Salespeople are awesome. Colleen, the manager, goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and product knowledge. She even called me to tell me that the sewing machine I had purchased the day before went on sale and to bring in my receipt for a $50.00 refund. NEVER had that happen before. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They do not get aggravated and and answer any and all questions I have. No complaints on my end. 5 stars all day. Happy shopping!

I love Michaels for the store that they are and the things that they carry. I got a new planner that I love. I did not love waiting in line 25 min for the only cashier, despite the fact that the manager was up there twice. They need to hire more staff.

Great customer service. Located my online coupons after transaction completed. No problem. A return was done, coupons used and out the door with a have a good day. Good selection of signs available.

So much to choose from! Staff very helpful and courteous. I needed a new frame and matting for a poem that was important to my husband. The lady who helped me was amazing...she went out of her way and cut the matting herself instead of making me come back the next day. It turned out beautifully..and he loves it!

I went online looking for an item that stated it was in stock at the store. I got to the store, and it was not on the shelf. I asked for help and the guy said it wasnt in the store and he was going to edit the stock to show there wasnt any. I asked him when there would be more, and he said he had no idea. I asked if I could order it and have it shipped to the store, and he became very rude and acted as if I was annoying him. I went to Hobby Lobby and found it there. Not shopping at that Michaels location ever again (or at least until they fire that rude guy).

I love Michaels. I could live in that store. They have such great crafts and ideas to share. Let you imagination go and be surprised what you can create.

They were completely out of all gel pens and had an extremely low stock on the ones that were in stock? This shouldnt happen when a product gets low in supply it should be ordered before running out completely and this is why you do inventory! To make sure the customer doesnt have to be inconvenienced by the product they need or want to buy, being out of stock! This is common sense and the most basic of all business practices the law of supply and demand must also consider the law of must have product in order to sell product to customer thus inventory is done to get an exact number of how many items are on hand to sell and how many more need to be ordered so we dont run out!! Simple and easy so why is it that there are never any different gel pens ordered and why are you always out of them? Its a shame that such a large and predominant company such as Michaels would have such a poor and really sad amount of inventory of an item that is so easily and usually well stocked and with a very large number of choices it seems like there should be a very large variety of type of pen to ink colors and travel cases etc.

Michaels consistently carries all of our crafting needs and accessories. This location has a large selection of customas well as crafts in crafting accessories. The employees here were helpful and there is plenty of parking making it easy to get in and out of this location.

I just drove 35 minutes to get to this store because it says its ipsen until 9pm online, and they closed at 7. Might be helpful to update your hours during this pandemic.

My favorite craft store. Much better organized and up to date then the old Hobby Lobby store in the area. The various areas are well identified, items needed are easy to find, staff is friendly a d helpful.

They had the rare 5 round cookie cutter (that the other 6 huge chain stores didnt have) that my boss desperately needed at 7pm Now I know to check Michaels 1st! Besides having a ton of cool craft items, their prices were really good too! Only suggestion would be to widen the store aisles bc you can not even pass another person with a shopping cart...have to back up and let the other cart out or walk around and enter the same aisle from the other side if the person/cart isnt moving. I wont even get into all the stuff you hit in the narrow aisles...

If you love arts and crafts, you will love Michaels. They have everything you can think off.

It seems that everytime I go into hobby lobby they never have what I want. I end up circling back to MICHAELS and get the items I was looking for. Good for MICHAELS! The heck with the other store.

Great new store, glad they are more local and convenient for my kids and I. The store had everything I needed, only downside to my visit was not many workers on the floor when I needed help, and one of the employees in framing, younger girl was not very helpful or friendly. My over all experience was still decent and I found what I needed on my own. Ill defiantly be back for my kids.

The new Michaels is huge and has anything you can think of. I was able to get immediate assistance from an employee who actually walked with me all the way to the product I was looking for instead of trying to explain to me where it was. Made my trip fast so I was able to get in and out. I so appreciated that!

We all hate the last minute Christmas shopping but we all do it. This Michaels was my last stop and a helpful staff helped me find exactly what I needed and the nice ladies at the register made check out a breeze. This is a new one and they brought their A game.

Pretty big, great selection of thread and crochet supplies. Metric tons if Christmas stuff. Was pretty crowded when we arrived, though. Ended up waiting in line for a while, but it was a Saturday afternoon. Weekdays are probably less crowded.

Did not find what I was looking for. Michaels had wonderful sales and stocked.

Its a newer Michaels store but a disappointing selection. It was very difficult to find a certain kind of yarn it was messy with it unorganized and mixed with different yarn that shouldnt have been in that section. The items that did get it rang up double the price it shouldve been with the guy helping he said it was the price but he wasnt telling the truth because he said the correct price in a different part of the store. Would rather drive an extra ten minutes to hobby lobby this place is disappointing the store is new looked clean but everything else about the trinity Michaels store was unpleasant.

The new store I went into was a little bit on the crowded side but it was over the Christmas holiday break that I went in to visit this new store. They were close to my house at first, but moved down way down the street and it was a rainy night. Still it was a pleasant experience. I found what I needed, got in and got out.

Much smaller than our Port Richey store. Its new and pretty in there. Definitely they have updated the checkout process.

The store was over all a nice place, very clean and had lots of amazing deals. But it was very unprofessional that the lady in the back, in framing were on their phone when I needed assistance. Finally when I got their attention she was just over all unfriendly and at that point I just left. Not the stores fault, just unsatisfied with the customer service in the back.

This Michaels is a welcome addition to the area. It just seems to have some growing pains at the moment. The feature areas up front werent well stocked. The main problem is that the entire yarn area was completely obstructed with unattended boxes and pallets. I nearly got hurt trying to reach an item for another customer. Meanwhile, employees just seemed happy go lucky and joked about the situation. Another shopper and I couldnt locate whether the store carried Vannas choice yarn or not. Another woman shopping with her older mother kept getting stuck or blocked in and had difficulty turning around with her walker.I have a larger Christmas project in mind but walked away empty handed twice from this store. For crafters, walking away empty handed from a craft store is nearly blasphemy.Overall, they have a great array of supplies and kids could create their hearts out. However, for those of us who tried to shop the entire back quarter of the store, it wasnt possible.

Great sale on artificial Christmas trees. Really nice selection. Lots of great home decor for the Christmas holiday. Our newest Michaels store in Trinity has great staff.

As far as Michaels craft stores go, this one is consistently understaffed and crowded. Sure, you can get everything you need from this store but comparatively its much smaller and busier than others in the surrounding area. Hopefully in the future they can staff this store better and create a better experience overall.
