Horrible online record experience. Ordered 1 LP from this store and received the wrong item. The seller responded with an attempt to discredit their error like I was aware this might happen, which I was not. Owner attempted to pass blame calling me a “rookie” vinyl collector, when yet he himself, couldn’t mail the correct album.The record was mailed in an already used box from another customer, which was obvious from the severe damage it endured. This is not typical or acceptable in many situations especially when overcharging / profiting from shipping. Total loss here is only $13, but the dishonesty of the owner is priceless...Acting like my sale was worthless is hard to forget as he will likely treat you just as poorly.After several messages where the owner passively threatens to come to my address, I have opened a case with PayPal in hopes they can assist in the refund process.I have asked for a refund and not received it! Buyer beware !

Amazing selection!! We drove in from out of town and were on a time limit. Bought so many things and could have easily spent hours in the store if time wouldnt have been an issue. It is a 2 hour drive for us but we will definitely be making the drive again. Customer service was also awesome! Very friendly.

The owner is very incredible in his knowledge of not only current hardcore but various genres of metal but in his personability as well! Great prices abound! Great albums begging to find a new home in an affordable range from 5 to 8 for commons and some lesser knowns and stuff thats harder to find/ rare are priced accordingly and never egregious! CDS are the bread and butter and if not in immaculate shape, then professionally resurfaced! The vinyl selection isnt the biggest but its growing each time I go! Not only a fantastic shop but a great and hopefully budding venue to boot! Very small, but the times Ive gone while concerts are happening very packed and sound is stellar! Cant reccomend this place any higher than I am! EXTREMELY RECCOMENDED!

Great selection of all things heavy music with a nice overall mix to pick through. Very knowledgable staff as well.

This store is in the basement of the New Kensington distric court. After making it down the stairs there is a sign on the door to ring the doorbell and if no one answers to call a phone number. I rang the bell three times, I could clearly see someone inside. Worst store experience I have ever had. It sends a message that you are not a very inviting place.
