No one answers the telephone. Called twice and it went to hold automatically. Waited almost 6 minutes and no one ever came to the telephone. It is bad enough that some of the staff is very rude, now this? And they want us to purchase members ticket packages? They need to get someone who knows how to run the place!

Fantastic Venue! Great acoustics the staff phenomenal, kudos to Britney for being just being awesome! Only thing, is parking. The lot is very nice well lit, but space is limited I highly recommend the Brauntex Theater

The best music venue I have ever been to. Comfortable seats, a/c, full bar with snacks. There is not a bad seat in the house. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lights and sound system & acoustics is incredible. Beautiful restoration of an old downtown theater.

The theatre is a great venue with good acoustics, however, some of the staff is terribly rude and abrasive. They give the impression of being prejudice about certain minority people. The guy with the beard and the girl with her hair up and ball cap that was walking in and out of the backstage was the rudest. When an older lady approached her about a matter she gave the impression with her behavior that she did not want to be bothered because the ladies matter was too minor for her to help with. I observed this and when I was speaking to someone she would not move and stood 1 foot away desperate to over hear a conversation. I am a patron of this venue. CHANGES are needed and if not so be it, I do not need to patronize this venue.

We love to support local places and people. The show we went to was Cinderella staring a local cast! We were really happy with the performance. If you haven’t been to a play or performance here, you really must go, you will be happy you did!

It was our first time there. We were seeing Firefall. The venue is wonderful. A cozy intimate place with a good seat no matter where you sit. It reminded me of the Majestic theater but smaller. They have a bar for drinks and snacks. They have a parking spots in the back for $5. I highly recommend it!

I saw the grand funk Railroad show. Im friends with the basist. Anyways! Lovely clean theater! The backstage helpers were very very nice and professional. Its like stepping back in time to an old school theater. Highly recommend.

They have good shows however they dont serve dark German beer at this German theater in this German town. The seating is extremely cramped and you cant see over the person in front of you. I cant see anything!!!

I am glad that I wasnt the only one who had the same experience as Daniella. Some of the staff was very rude. And why start charging for parking? The drinks are too expensive!

The show was spectacular!!! Connie Smith performed as beautifully as ever. Her interpretation of Loretta Lynn was right on the button. Marty Stuart was absolutely great!! His voice is beautiful and his playing of the guitar and mandolin was perfect. His band was also extremely talented. Cant wait to see them next year. Thank the farsighted people of New Braunfels for preserving and renovating the Brauntex Theater to attract such great talent.

Everything from nationally acclaimed musicians to excellent up and coming local talent.Very comfortable theater style seating, with well-designed acoustics and sound system. Snack bar in the lobby that also features adult beverages. Highly recommended!

Saw Pink Floyd Laser Light Show. Very nice theater. Sound was great. Sat in upper balcony and view was good. Friendly staff.

The Brauntex does an awesome job - period. Ive seen a lot of their productions and havent been disappointed once. Very comfortable atmosphere and seating. Want a glass of wine, you bet go get you one or three. Good sound and there isnt anything but good seats. Keep it up Brauntex!

Went on a tour of this wonderful old theater. They are trying to reenergize downtown by becoming a leader of arts. Also involving youth education, local artists, as well as famous performers, and bringing in cutting edge technology.

Bret Graham was outstanding singing Hank Jr. & Waylon. The crowd was loud and into the show. Love the remodel of the Brauntex. & it was so clean and the volunteer were very nice.Cant wait to go back again.

Love the sponsored shows! Some are worthy of headline anywhere else. We go about 6 times a year. Prices range from $5 to $80, depending on the show. The prices are not indicative of the quality. We have enjoyed more $5 shows and would have paid more, while a couple of the higher priced shows were disappointing.Overall, well worth the money.

This place is nice! I love the style and design of the theatre along with the functionality. Attended the Cody Canada Christmas show with the family and we all had a great time.

Saw the nutcracker from the balcony. Show was great. The only issue is that in the balcony the seats are lined up with no offset between rows. No problem for me as I could see over the top of the person in front of me, but not so great if thats not the case for you.

Used to be an old movie theater, Cool Place. The sound was really Good! Lots of things to walk around and do, both before and after the concert.

CYT put on a great show at the Brauntex. The venue is wonderful for live productions. It feels like a classic stage theater!

A new Braunfels treasure. Under new management this place got a facelift but still retained its historic charm. They have things going on all the time, prices are reasonable and there’s not a bad seat in the house.

Saw Annie Jr. Here..children from 8 to 18, Was a good production...thoroughly enjoyed it. Well worth the 185 mile trek from Houston.. This is an all Christian Theatre group.. Was Quite Amazed at the quality of the production..

My daughter and I have been here twice for the youth performances of Annie and The Lion King. Both shows were excellent! The venue is spacious and clean. We look forward to the next show! Highly recommended.

Sadly, the management here seems to want to only book old bands and groups that were popular 45 years ago rather than any of the local efforts such as the Childrens Musical Theater. Too bad they feel that way but every business in downtown is trying to rebrand itself as a more gentrified in order to get a larger slice of the financial pie. Thats a shame because I and my extended family have really enjoyed ourselves there in the past.

Theater was great. Acoustics were outstanding and The Grand Old Christmas Show was a must see!! Limited bathroom space during intermission so plan accordingly.

Great little Theatre in the heart of Downtown New Braunfels.The seating was comfortable for about 1hr30mins. Then my knees started to cramp up. It did not ruin the great show that we watched. I will gladly go back again.

Located in the heart of downtown beautiful building with spectacular performances. Perfect for a date or a the whole family. We really enjoy the children productions!

Completely unaccomodating. We spent 140 bucks on tickets and my dad couldnt get the Wi-Fi password to the guest account from the one kid who knew it. Too bad for you folks. He lives within walking distance and was a patron until the Atticus Pile show. You probably lost a $1200+/year customer. Silly move, Brauntex.
