Fun way to spend a couple hours! This was definitely out of my comfort zone (which was why I wanted to try it) and having the lower level to practice on was good before moving up. The zip lines are really fun and it was great to push my limits. Definitely enjoyable and a good workout for the arms!!

This place was do awesome and very challenging. Had a great time. Everyone kept their masks on. Staff was super friendly. Although there were kids, adults can enjoy this also. They keep the place super clean. I saw staff constantly cleaning high touch areas.

This was the spontaneous plan which I made for the ropes course and ended up booking the last slot. The ambiance and ropes course is really amazing. The lights and Music was nice but the employee were so rude. They just wanted to close the course as soon they can. My time was not even over but they asked me get off the course and they also turned off the lights in between. I paid for an hour and they started closing everything before like 15 minutes. And I was not in the course at my first minute too..

My daughter & her friends had an amazing time here. It was also fun to watch the dancing water fountain while there’s a music playing along in the background (kind of Vegas vibe). I lost my daughter’s AirPods here but was surprised to get it back the following day. I thought it’s impossible for me to find it since it’s easy to pocket them but kudos the staff who works here, very honest staff. I even bought furniture next to it because I found a very nice dining set by chance while I was waiting.

I just went here with my friends and it was so much fun! The staff is doing a wonderful job making sure everything is safe and clean and everyone kept their masks on. I would definitely recommend visiting!

Somewhat challenging rope course and different levels of intensity. The zip-lines are very fun and the ice cream they serve is delicious.

Great place to hangout. The ropes course is a great experience and it accommodates all peoples abilities. This is a great group activity. Okay price at 25 dollars per person if you plan on doing the ropes course with the zip line and no jump. The blaze attached is also quite good.

Well start with the good: this place really is quality. Clean, helpful staff, fairly priced.I went with 6 kids ages 5-14 and they all ended up doing the main ropes course, which is the main attraction. The course is great. Challenging. The harnesses are great, lag a bit here and there, but overall very easy to pull (for anyone who is over 48 inches and is going by themselves). There are 4 zip lines- 2 in each direction. Sometimes the parts around the zip lines get a bit crowded. Some parts are very challenging.I personally went on the course w my 5 year old twins...they were 44 inches and had to go with a chaperone but I was able to be for both. They were able to do most of the medium level ones, but probably couldnt have done it without me....one downside...if a kid is between 42 and 48 inches I suggest not to waste your $$ on the climb walls...its $10 and only allow u 4 times! So if u slip etc its done in 10 minutes! So if your between the 42-48 definitely get a chaperone and go on the big one.

One of my favorite places in all of New Haven County. Even though Im afraid of heights. It was really cool being on the ropes course. The waterworks show is nice to see. The ice cream shop and pizza shop are really good as well.

Very fun place to visit. My 12 and 8 year old sons had a blast. Did the 4 hour unlimited package for $40 each which I thought was pretty reasonable. Got kind of busy but kids never complained about waiting to do any of the courses.

Had the best time with my kids at It Ropes Course. There is a ropes course for the little kids under 48 that the little one tried (she loved it) and the main ropes course for everyone else over 48. The staff are friendly. The place is nice and clean. Im personally afraid of heights but I did this for my children (zip line and all). We even did the zip line where you zip right over the water attraction.NOTE: Go to the restroom before you start anything. Once you purchase your wristband and get your harness on and start the course there is no breaks in between. So you cant climb and zip and then stop 20 minutes later to go to the bathroom and go back to the course. Once you leave the course your time officially ends.Other than that my family and I had a blast. Its a bit pricey ($10 for kids and $25-$30 for everyone else) but to go every once in a blue seems to be okay. Highly recommend everyone at least try it once.

A really unique family experience. Very well done. If youre looking for a genuinely fun experience I would highly recommend the IT Ropes course. The staff is absolutely excellent. They are very nice to children of all ages. The equipment is clean and well maintained.Whats amazing to me is how afraid I was the first 10 minutes and then by 20 minutes into it I was walking along 4 stories up with the safety harness attached and I felt completely comfortable.I would also comment that the pizza at Blaze (available inside) is very well done. Fast friendly service. They also have a Scoop It ice cream place inside which is a cool.

This ropes course is amazing! It was so fun to just be in the air and fly like a bird on the ziplines and to also do the obstacle course too. I spent hours on this ropes course and had lots of fun and enjoying some nice blaze pizza after my adventure. 5/5 stars for me keep up the great work!

Felt very clean, and they strictly limited the number of guests on the course. Calvin worked hard to make sure my daughters were safe in their harness and he also made sure we were able to enjoy all of the obstacles on the course including the Zip Line.

It is a very unique place. Inside the Jordans furniture store. They whole family had fun. We visited on a Thursday evening, and had the place to our selves. Maybe 30 other people. The unlimited package for 4 was $120. It sounds a little pricey but after 4 hours of play it was worth it. The pizza was not over priced and was very good.

Awesome indoor fun. Entrance is kind of weird. Its directly thru the furniture store. But for the price, its a couple of decently high ziplines, some water & lights show and lots of high wire ropes. Big plus is the little kids section for the small ones. Fun for the whole family!

Great ropes course for the family. Multiple levels of different challenges and a wide variety of choice. A few zip lines connecting the two ends of the ropes courses. One goes over some fountains and you can get a little wet!

The design of this place is incredible. The adventure alone is well worth the visit. The pizza and ice cream are worth just coming in for without the rest of the entertainment. However, the customer service needs a lot of improvement. This place could reach an incredible potential and even go international if the customer service and organization of lines for zip lines and rock climbing were more structured.Saw employees texting on their watches with earphones in which made me uncomfortable because it made me feel that my safety was not receiving undivided attention. This also happened while getting ice cream.The ice cream people need to close the lids. You can see the ice cream melting at the top and then Re-freezing into an odd texture.The lines for zip lines are crowded and unsupervised kids find it easy to skip.Other than that, I love coming here.

Great experience for all ages. The establishment was extremely clean including the bathroom. They were fully stocked with hand sanitizer. They were throughly cleaning during my visit.The staff was very nice and professional. Especially Jasmine. She was very sweet and patient with individuals who are afraid of heights.I took away one star because I felt they could have offered a path through the obstacle solely for those who are afraid of heights. There should be a path that has railings so that you can make your way to the Zipline with better ease. I know one might think If you are afraid of heights why go up there but we all have to conquer our fears. A little assistance with that would be great.

This is honestly the best place to take your kids. Prices are great, pizza is even better. Ice cream is also good, and it doesnt taste like freezer burn. My daughter adores adrenaline so she enjoyed the zipline and ropes course. Overall great place 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Clean, well maintained, not overly expensive. The staff is friendly. I recommend it for the daring looking to experience a rope course Biggest drawback is lack of support staff on the course itself. No one readily available on the course to assist you navigating it. I saw 2 children get stuck. One childs harness was stuck in the track. 20 minutes stuck is an eternity for a child. The course gets progressively harder the higher up you reach. This is expected but, a warning sign would be welcome. Many people on the platforms looking like they bite off more than they could chew. This is not a dig on It but, if guests had a better guide they might not get too high and stand on platforms hugging the supports for dear life.

Our first time here and we loved it . It’s a great place for small kids, biggest kids and adults too ! Complete package .. nominal price 25$ for ropes and zip line .. they also have a good outlet for pizza, ice creams etc .. my kids want to go back again .. 5 star rating :)

Beautiful time with the family toddler to adult! Not a low budget experience, average 25 pp. Nice pizza and ice cream spot inside so one stop fun and food. Hours of fun as long as youre not afraid of heights! We got over that and had a blast! Great for an adventurous 1st date too. Fun;) Only wish they had an option to just takes stairs to the top and swing across for scardicats like me!

Great place super clean.

Soooooo much fun! It took some getting used to the heights but it was such a great experience. The 50ft jump was terrifying and exhilarating at the same time. The wall climbing area was great too. I cant wait to go back.

Very safe system and quite a lot of fun

It Adventure Ropes Course is fun for any level of skill. It can be scary being so high up but the staff on the course are very helpful and you can go at your own pace. Each level of the adventure has challenges as well as courses that help build your confidence.

This place is fantastic, it is the best year round ropes course. You really have to see it to believe it. Good for team building too. My daughter loved it and we will be going again. Right off of 95. Highly recommended, those with a fear of heights should not go unless they want to try to eliminate that fear. Ive seen kids and adults turn that fear into fun.

Brought my daughter here for her birthday. Her and her friends loved every moment. Even us parents enjoyed ourselves. The only thing is its best to go early due to alot of people during evening hours make the wait much longer for zip line.

Great way to spend a few active hours. There is food there in pizza and ice cream, but we did not sample it this time around. My teens found it easy. I found it challenging because I am out of shape and have a fear of heights! But I did the wall, the zip line, the ropes course and the bungee jump.

Best place to have fun for kids, teen and even youth. Theres nothing to be scared whole place is highly safe and full of fun. If you are scared of heights the immediately do the zipline which will give you hope that no matter what you wont fall down. Some rope paths look scary and difficult but that is only till you get on to it. I went there with a gang of friends and really had fun and planning to go again and again.

This was the first ropes course I’ve been on since I can remember. It was a unique experience. It was not very difficult and people of all ages and strength can do it. I got the full pass and did the rope course, zip lines, free fall, and rock climbing.The rope course had multiple floors of levels. Each height had similar rope courses where you could pick and choose which way to take. Each one was unique and challenging.There are 4 zip lines at two different heights. They are all very similar and enjoyable. The free fall is basically walking off a platform from the very top level. Although, it can be nerve racking to step off and fall, you don’t actually free fall. The rope you’re hanging from catches and it’s a slow decent. It’s still a unique experience.The rock climbing, in my opinion, was the most challenging. You don’t have to be an expert, but it did require some upper body strength and agility. There are 4 different walls to climb, each unique in its own way. I tried all four and reached the top on all four, I did feel it the next day though.This is not your challenging, difficult, only for the fit, super athletic type, rope course. This course is for everybody and family friendly. You have the safety strap attached the whole time so there is no risk in falling off. They have a course specifically for smaller children too. Also, there is pizza and ice cream available! What more could you want?I enjoyed my experience.

Ive been on an outdoor ropes course, but it wasnt nearly as fun as this!! This had multiple floors and obstacles.Rock climbing was fun too, pretty quick and a more physically challenging option as well. Itd be cool if they had chalk, but cant complain as its not a rock climbing focused center. I got the full pass and did the rope course, zip lines, free fall, and rock climbing.Spent about 3 hours here. Would definitely bring friends here, it was a great indoor activity to do away from the cold weather. A fun time for all ages!

The staff were so helpful today! What a great team!I loved the course! The light show fountains were beautiful and added a lot to the whole experience. I enjoyed the lower lighting of the space and how the colors in the space changed. My zip line ride got me just a bit splashed in them, which was fun. I did the jump at the end — definitely take a big step off!

Amazing place for all ages. My 4 year old enjoyed Little It, we couldnt partake because we had to supervise. Otherwise I know I wouldve enjoyed the four story course! Im here on vacation, back home we have nothing like this. Definitely would come back when were in town again.

I would’ve gave a 5 ️ but they wouldn’t, at least, give a credit of $12. 1 of 7 kids I paid for was too scared to get on the big kids/adults course. ️

IT Adventure Ropes Course is perfect for anyone who loved climbing trees as a kid... or for the kid who loves climbing trees now. Much safer though, with secure harnesses that ensure you are perfectly safe. Five levels of indoor ropes course obstacles, several climbing walls, four zip lines, and an exit only drop from the highest level ensure hours of active fun. Theres even a mini ropes course for younger kids! Treat yourself to a personal pizza or ice cream afterwards at the attached restaurants. All around a fantastic experience that I would absolutely repeat.

Lots of fun. Dont bother if your afraid of heights. There are multiple levels with various levels of difficulty. Its was very crowded when we went and there were alot of traffic jams and no one could really move in any direction making navigating the course difficult. We very much enjoyed our time here and will return. Hopefully on a slower day.

Its awesome, the rope course does get a bit boring after an hour or two but then you can switch to rock climbing (depending on what pack you bought).The ziplines are fantastic, especially since its on top of the fountain area. A hundred percent will go again next year

Staff was super friendly and helpful, one of them even gave us great recommendations for activities in the area! Just a tad bit pricey and all the obstacles are very easy. Regardless still fun with family, food and drinks on site.

Awesome place. My daughter had fun. The only issue is if the child has to use the restroom or eat, once they get out of the Little It area, they have to pay again to go back into the course. I think it should be free for kids as long as they dont leave the facility. Childrens attention span and bladder are up to 15-20 minutes, so there should be an alternative way to accommodate them.

Well they robbed my baby for 15 mins and the staff might as well be walls, when trying to get info etc. So Im def saddened n disappointed... But for my son we made the best out of it. I thought this was going to be one of our places but most likely wont be back a second time.️

Fun for all ages. Area for young kids where they can walk with the parents around so they feel safe and the nervous parents feel good too! and a very big area for all the ages. Employees very helpful and friendly. Beautiful area for those who dont want to do It! just enjoy something to eat or drink.

We had a work team building event here yesterday and it was awesome! Really fun time climbing all over the place and zip lining over the “mini-Ballagio” style water feature was great. The entire staff was friendly and made the day great for us. Highly recommend.

I brought my husband and friends here for my husbands birthday (drove almost 3 hours From NH) we had so much fun!! I was absolutely terrified of heights and Marshall was the nicest person and was helping me through the obstacles. I highly recommend this place

It is the largest indoor adventure park in the world. It has four different zip lines, one of which you can get wet on from their LED lit fountain that dances to music. Take the 50 foot leep of faith when youre done!

We had our son’s birthday party there. While the ropes are great, the lack of service ruined the pricey experience. Staff was inattentive and inconsiderate. This is a 2 hour experience in which 30 min is used for preparation. Drinks were not refilled and staff was not present, for every request ( including cups and plates) we had to walk to the front desk. We were Charged 2.50 for additional cup, despite a final 45$ per person.

My kids love it. You are always locked in on the course. No locking and unlocking like a traditional zip line. The pizza is great loads of selections.

This place is just amazing. There make sure you are clipped in securely and the fun is unlimited. The jump is a 50ft drop and they have ziplining too. They have a pizza shop inside and bathrooms. Totally worth it.

This place is amazing. There is so much to do and there is a beautiful water show. They also have an ice cream place and a pizza place! If you are looking for somewhere to buy furniture and to have fun then come to IT!

Today my sister my son and I visited IT and we had a very good time. My son was scared to go over some of the ropes but Shy (an employee) came and helped him get across so he could go on the zipline. She was patient and confident with my son which I greatly appreciated. Later a young boy was scared to go. off and none of the employees came to help him and he was there for a good 5-10 minutes. Then sure enough Shy came to help that little boy too! She was a very good employee and the one attending to the guests. If it wasnt for her my experience wouldve ended alot sooner because my son was scared. She needs a raise!

My grandson enjoyed the small course-the adult course looked interesting, a little pricey.

We have been twice, it is great fun even if pricy - and yes bought furniture one time at Jordans.

Never in my life I would have thought they have a zipline in a furniture store This was my 1st Visiting here I have to say I was a little nervous because Im afraid of heights I give a lot of respect to the employs out there they make sure youre safe and buckle before you do the adventure Tour As soon as your buckle youre on your own Each staircase are by levels If you wanna do the zip line You must challenge yourself to get their I only did level 2 lol Enjoy

The ropes course was great! Me and the girly had an absolute blast!

The high ropes, etc. are exciting, safe, well monitored and fun. The part for young children as been nicely upgraded and is now obviously fun for them. The area with 4 climbing structures is expensive for the 4 climbs allowed; it should be open, for instance, for half an hour during which the individual may climb whatever he/she wants.

The place is great. My daughter had a blast on the small ropes course, then enjoyed some pizza and an ice cream. Great family place and I cant recommend enough.

Great fun! Went there for our Anniversary. We were the oldest people on the course! The zip lines are so much fun! We will definitely go back!

The place is super cool. That being said, my 6 and 7 year old kids freaked out up there. I would say never go up with kids younger than 9 as they will probably get scared if they have no zipping experience.

A lot of fun for the whole family. Four floors of climbing, and 4 zip lines. Free lockers to store your stuff and a pizza and ice cream place inside with the climbing area. There are choices you can climb, zip line, do a jump and free climb. You can combine these elements or choose just one or two.

Loads of funs! Great for kids of all ages. Note: its not immediately clear but you have to walk through the furniture store to get in.

Great place, harder than it looks. Only complaint is the workers who are stationed around the course should be more helpful and encouraging. There were a lot of terrified people adults and kids and the workers literally just ignore them. They should be assuring and helping people. They literally wont speak, it was weird. Other than that a lot of fun!!

It is wild, the courses are all secure and safe but still thrilling even after the first time. There is a relative lack of supervision, so you dont need to worry about bring babysat the entire time you climb, but there are also enough employees on the course to keep an eye on kids. Would absolutely recommend for anyone in the New Haven area for more than a day.
