Fun place, great pizza! Variety of games for kids of all ages. Photo booths were a nice touch. Everyone can have a good time.

Before the viral infection, communities could come together, birthday parties the reunite old and lost family, help raise funds for small groups or big schools, and employed the youth with reasonable hours. Now with CV19, they serve pizzas everyday, sending the fun home to the kids.

For the first time in a long time this place aint riddled with children just doing whatever they want. It was a good time today.

The manager here is truly a doll! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and really go out of their way to help! This is the only location we go to... its much better than the one on Vets!

Awesome place to take the kids for some fun and food. The pizza was good, so is the salad bar. Love that Chuck E. Cheese comes out to interact with the kids. Best place on Earth for a kid to be a kid.

We were in the Algiers location and it was awesome! Staff was so helpful and friendly from the cashier to the guys working on the machines. Ms. Donna was so sweet and helpful we wanted to give her a special thank you!

My kids absolutely love this place. If they could visit everyday they would. The pizza is also a big favorite here

I experienced at this Chuck-E-Cheese was very nice even with the boil water advisory the manager made sure our experience for my nieces birthday party was a good one. Our hostess was awesome.

Manager is extremely kind. Visited a few times and had my sons birthday party here, they went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. Had one mess up. I had ordered a cake on their website but it didnt update in time on their end. Wasnt their fault but they made it right. Very pleased. Will be back.

Today- May 20, 2019 ! It sucked! There are kids graduation so they need to prepare, you had one manager on front counter which a snail was faster nobody helped the line was out the door. Then the wait for food was 45 minutes to an hour, just to get your food!!

ALways enjoyable. Makes me feel like a big kid, safe for kids to play, food and staff is great. Now with the unlimited play cards not as expensive to really enjoy a family day/night out.

The place needs a major remodel and the management and staff there is Terrible. I took my nephew there YESTERDAY and he had a great time but when we got to the counter to use our tickets we only wnated to use a small portion and save the rest for later. Well as she wrote up the new ticket count receipt he noticed one more thing he wanted for below that only costed 50 more tickets. So I mentioned the lady and the lady and her boss told her just give it to them Im not writing another ticket. She was rude. Almost as if she couldnt wait for us to leave. That is the exact impression is got becuase of the way she said it and acted.. last time I come back there. Id rather spend my time and money with my nephew elsewhere.. adventure quest is soo much better and so is david busters. You all really need to step it up at that location.. Its definitely gone way downhill. Good luck keep this location open. Thats all Im saying.

In the past I wouldnt said that they were not to good.. But this year for my son 7the bday party they were awesome my sweet young servers were great party went smooth they cater to all the needs it I need it and got things done I didnt really have to do too much.. they measure all my guests and kids were fed and served

Its a little outdated and chucke never came out despite the fact the sign said he came out once an hour (at the half hour mark) and we never saw him. But my girls loved it and Im sure they didnt notice the old games.

Havent been there in a while, too pricey, do better an go to David buster and get your money worth

Fun only thing I personally didnt like was Chuck Cheese dance tickets thrown in air and children getting them off floor. Id rather a different way to give out tickets

The team members were nice and the games were fun. The food is not as good as it use to be. But we still had a good time.

We went after a failed easter egg hunt on a Saturday afternoon, I was fully expecting it to be overcrowded but the place wasnt too packed, staff was attentive and clean surroundings. I havent been to General DeGaulle location in years, but it is much more like the Chuck E Cheese I remember than the one on Vets

Okay location needs to updated, more than 3 games were broken, some games not working with token or minutes pass!! Just needs a good update and do over!

Friendly staff but the venue should be updated. The games are always broken and not giving out the proper amount of tickets if any at all. Pizza is great and i love the salad bar!

My family and I visited Chuck E. Cheese today to let my grandson enjoy himself. It turned out the grown folks did too if not more. The reason I gave a four not a five is because my daughter and I were highly disappointed with the Salad Bar. We always love their wings and salad,but not this time. One of our favorites were removed( pickled beets) we absolutely loved the beets there but was unpleasantly surprised when we tasted those watered down dice beets on the bar now. Our salads werent as good as they are normally. You all may say we sound greedy, but when we go there its always wings and salad for us. My grandbaby made up for my disappointment when he told me,Your the Greatest Nana in the World cause Im having so much fun Nana. It was his Birth Anniversary November 2 and hes on the A list at school so I treated him for a job while done.

Old, bad selection of games, moldy carpet smell. Kids climbing all over the games, no toddler area. Chuck e cheese came out only once in the almost 3 hours we were there. No security, no hostess or greeter available upon arrival so we are just standing there. The Metairie location is much nicer.

My son always has fun,the only negative thing is some games r always broken.

Long hours waiting

Came in for a quick fill up lunch buffet for $7 is a great deal all you can eat pizza, salad, bread sticks. Definitely comes back for luck buffet to support the store on weekday.

This is the worst chuck e cheese Ive ever been to it is small and there is always too many ppl there the games take your coin or dont give you any tickets or dont work at all. I went two times and the first time we were sent away due to over crowd Ness then went back and the food had an hour wait. Smh
