I was sold an item by staff which was supposed to be the correct item After verifying it wasnt, I returned to the business to exchange or refund. I was advised they didnt have the correct product and would not do a refund on an unused item. When the staff was questioned about the return policy they stated it was posted. The policy wasnt posted, it was a photo id required statement on the counter. They were then told that they lied about the policy and they changed their story to a manager could only refund. When asked where was the manager, they advised he would be in sometime later in the week. The transaction is being forwarded to the Better Business Bureau and cancelled by my bank.

Great customer service, but I gave 3 stars because of the high prices. I went for my vape juice. They do have a lot to choose from, just a lot more pricey than smokin pipes that is close by. $21 for 60 ml.... 100ml should be under $20.... But the girl was nice and huge selection.

Marleys was open on Easter Sunday, while everything else ( including all stores in the neighboring Holiday Plaza ) I needed Kratom tea, so really, Marleys was the only store I was THANKFUL that WAS open.

Felt like they are price gouging, but bot by so much people wouldnt notice. Ive purchased coils for my mod at this location before now its all of a sudden 2.00 more than any other place ive gotten them. 5.00-7.00 may not seem a lot, but i was laid off a month ago. I just felt kinda taken. Oh well. Just wont be back.

Stopped in just to take a look - Ive been driving by for months and never had the time. Ashley (sorry if the spelling is off) was super nice and answered any and all questions I had. Prices were good, store was well stocked. I will be coming back in for sure.

All of the guys who worked in there were very helpful, informative and extremely nice. My friend and I went in having a couple questions and they went above and beyond to explain everything they could to help us understand gave us brochures samples it was definitely a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great assortment of about anything related to the fine art of smoking. Ive been having sciatica pain for a long time and read that Kratom helps so I was able to purchase a small bottle of capsules. Further education indicates that the powder is best taken raw or out of the capsule. Cant tell much difference as my pain is negligible now Ill be returning to Marleys.

Small place but dude who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find the right mod for my oil cartridges for me and my activities. Great election of other stuff as well.

Stopped by this afternoon and the store didnt have not one customer. I figured the service would be pretty quick. I stood there for several minutes and the guy never said a word to me and continued with his phone conversation. I looked at him several times and he never even acknowledged my presence. I wont waste my time stopping here again. There are far too many shops in the area that wouldnt ignore the customer.

This place was just a hole in the wall kind of place, but they had items I had never seen before. They had what we were looking for, organic Kratom. Plus, a few other nifty items. If youre in that area I suggest you stop in and see all the items they have.
