NPD do routine security checks

Melinda, the so called landlord needs to be fired. She is fat and lazy and does not tend to her tenants which are mostly college students. My son had accidentally locked himself out of his mobile home (I think this happened 3 times in a month, although he had a lot on his mind as his grades are important), and had to call said landlord @ 2 a.m., and she refused to go let him in, as this had happened before, and he had an exam to study for for the following morning for a class starting @ 8 a.m. I asked the said landlord for the name of the land owner and his number so that I could inform him of said landlords rudeness with myself on the phone this a.m., and she refused to give me this information. Guess she thought she may lose her job or get a slap on the hand. This is my review. There are so many other safer, and much nicer places to live in Natchitoches..........consider moving somewhere other than the Bayou Vista Mobile Home Park, and if this is the only place you can find to reside, please do NOT rent one of Melindas mobile homes, as they are nasty. Rent one owned by someone else.
