Took over 50 minutes for me to receive my meal despite the rest of my party getting theres before me. Manager comped my meal but was still very let down.Our server was not respecting distancing measures. We watched her take our menu from our table and bring it to the next without wiping it down or anything. We felt unsafe eating there and like the restaurant was not taking the issues we are dealing with as a nation seriously in the slightest. Server was also very rude and inattentive. Never came to check on us or ask for refills. We will not be back to this location.

Lots of fun games, great service. We also had the cantina nachos which you could easily share between 4 people. Nachos were really good and had lots of toppings.

This place is actually pretty good. Lots of fun games and surprisingly not very expensive.$25 lasted each of us a few hours of playing. The virtual reality is worth trying at least once. I think they have a very fair price considering its like a Disney ride.Kind of wish little kids werent allowed here.... I thought thats what Chuck-E-Cheeses is for. But not a huge concern.Good place for the winter times to grab some drinks and do something different.

Went here after a day of shopping to unwind and enjoy a few drinks. I waited 10 minutes at an almost empty bar just to receive a menu. Then i proceeded to wait another 20 minutes because the bartender couldnt be bothered to check if i wanted to order, but she continued to dart her eyes at me and pretend she didnt see me. I ended up leaving without ordering food because the waitstaff service was so terrible. I witnessed about 10 employees chatting each other up lined up so i took my business elsewhere

Its hard to make kids and grownups happy but Dave & Busters does a pretty good job. My children love it here and could play for hours! However, if you dont go at the right time it can be extremely expensive. Also please get some healthier stuff on the menu for the parents who have to be there but dont want to eat nachos and wings.

The food and place was okay. It felt like they had no idea where to sit us. We asked to sit in a booth away from the game area and some heavy set guy sat us directly by the game area. I told him we didn’t want to sit here and he rolled his eyes and took us back to the entrance and wait. He kept talking to the hostess who kept looking around for a place to sit like if they were busy. It wasn’t. Once we sat it was okay. Our waitress was nice. The food was good. But overall not my choice to return.

I went with my colleague a couple of weeks ago for a team party. The party was well organized and the staffs were friendly and welcoming. The lunch service was OK and the food was not that great. However, the staffs at the bar counter are quick and responsive.Coming to the games, there are lot of arcade games for different age groups. Most of the games were fun especially the Dance on the Floor, skiing. The games was really good and fun to play, especially the Virtual Reality (VR) one.The staff at the VR area was friendly and helpful. She even suggested the best VR to try. I tried Jurassic Park and Men In Black (MIB). Jurassic park is the best.Payment for VR: I remember purchasing a power play on my Dave and Busters card for the VR game (appx 6$ per VR game), the regular recharge wont work I guess. However, I do not exactly remember why I was asked to purchase a separate ticket. I would suggest you to check with the staff at the reception or at the Redeem shop before you make a purchase or recharge your Dave and Busters Card if youre planning to take a ride at VR.

Our bartender was wonderful!! I wish I could remember their name.... Also highly recommend the mexican corn quesadilla (not the menu name, dont remember it, sorry)! Did the deal with entree + game card and got a good hour and a half of arcade games in after lunch. Some awesome new games here compared to other local D&Bs.

My boyfriend and I went there this pass Sunday as an afternoon date. We came in to be told that there was a 15 min wait, now mind you there were tables available. I put my name down for a table and my boyfriend said you want to get a drink at the bar. I said sure we went over there. We wait 10 minutes before a bartender came. He asked if we wanted and drink and if we wanted any food. We told him that we were waiting for a table and he said no you can order food here too. That when i canceled our table and we orders our drinks with some nachos that came out out but, we also order other food too. My boyfriend order a medium hamburger with fries, the fries were cold and his hamburger was not cooked medium and cold also. I ordered the sliders with the ribs and fries. Mine came out with out the ribs. I said something to waitress and she said she get the bartender. I said something to him and he said i pointed to the one with out the ribs. I told him I did not and went to have them brought out, now mind my food was also cold and even the ribs they brought out were cold and not hot. We then go over so that we can play some games, now i understand you have to make money but to charge people a fee to activate a card is wrong. On top of that his this and adult place or a family place due to that you have families there with their kids out in the game area along with the adults that have alcohol and bring it out into the game area. I think if you want to have it as both that you should have one side for adults and the other side for families. If you do not want to do that then you have to have the adults not bring there alcohol out into the gaming area as you are asking for trouble as there are also teenagers that are there to and an adult puts there drink down that teenager could pick it up and take it.

There are a large number of arcade games at this place. They are of good quality and the prices are reasonable. I put $50 on the access card and we had to come back on another day to use it up. The second day happened to be a Wednesday and it turned out that games were half price on Wednesdays. Call to see if this is still in effect if you go. Its right in the Natick Mall.

It was Tuesday night so it was dead, but thats ideal and perfect timing to bring a 5 year old to explore all they have to offer. We had a blast. The food was good, my adult beverage was one of the better Ive had in a loooongg time. At one point when we first arrived it took us about 10 minutes of walking around before we finally found an employee because there was no one working the door, no one at the store where you redeem prizes, no one at the bar that I could see or in the eating area at that time, but once we finally found someone he was super polite, apologetic about the lack of employees and got right on finding someone to help us and I understood it was a Tuesday. Overall awesome time!!

Games are a bit pricey, quite a bit better if you come on half price Wednesdays or have a promotional coupon. Food is quite decent, and can be fairly cheap if you do a food/game card combo. All the games have the new tap style cards, but still can use your old swipe ones.

Offers a wide selection of games for most ages. In addition to providing a decent selection of foods for everyone at a decent price. Dave & Busters is one of the few places left that offer old style arcade with modernization.

A fun environment to kill some time and win a few prizes. Have yet to try the food there. Machines are clean, good shape and no damage. Staff are nice and helpful.

I LOVE Dave and Buster’s. It’s clean and there are plenty of good games to play. The bar was great. Great place to go with my younger brothers or my 21+ friends!

The ticket pay out on this one is pretty fair. Very clean new location not too busy because people I dont think are used weekend. David Busters is always a great time to be at and I highly suggest regardless of your age to visit it at some point at this Great Mall.

Nice place to relax and play games. Went in the early evening and it wasnt too crowded. The staff was friendly and had a great time. Definitely be back for more tickets.

Met some friends for the Thursday Night Football game and the $20 all you can eat wings (with fries) and video games deal. Definitely worth it. Bone-in wings are the way to go, better than expected.

Love the atmosphere. Employees were great. I ordered the sliders and ribs combo. While the ribs and fries were good, I was a little disappointed with the sliders. They were smaller than your normal sliders and basically it appeared they just took a regular patty and cut it up. One of the four sliders barely had any meat on the. The taste was good but I was just disappointed with the overall quality. Would of been 5 stars had it not been for that.

Impromptu weekday date with the husband. Had a lot of fun! Only issue we had was figuring out where to scan our card to figure out how many points we had But that was easily resolved

Beautiful set-up a lot games. Good service. However I came specifically to eat and all the (cooked) food was salty, and or spicy eccept the kids meal. Some food products were freezer-burnt (Chicken-tacos) and the menu could use a major update or some additions. My score is in regards to the poor tasting food and lack of variety.

Food was very good, and the management tried to fix our issues, so credit for that. Perhaps still working out the newly open problems? Although only a couple tables occupied, food was slow, other plates nearly out before alerting us that one dish was unavailable. Service not very good at all, check very slow to come, two managers came over as if they werent communicating with each other, etc. Well give them the benefit of the doubt and try again after theyve been open a while.

I went with my teenage boys a couple weeks ago on a Saturday night. Dinner service was not very good. The waitress came by quickly and took our order. After that, we couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Another server brought our food and literally went away so quickly we couldn’t ask for ketchup and drinks. Our server didn’t come back so after 10 minutes I asked the hostess for help. She said she would help but then we waited another 10 minutes before our server came. She asked if we needed anything. I said ‘ketchup and ...’ and before I could finish she left. When she brought the ketchup she basically threw it on the table while running by ... so we never got more drinks. Very frustrating!The food was fine (although cold by the time we ate) and the games were fun but service can definitely be improved.I should also add that I submitted this experience in the Dave & Busters website feedback form and never heard back. I would hope they would want to hear this type of feedback so they can improve.

We were seated quickly, the establishment was clean. We met our waiter and ordered drinks quickly. It took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks and that was annoying, he stopped by to apologize for the wait (without prompt) and gab us water as we waited. Took our food order which included an appetizer. The drinks finally came and I honestly lost track of time chatting with my friends so we didnt notice the time it took to get our food. A huge pet peeve of mine is getting the appetizer with dinner, it should come before dinner, ours came with the dinner. My dinner was good the Tuscan chicken Alfredo with zucchini noodles was bomb, and the pull apart pizza bites are to die for. If youre getting a drink go with the long island, any variant, they are worth it. My roommates meal was definitely overcooked but he didnt complain, my chicken was a little overcooked and tough but the flavor in the breading wasnt lost so I had the Alfredo sauce to help.Summary:wait times were a little long, food was a little overcooked but still delicious.Yes we played games and had a blast

Went there for dinner with wife and 2 young kids. Arrived at around 5PM and by 5:20PM we were still waiting for someone to come by to greet us and take drink orders. My wife asked the host if there is a server around and the host said someone will be right over. 5 minutes later we just left and ended up eating at the food court.

Finally a Dave and Busters future out west! Plenty of games. The food and drinks were awesome. The only slightly negative thing I had with the place was slow service. I’m sure it will improve in the future they just opened.Update 1/1/20:Went here with a friend to get food and drinks. The bar tender was great at first then.... she seemed to have disappeared we have been waiting for 40 min here with no service all I want to do is pay my check! NEVER COMING BACK!

The games were fun and the drinks were good but we went on Monday March 2nd to celebrate my friends 21st and were waited on by an incredibly rude bartender. She was blonde and on the shorter side. We have never been treated so poorly by a bartender before and will be sure to not return to this location. Just because you hate your job/life doesn’t mean yiy need to ruin our experience.

Food was good, service is a little slow on the weekend but nothing too terrible. The thing that knocks the review down a star is the noise level. It is so loud you have to basically scream the entire time. The whole place feels a bit like a casino except instead of money, you get prizes.

Loved spending time with our niece at Dave & Buster’s. We were visiting for thanksgiving. It’s her favorite place for fun.

Recently went to this location and had a really great time! The place was very clean and the service was really great for how busy the place was. We were very happy about the selection of games there were, it made our date night even better than expected! Cant wait to come back again next time Im in town visiting.

Good game selection, food and bar area was separate from the games. It was very loud and felt very crowded. But overall had a great time.

Super fun place, and its not just for kids. It makes great for data night if you dont want to break the bank they an option buy points at 45$ which believe will have there for at least an hour and a half!

So much fun!! Definitely need to bring the family here. We were able to sit down for dinner where we had some great food. Service was good! And then the kids got to run around and play a bunch of games. Everything from skiball to a virtual reality set up? And best of all I was able to enjoy a nice cold beer while we walked around and had fun.

My other half and I vist solely to play air hockey. Nice place.Update: Last visit I dropped my debit card.I was panicked after not being able to find it. There was a group of workers/managers talking. I interrupted, asked if they heard anything about a debit card being found- they asked what bank it was. I told them. They went and got the card. And before giving it to me they asked more verifiable information, I gave it to them and got my card. I was so impressed by the efficiency of their operations and the fact that they went above and beyond to be sure it was actually my card. This business really impressed me.

I appreciate D&B asking why 3 stars. For us it was the restaurant. We had to ask 3 times for dressing to come out, the third time we asked the Manager. Then my wife got a wine refill and it had lipstick on the glass, the server went to replace it and we waited a decent time for that to come out (after asking the manager in-between). Not sure how long it takes to pour wine at an empty bar, but it seemed - lengthy (The second wine got comped). Otherwise the games were fun, the food was good. We were just an overnight trip,, first time going through this area.

The arcade is very well maintained with great games. Their cocktails are amazing as well. Havent tried the food yet. Its my go-to Friday night hangout.

Been waiting for D&Bs to open since it was announced last year. Popped in 07/08 (3 of us) for dinner and games. The staff were friendly and attentive, although the restaurant wasnt very busy, perhaps more staff than diners. Service was fast. The food was a bit salty and spicy. Dessert was a bit of a misfire, freezer burned ice cream that needed a Jack Hammer to eat and the peanut butter? brownies were dry to the point of crumbling. Server did ask how things were, we told them, they apologized. Game area was clean and well maintained. Staff said goodnight on the way out. Nice to see.I think it might just be teething problems as the location is very new. Ill wait a while before I go back.

Great arcade. One of the better Dave and Busters Ive been at. Happy to come in and see machines open, staff roaming around properly, and all machines up and working. Not a single problem with anything during my experience here.

The arcade is always fun but the restaurant is awful. The food is okay, the service is horrendous. I have been 3 times now and wont be returning to the restaurant. The last time I was there I had to ask the waitress three times for ketchup, it took over 15 minutes to get and then the food was cold. Youre better off going to one of the other restaurants in the mall then heading to the arcade after.

I went around 5:00 pm on Saturday evening and was helped by Ryan the bartender. He was on top of his game and served me immediately. Would definitely recommend this barcade to anyone who wants a quick drink and arcade experience. Ten outta ten

We had a birthday party for our 8th years old at Dave & Busters in Natick Mall in Massachusetts. My kid just walked by & told me to write that it was a Blessed Party (!!!!) & Everyone Love It! )) Yes, it was costly, but it worth it! OMG, we MUST mention the young lady Maddy that took care of our party room. She was fantastic! Always around, always diligent & constantly asking - do we need anything else.From the beginning. Imagine the excitement of any kid hearing that they can play the most popular games (Jurassic Park, Motorcycle, Car races, etc.) unlimited the entire day! Especially, if they live in neighboring towns - the party is in the morning & parents can bring them back at the end of the day anytime until the Dave & Busters will close.Summary: we ordered 2 hours, children played, after that we had a buffet style party in a private room. Appetizer sets for adults worth the money. We ended up having a plenty of left-overs & shared them with our guests. Service is just OUTSTANDING. Definitely would recommend to anyone that I know. Dave & Busters at Natick Mall - BEST PLACE to celebrate B-Day parties!!!!P.S. Please rise the salary for Maddy, she is just wonderful!!!!2 P.S. Without saying the age rules they let my son in and let him and his friends spend over $100 dollars on credits and then kicked them out after one game. I had to end my whole night to pick them up

So expensive. Food is terrible.On arrival, the desk was staffed by 1 person who was trying to fix a technical.issue with one of the waiters. Didnt greet us or explain that it might be a minute, bit we waited. Evenyually she got to us and we paid almost 50 for what would end up being about 15 minutes of game time for the kids. I was not offered an explanation or direction to get food and tried to figure it out for myself. More staff than patrons and still I had to find someone to take my order. When I returned the nachos the manager nicely came over and apologized, but DnB Natick doesnt seem to realize that once u get to apologies, its too late, the damage has been done. Granted, it was a Sunday night, but even my kids dont want to go back there. Let that sink in... my kids dont want to go to this Dave and Busters again...

Update: Visited again after 2 months, this time the food service is a disappointment. Service is not good at all, always rushing somewhere. And the food comes really really slow. It took almost one hour for the burger to finally arrive.Nice place, a bit small though. The machines glitch quite often and eat out coins.

At a corporate event, the food was not high quality and there was a lack of water for most of the time. The gaming area has a great selection of games, but they are hard to find and it was hard to navigate inside. The noise level inside was really high from the games and the constant music. The gift shop is very nice. The staff were helpful when I asked questions.

Fun environment, great food. Great for watching sports event, and to have some drinks. About time that they came to this area to make it closer for all of us.

Extremely LOUD!!! Went for a kids b day party. Had to walk by the bar from game room to party room. TACKY, Having children run back n forth by the bar is very tacky! So loud u cant even hear the person standing next to u. One good note the place is very clean. Anyone who has noise issues would definitely not do well here at all.

Came in to have some fun before they closed, was able to order food and it was only supposed to take 15 min due to no meat products...it took 25 minutes !ordered an impossible Burger (plant when based andburger)it came out it was beef and my husband already taken a bite! Very disappointing they need to duo better or they will have bad ratings! Very upsetting

Smallest of the dave and buster i have been too. the service in the restaurant is sub par as well. took over an hour from seating till we got our food. my first drink was un drinkable but they at least made it right. which was the only bright spot. we were told the average game was 6 points. but i found very few games under 6.9 points. 6 is definitely not the average cost of a game. i would not recommend dave and busters to anyone.

Simple math, more than 75 minutes of BS.

If youre here for the arcade only, its pretty small and limited. If a sports bar is more your thing, there are plenty of screens to enjoy.

I am a child at heart. Dave and Busters is a fantastic barcade. This location in Natick has a ton of games of skill, chance, and video games. Something for everyone. This location also has a very, very large dining area. If you go to eat, you can also tack on some discounted gameplay. Which is a good thing, because Dave and Busters is a bit expensive and money can go very very fast. Wednesdays are half price days, and signing up for a card gets you email deals like 20 bucks free when you spend 20 bucks. Those are the times i recommend you go 100%.

Disappointing. Not nearly what I had hoped. No pinball. Extravagant games just like the ones you can play at home.

My son went earlier today because we have been to multiple D&Bs across New England. He was denied entrance because he is 17 years old!!! Unbelievable, I do not understand this policy and would like to know why my almost adult son cannot go into an arcade in our towns mall.
