice of pizza, hot dog, fountain drinks and candy. You can bring your own birthday cake and they will keep it refrigerated for you. The plus side is there is an excessive amount of staff which is excellent.

Been here many times. I jumped at least once. On one occasion two young kids in my party were harassed and assaulted by a much bigger and older child. The bully took advantage of an unsupervised area and I arrived as it was thankfully coming to an end. Sky Zone was receptive to a Survey I filled out and granted my family and friends a free session.The place itself is good and well designed. It I designed to make money so unless you are having a birthday party for your child I recommend buying lunch elsewhere beforehand and bringing your own water. Otherwise expect to pay a premium for snacks and food.If your child has gymnastics or cheerleading skills this is a fun place to practice and have fun.There are different sections for trampoline and American ninja courses as well as basketball, balance and gladiator pit.Sanitize after your visit because everyone sweats a lot.Great location near a movie theater, restaurants like Applebee’s, and an arcade with bowling.Parking sucks because it is not free and a hassle.This place gets crowded but Monday to Thursday is less so.It has bathrooms.Make sure you keep an eye on your children from the eagles nest like party area. Safety comes first!!!!

This SkyZone is very well kept. The bathrooms are really clean. The staff is also very welcoming. It’s a lot of young workers you would’ve thought they hate the place but seems like they enjoying working there. I would only suggest more drinking options!

+ much larger than it felt when I walked in- missing some popular features I have seen at other trampoline parks+ staff very friendly, helpful, and engaged- the admission for two children for two hours on a rainy Sunday afternoon (brought our own socks) almost killed me: $64- one dodge ball field reserved for birthday parties- moderate wait at check in and for warrior course+ nice elevated bridge/lounge from which parents have a good view of the whole placeBottomline: probably smaller footprint than other Sky Zones because of higher rents in a mall in downtown New Rochelle. Admission feels very pricey.

It was ok, my son enjoy sky zone. He love to play dodgeball and basketball. The place should be better if the people that goes put their garbage in place. Even do the workers continue picking it up, while customers keep messing it up. The bathroom where actually clean. I just hope it doesnt get worse.

My kids want to come back... so it has to be good.There was a very long line on a Saturday. If we go back it wont be during the weekends.

Had a paid reservation for ten people and was told there was a 30 minute wait, while smaller parties were allowed in. I had to speak to a manager and argue my point in order to be admitted and was told the manager did me a favor to let me in. The cashier was rude and had an attitude. The obstacle course was closed and only opened as we were leaving. Will not be coming back here again.

This sky zone is good, but there are some downsides. On certain days, like the weekends, it gets way too packed to where there are lines to even get into any section in the park and they won’t let you on until 10 minute interval is over. Otherwise, food is good and it is fun.

Not all parts of Sky zone are open at all times. Possibly because It’s understaffed. Employees spend more time dancing than watching the kids & adults. My son had a lot of fun, but hurt his back doing flips. Another kid was hurt even worse.

Staff is awesomely pleasant and totally understanding to kids needs/desires while at a trampoline park. Chantalle is amazing, so full of smiles! The place itself is really clean and spacious. The upstairs viewing area is great when you go with multiple kids, you can see the entire park. Definitely recommend. Not a cheap activity but definitely worth it to tire the kiddos out & have a great time.

Very fun place. I dont understand why they have to wait until 9pm to start the glow park when the place is in doors. The glow effect would work just as fine anytime of day and I didnt like having to take my kids home at 12am. There arent enough lockers for everyone and the lockers were made to only fit sneaker, they didnt consider that in the winter people would have coats also. Besides that it was fun and enjoyable.

Really enjoyed the birthday party we attended. The service was great the pizza was good and although i wasnt the host it truly seemed like a low stress way to have a kids party (which we all know can be stressful). The party attendant was really useful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to have any kind of group get together.

The service here was amazing. I first walked in and filled out a waiver for me and my brothers. The process was digital on the computers. Inside they have various obstacles which made it less boring. There were also arcades and waiting areas. This is a great place for a fun time.

Fun venue but incorrect info on their website and also communicated by their call center which made our trip very disappointing.I called and checked the website before heading over from Queens to ensure my 6 year old would be able to participate in the junior warrior challenge with us. The person I spoke with confirmed 6 was the minimum age, as did the website for this specific location.When we arrived, he was kicked out of the attraction without explanation and walked away upset. I was right behind him and asked her what happened. She explained to me that the minimum age was 7. I then told her everything I had done prior to our arrival and she stood there expressionless and didn’t respond.I then asked for a manager and spoke with her. She was really sweet and was the only staff member I encountered that appeared to have any knowledge/training on customer service, but she still couldn’t fix our problem. I told her about the website and she said she called them and would let them know about the site. 2 days later it still hasn’t been updated.Train your staff. Not even a smile or explanation at the check-in window. No safety talk. No service, just took my money.I don’t like the way they do their business so will be taking my children and money elsewhere.

We went to a birthday party held there and it was great! The kids enjoyed the time tumbling and the food. The adults enjoyed chatting and taking pictures. It was clean and spacious and the staff was courteous. The only downside was not enough seating for having the meal. Either the kids or us had to stand while eating even though we had a table.

It is really fun but easy to be injured I had one problem with the cashier because one of them was sexist because my sister wanted change and she asked him and he was like oh here you go but when I asked he was like no I dont give out change. And It wasnt that he didnt have after i told my sister and he gave it to her like really man. But overall its fun

Crazy & wild place to bring the kids.

SAFETY IS NOT IMPORTANT HERE.I took my 2 year old here for their Toddler Time back in April of this year. I had a less than great experience due to several safety hazards at this establishment. I went online and asked that someone contact me about my concerns which they did. During my first visit I told them that their large cavity with “caution” tape around the parameter was a major concern for me with lots of toddlers walking and running around (some toddlers who clearly just learned how to walk and were not stable). I told management that they needed a safer solution for blocking off the space especially since it sits at the bottom of ramp toddlers run down.Fast forward 4 months to today: I decide to give this place another try, but to my disappointment the same safety hazard was there even months later. They hadn’t bothered to fill the space or even install a safer way to block the cavity in the floor. Beside being appalled, I’m angered at the negligence this establishment has with their lack of making safety their number one priority. If you’re offering a Toddler Time then you need to have a safe environment for children of this age group. At the prices they charge ($25 not including the price of their required socks for parent + toddler for 1hr) safety should not be something I need to worry about when I bring my toddler someplace like this for a fun outing.BOTTOM LINE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENTS, ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL CHILDREN.

Great place, make sure you sign the weaver on the computers before wasting your time in line just to be sent back like we did lmaoo. They prices vary depending on how long you wanna stay. We got 1 hour passes for 5 people for 80 dollars. They give you a colored wrist band and when your times up theyll say everyone with (your color bracelet) needs to leave the trampoline zone. Youre also timed in each trampoline zone before they tell you to move on to a next one. The obstacle course will leave you in pain the next day lmaoo so if you dont frequently exercise, I dont recommend it. They have food and drinks and a small place to eat. They have about five or six arcade games in the back and a tiny ball pit for toddlers. They have lockers (which you have to buy separately) for you to put your stuff. Also you have to buy socks there. I recommend you wear comfy clothes and minimum jewelry. Have fun dudes!

This is my first time being here and I came with both my daughters, niece and nephews. It’s a big place for kids to burn off energy and just have fun. The wait wasn’t bad at all to get in or buy tickets. Staff was friendly and very polite. For it being my first time here the kids are having a blast & we will be back.

This place is a kids fun house and some parents nightmare depending on the volume of ppl there. Its overcrowded with with next to no place to sit during high volumes. Locker are available, but mostly full all of the time. Getting a seat or locker during high volumes is like getting a miracle. Because this place is smaller than the average SKYZONE, expect lines for certain things like obstacle courses and dodgeball. Food and beverages are sold here. Water is $2.99 for 16.9 FL oz and slushies are cheaper. Overall I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here during high peak hours. If u can travel for a better experience with more open space do it.

Kids had fun. But was full on Thanksgiving weekend. Little seating for parents or those needing to eat as space was booked for birthday parties. After waiting 30 minutes plus online for food, frozen pizzas heated up in an oven were ok. Drinks were terrible. Note to self is just not to come on a holiday/ weekend. And to avoid eating there is possible.

Wonderful,The kids face theirs challanges and did not give up.Skyzone encouraged them to never give up even when you fall.The children need these types of skills to use in real life and day to day obstacles. LOVE IT HERE.

Took a few kids here between the ages of 14 and 5 years old. All of them truly loved it and had a great time. I would recommend this place to any parent with kids

First of all it’s dirty in there and it looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. Second of all the workers are not really good. They don’t really care. While playing I hurt my neck doing a flip they stared at me... Worst of all the trampolines are bad and they don’t have bounce.
