Hi just an FYI all the even number houses on Piper drive, new brighton, mn, 55112 are on the right (north) side of the road. All the odds are on the left. It always shows up my (even) house is on the left side which confuses delivery ppl. I think the whole trailer park is numbered as such so other people could have the same issie. They enforce the rules for some, and let others slide. The only 2 cars per house is one of these. The people that live next to me, have 5 cars parked outside every night. And some nights 6 or 7. With at least 1 adult per, and 1 kid that lives there that I know of. That 6 people in a 3 bedroom. Both are against the rules. I hate coming home from work at night and seeing all the cars parked out side my house. Thats the reason I chose to live on the very end, so I didnt have to see all that. And they do nothing about it. Like I said, A different set of rules for some. And yes, the snow plowing last year sucked!! (All 5 of them cars are from the people next door)

We have lived here for 20+ years have loved it and still do.We have just recieved list of rules and have faith the new manager is going to enforce and clean up some issues to maintain the lovely place it has always been.Yes, things have changed with new management and we have all had to adapt.We were used to a family run Manufactured home park. Services above what most parks offer.They bought and sold homes, they had enough maintenance men on staff they would even come in to your home for repairs at a very reasonable charge. In all our years we received minimal rent increases of $15 per year. There were complainers over those increases and all rules.Honestly, there was very little appreciation for how well things were here.Now it is a Corporate Business and run as such, increases came, many services were dropped,BUT with the staff they now have.. they work very hard to maintain the property.There needs to be resident concern and involvement, be a part of the reason Lakeside has always been great. This does not need to change because of new owners. Biggest issue is no one wants to live by the rules.... without rules and policies any business will fail.We so not want to see negative reviews...lets all make effort to work along with management to keep this a great community for all.We care deeply about our home and support the management efforts!

Living here was better before the corporation took over, now we pay almost $150 more for lot rent and NEVER RELIEVE CLOSE TO THE QUALITY OF CARE FOR OUR PARK!!

Newer owners from out of state took over and this place went downhill fast. The staff is rude. They say one thing then dont do anything they say they are going to do. If youre looking for a peaceful place to live, stay away. If you want to be living with trashy people that dont care and neighbors with loud music you can hear over your TV with the windows shut and the air on, then this is the place for you. Lastly if you love kids and want them to play in the street or play hide and go seek around your cars and scratch and dent them, you will love it here. But you cant have a dog for some reason. If you have cats you can expect all the neighborhood kids to think your house is now a pet store. They will come right up to the windows and poke at the screens and entice your cats. Living in an apartment is better than this place. Look elsewhere.

Ever since new management took over last year all we have had is a $50 rent increase and nothing to show for it except some ridiculous violation notices for stupid things that have never been a problem before. People with kids being asked to store all toys in sheds, people with potting soil asked to take care of the garbage bags marked potting soil on patio. They say to look at the rules and regulations, but have never given any new ones out. Would not be surprised to find out they are trying to push people out and just sell the park for land.[Edit 11/1/17] Just got another notice that it is going up another $50 as of January 1, 2018 along with a notice about paying the annual $15 towards the MN Relocation Trust Fund. Another thing that we didnt pay with the previous owners. Still nothing new has been added to the park and winter is upon us. Hopefully they have learned how to use the plowing equipment.[Edit 3/29/18] Now that the snow is almost gone, we can discuss how the plowing went. There were three very strong storms that hit the park and the response time was not the best. They still only seemed to use the smaller truck(s), but I think it was mentioned that they are going to contract out next winter. This of course has led to large potholes down the center of almost every street. June will be the next time they are legally able to increase the rent again, so we will see what happens then.

The park manager does not do anything just sits in the office drinking and vaping. Good news for dog people, they allow dogs now. bad news for people who have 2wd cars, they dont plow snow anymore. run away. dont move here.

New management sucks, They charge new people $575.00 plus water, residents who were here when they took over are at $525.00, which is up 100 bucks from $425.00 when they took over a couple years ago. They sold most of the snow maintenance equipment so people were getting stuck all winter. The manager in the front office Justin, vapes and drinks from a flask in the office. Only 2 parking passes per lot. that means if you buy a 3 or 4 bed room home you can only have 2 cars, if you have other vehicles they will have to be parked outside the community. This place went down hill fast. Run away fast.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option! When I can find something reasonable I’m out of here . Been here 11 years and the last year or so when new owners came in it’s been horrible . Please don’t move here!

Looks can be deceiving run for the hills! Have had an ongoing Harassment/stalking and noise issues with other residence to my knowledge management has done nothing. Keep asking what is being done and get no response what so ever. Will write you up because you cant mow your yard due to it flooding but wont fix the flooding problem that keeps you from mowing. Had no sod around sidewalk they replaced more than a yr before and I finally fixed it for them. Since this company has taken possession almost a yr ago there has been less services for the rent and sounds like it is going up more. They will write you up and it says according to the rules but no rules have been provided in the last almost year and asked about them a while back and was told they are working on them. Still have received none. Looks like an older crowd living here but some are more childish then their grand kids.

Amazing animals you can hear BUUTFUUL nosies but there no dogs allowed there :( but it has turkeys ducks no basements its pretty good

I lived there for eight years my mother lived there for 24 she was evicted due to a felon living with her and they did nothing about it he has robbed her for everything she owns and now she lost her home thanks to Lakeside not taking this 50 times Fallin out of her house she has lost her home South Lakeside needs to go bye-bye

Very strict for you to pay and live there alot of unknown rules. And you find out about them when you are braking them.
