My daughter is there almost every weekend. She absolutely loves it and I love that I know she is safe there. Great prices, good food, good time!

This place is #SpecialMy daughter planned McKenzees 5th Birthday party here. She loved it. They have everything, Air Hockey, Games, Food, Pin Ball and more. The restrooms are a little out dated, but their #Hospitality more than makes up for it. The place is a Mom and Pop place and Family owned. The Owner was Kind, Gracious, and #Thoughtful and he was there. The staff was Kind and Cosiderate. Its a really nice place and my other daughter had my grandsons 8th year party here too. Check it out and have a good time.

Not as iconic as the roller dome, but the rink is nice, the employees are nice and my daughter like to skate here occasionally.

Bells is a family owned, family friendly skating rink. Its located in a good area, has great prices, and friendly staff. They went out of their way to help me when my wheel split. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Was at Bells Skating Rink yesterday for a great granddaughters 1st birthday party! My first visit to Bells Rink! Very nice rink with music and lighting to help set the atmosphere for fun skating! Nice area to the side of the skating area with picnic tables for family fun and conversations! Before, during and after the cutting of the birthday cake, children and adults had great fun skating to the music around the oval rink! Reminded me of many years ago when I skated at Gibsons Roller Rink in Muncie. Oh, such fun and wonderful memories!! However, now was the time in my life for me to sit on the sidelines at 79 and watch everyone else skate and I would sit at the picnic table and eat birthday cake with our great-granddaughter on her special day!

Was a fun time but way too many teenage kids screaming at each other running around with no skates getting in the way of people trying to skate

I loved the place, the only bad thing that happened was that my friends phone was stolen there.

I have been coming her for my birthday for years! The workers are a mixture of ages and are all very kind. The music isn’t just one genre but multiple genres. The floor does need a little bit of work over by the DJ booth but pretty much this place is the best go to. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very nice staff. We rented out the entire rink for a church gathering. It was very nice!!!!!!

Skates are a little rough (made of plastic and a little uncomfortable) and the rink was a little bumpy, but overall ok.

The kids had a blast! I felt like it was a little outdated. It was super warm in there even though the temperature outside was in the 60s. The bathroom was pretty gross. And it was really hard to understand the announcements. But like I said the kids had fun and it was fairly cheap fun. For two skaters with skate rental, one (over priced) skate mate, and food and a beverage we got out if there for under $20.

Its an ok skating rink. Floor was in good shape. Restrooms need a major restoration. Dont bother with the games.

Fun place for kids but no air conditioning!! My kids were literally dripping in sweat and adults had to sit right next to a fan. Im not sure if its always that way but I cant imagine spending money on a party, only to end up with everyone sweating and threatening heat exhaustion.

Small and if youre not from New Haven and is hard to find lots of traffic is hard to get in and out no handicap parking spots

Great Family Outing

Fun place to go, but skates are disgusting. They are short skates for the adults, with absolutely no ankle support. Other than that, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The prices are fair, and they have fun with the kids!

Treated well here. I liked and enjoyed talking to John and enjoyed skating there!

Horrible experience, staff was very rude, and they locked two of my friends off of the skate floor because someone rain into them.

They were not open when we got there. Their website and their billboard said open. I also called to see if they just somehow not mentioned it and only a recorded voice answered. Please at least have the small amount of time to change something so that people like me can not waste our time going there.

Good skating floor, excellent group price, good snacks, sturdy well maintained rental skates, really good announcer and several games and races during the 2 and a half hours we were there. Music started really loud but they turned it down some by request.

Fun for the kids on the weekends for a family skate. They play music and have games. The arcade is small. Bathrooms could use some work. They have a snack bar with candy, pop, pizza, icecream sandwhiches. Its really worth it on a rainy evening.

We have always love Bells but today I took my daughter to open skate it was not a very good visit, to regulars were there and told my child they couldnt stand by wall and they were bullying her, after that, then my daughter had 25 tickets from games there that she played and the young girl at counter only gave her 2 pieces of candy, that was 3.00 I spent on games for her to get a prize. Very disappointed!

Hasnt changed. Still the same after many years. Had a great time at a party there for some friends 25 yr anniversary.

Horrifically dirty, out-dated, deplorable bathrooms. The skates are ancient, and totally need upgrading. The only plus... they play Christian music sometimes. Please maintain your property better.
