This place is simply great. They have good equipment which results in top notch gameplay and visuals. They also have some really awesome staff members on board. Sometimes I find myself just standing around chatting with them cause they are so friendly and easy to get along with. Always clean, always a fun time. Highly recommend.-Kyle

What an amazing experience! For fun, for events, for something to do, this is the place to go. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the game selection is phenomenal! A must for your to-try list! You can do it by the bay, multiple bays, and they offer great deals and birthday packages too! If you are visiting from out of town or are looking for a new thing to do with your friends, family, or co-workers, this is great for ages 7 and up. Games that are kid friendly to more scary adult zombie games and multi player escape rooms.

Great equipment and staff. Some of the games could have been better but the kid had a great time!

Clean set up, moderately priced, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We did the escape room and after a little learning curve, it was super fun.

My 8, 11,12 yr olds loved it my 4 and 6yr old weren’t able to play the head sets were too big for them. It was clean and had great specials. Tuesday was a great day to visit we were the only ones there.

Loved it, little hard on my eyes, didnt care. It was cool

Fun for one person or 6. Great variety of games for all ages.

Very fun! Gone 5 times now and its amazing

Love this place. Great staff and the VR experience is amazing. Highly recommended if youre into gaming.

Had a blast. Lots of fun and not to expensive

I can’t say enough about how great this place is. I’ve taken my son and his friends twice and the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions and show them how to work the controls and the games. Will definitely be back again!!!

Had an amazing time with my boys. The staff was kind, helpful and patient. The kids havent stopped talking about since we left. They are begging me for a return trip.

Attentive staff and clean facility. The VR experience was absolutely worth every penny. I went with a friend and we played several titles. I believe they said they had 60 games available. Most of my concerns like getting tangled in cords, falling down, etc were not realized. I will definitely be back.

This place has been here for a year 1/2 and I just learned about it. After going there with a couple friends, I had one of the best gaming experiences Ive ever had. Its a VR arcade so its a different experience. We only played 2 games and had a blast. Being able to play a game in VR with friends without being in the same room is awesome. I cant wait to go back and play again. The guy who owns it is very nice, personable, and handles things very professionally. The prices are definitely worth the experience youll have. Very impressive experience all the way around.

They are really patient and nice and willing to take time to teach new people how to use VR. They are a fabulous place and I love taking my friends there!

So cool!! Our family drove a good couple hours but it was well worth the trip.. Well definitely be returning

VR is really cool. Charges by the hour with some membership options. Can be a better option than investing into a a set of your own.

Great time had lots of fun everyone should try this. Great poeple that work there as well.

This is a great place for the family or solo!!The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and well worth your time. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and informative. An overall great place for great virtual entertainment.

My son had a great time!

Girlfriend and I came here for a date night and had a blast. The facility is very clean and neatly set-up. The staff were all super personable and friendly. We had never used a personal VR system before and the staff were more than willing to help familiarize us with the controls. Be sure to check their website to take full advantage of the hefty discounts they offer on weekdays. Even without the discounts though; the prices were awesome. Will definitely stop in again.

What a fantastic experience! The entire staff was professional, patient and as friendly as they could possibly have been. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left, they made sure we had everything we needed - especially a great time! The game options were phenomenal and the equipment was clean and comfortable. You dont have to be a gamer to have a blast. Special thanks to Scott for showing us the ropes. When, not if, you go, make sure you experience THE PLANK !!!

Awesome, clean facility. Staff was great and accommodating for our large group. Will definitely be back!

Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Son loved it. Will definitely go back soon.

Super cool place with totally reasonable prices for this incredible experience. The facility is clean and the staff are helpful. There are over 70 games to choose from, just not many of the well known, popularised shooter types (which tend to lead to broken controllers and walls, or sounds like.)If youre interested in Beat Saber they have a bay specifically for it with green screen capabilities. Im no youtuber, but playing Beat Saber here was everything I ever wanted in a music/ rhythm game.If youre looking to come on the weekend, its a good idea to make a reservation even just a couple hours ahead of time.

Such a cool place! We went here on a date night and had a great time. The guys who work there are really kind, personable and gave helpful tips along the way. They also just love what they do. Definitely recommend!!

1. Incredibly friendly staff, which is necessary for this type of work. 2. Game selection - top tier. Anything from family to fright, they have it. 3. Fair pricing, with excellent bulk deals. Always a damn good time here. :)

My wife and I visited tonight. Neither one of us are gamers so I honestly didnt know what to expect. We got a very friendly and thorough tutorial to get us started. The game we played was awesome. We got lost in it and had a blast. The couple times we either got lost or needed some help, Scott was there with helpful pointers to get us back on track. The store was very comfortable and clean, awesome atmosphere, and loads of fun. This place is a hidden gem in New Albany and were DEFINITELY going to be back soon. If I could rate it 10 stars I would.

My son saw it as we passed, decided to pop in and give it a try. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, explained controls really well and were available to help out quickly. Had lots of fun!!! Would recommend to anyone

My husband and I stopped by briefly on our anniversary and tried out the racing game. It was unbelievable. We loved the facility, the owner was absolutely a delight and we will be back frequently. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves video games and virtual reality.

This place is incredible! Our group of 4 had an amazing time. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff is super helpful. They have games that everyone can enjoy! I highly recommend!

More fun than I would have thought. Im 50 and never played video games growing up so I didnt think I would like it. My brother drug me in to play in a game with him and my sister and it was great fun.

Really awesome place to go and have some fun. Employees are chill, upbeat people and the facility is really cool.

Great place good time. Grandson happy

I went to Dimension 4 just today and the place was the best experience. I played a game called the rec room with my sister. I felt like a bonding experience with family and friends. If you are interested in hanging out with a few friends I will suggest this place right here.

My son really enjoyed playing. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Its a great experience. The guys were very patient with the nine year old we had. He had a lot of fun. Its a little pricey, but they have some significantly reduced price options if you want to go regularly.

Great experience! Decent price, clean and modern facility, good selection of games, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Great fun and courteous staff!

Issue with reservation, but Manager Topher showed great customer service and gave us a discount for the inconvenience! Fun games and great service!

Honestly most fun I have ever had with video games worth the money but I suggest you go for the hour plus

New favorite place. Probably some of the most fun I’ve ever had

Fantastic!

It was pretty amazing. The female helping us was awesome.

Awesome setup and the guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. Took our kiddo in here for the first time and she absolutely loved it. will be back for sure!

Great fun for those who can keep up. Fun and funny.

Friendly people and a fun time even for first timers liie myself

Amazing times. Watching a friend of mine be terrified was worth the trip alone.

This place is a blast! Loved the fun Loco dojo (great game for kids) and am now kind of obsessed with The Fishermans Tale. I will be back!

My husband and I went on a date to Dimension 4 on State Street. We had a great time. The gaming experience was excellent and the staff was fun and super helpful! The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely be comming back and bringing friends!

The staff is always good with the kids and work with them well to allow for a great experience.

We LOVE this place! My 8 year old and 6 yeat old sons ask to go here every weekend. It is an experience that you have to see to believe. Sooooo much fun!

Outstanding, personnel are well educated and prepared to help you at any moment to keep you in the game. Prices are fair by far compared to the fun you will have, this is the place to go for true fun

Definitely well worth the money for sure! Clean environment, fun games, no remorse!

Great facility, fantastic staff. A truly excellent experience all around.

AMAZING went here with my friend

It was a great experience. They are very friendly and nice. Rates are reasonable.

Amazing.... first time visiting and I will be returning!

Good

The good : awesome games and set up, friendly and helpful staff. The bad : really expensive for what it is. 20 bucks for 30 minutes... Really?

Great atmosphere and the people that worked there were so helpful. They made sure to take the time to explain everything and how it worked before the actual playtime started, he even added on an extra 10 min. for free just so my son could continue to finish the mission in the game he was playing. I played a racing game called project cars 2 and my son played super hot and both games were lots of fun. For the racing game they have direct drive wheels which make it just like driving a real car. All of the p.c.s have 1080 graphics cards and HTC vive headsets so it you truly are playing on state of the art equipment.

Everyone is super nice, prices are fair and the facility is clean. I highly recommend!

A very fun experience and run by wonderful people.

My kids love this place, its over priced though

First time playing VR... great date night killing zombies together!

Way fun and really friendly staff.

In street view the place is Hollywood Video. Fix it plz

Pretty cool VR experience!

The boys loved it

Never been here before.
