Honestly there is a few things that I have to say and since the day I was supposed to have my wedding I have been even debating on writing a review.I will start from the very beginning I found this place about last year in Dec, I thought it was cute my husband and I always dreamed about a little vegas/elvis wedding(my husband and I got married through a court). We scheduled for March and a week before nashville was struck with a tornado even though this place was untouched I decided to reschedule for May because not only were we going for a wedding but a nashville experience that we couldnt have. May comes and who wouldve thought that part/entire of our country would be shut down because of a pandemic and my husband and I were both without a job for 2 months at the time, so we rescheduled for September. Now in July my husband and I got sick with Covid, it was horrible! We had just gotten back to work not to long ago and to just get sick it was not fun, I called on July 24 @12:43pm no answer but I left a 41 second voice message, now I feel like I have to be specific because these people say they had no record of it, even though on my end I obviously had and still have it. No one called me back! Our relatives have been trying to get in touch with them and no answer, just so we can cancel altogether because it just seems like this year is not our year so we were trying to reach out and to get a refund for not all but atleast half of our money back. Since no answer, my husband decided to take it up with the BBB(Better Business ) and he left a review, that finally caught there attention a few days maybe a week later, only they called us liars and said we werent being truthful. My mother in law called again and the woman repeatedly called her liar (what kind of busines does that?!) and also told her not to call back. When I got in touch with her on Aug 18th I did apologize for my mother in law, but when I told the lady on the phone what was going on and how we got sick with Covid and that my husband and I couldnt take off of worj because we had to Quarantine, she sounded sarcastic and like she didnt even care, when I asked for my money back she said she couldnt because we had rescheduled twice and we reported them to the BBB,but wouldnt that be more of a reason to give me my money back, then they said we can still reschedule? Now, why would I want to reschedule when were in the middle of this and now you cant gaurantee me a great time for my own wedding? You didnt seem to care when we told you people we were sick so why would you guys for my wedding?! Oh and they blocked me on Instagram and my husband sent them a message they never responded to either.....I hope you have a great time with my $900 because it seems like you people really need it !!

We had an absolute blast getting married here!! It’s small and personal but has lots of character. The staff was kind and accommodating from the first phone call to filing our paper work in a timely manner. Elvis was so funny and personable. He walks you down the isle, helps with the vows, serenades you for your first dance, and then sings and dances with your whole party. It was such a good time. If you are looking for a casual, fun, romantic, and professional place to get married- this is it! Thank you, Rhinestone Chapel for making our big day so sweet. We’ll never forget it!

We had THE BEST time at the rhinestone wedding chapel. We had an Elvis ceremony and it was worth every single penny. Everyone was so helpful and SO sweet and they made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The venue itself has the most precious rustic meets eclectic vibe. You can totally roll up in a poofy wedding dress, or be a little more playful with a cute cocktail dress, the space works for any type of couple. Me, my husband and our families will never forget this adorable experience and I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. I also just want to stress the importance on tipping Elvis if you choose to have him! He is SO cooperative and SWEET and really commits to the role. He was so amazing with my family and even made my great aunt (who is in love with Elvis and would have been there had she not been 83 years old and living in Florida, it’s not easy for her to travel) a specialized video and took pictures for her with a sign my mom made. You can tell how much heart and soul he puts into it, the website says it’s optional but I STRONGLY advise it because he earns it and you’ll be sorry if you don’t bring cash! We already wanna renew our vows here in 10 years GO SEE FOR YOURSELF

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this chapel! Our wedding was scheduled during quarantine and got cancelled, but it was important to us to keep the date as scheduled. Brenda was able to accommodate us with short notice and she made our private day extra special for us. She walked us through everything, keeping it surprise-free and allowing for seamless transitions from ceremony to cake celebration etc. (The cake company they ordered for us was phenomenal.) We were extremely happy that our original out of town plans were cancelled because it turned out perfect. We are so happy we called Rhinestone! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely loved this place! Cute, charming, and very professional. We had a great time and took some amazing photos too. They were super accommodating and military friendly.

We had a lovely time at the Rhinestone Wedding chapel. The employees were extremely nice and generous with their time with us. We truly were blessed to get an time slot on a Friday afternoon, on the same week of calling. We will definitely be sharing our experience with our friends and family for a possible venue choice for them as well. Truly gorgeous!

I had an Elvis marriage there about 4 weeks ago. Everything was absolutely superb! Elvis was great, the photographer was wonderful and Brenda was the best! Trust in Brenda, she knows what she is doing! I got my pictures back this week and they were awesome and just make me wish I could go back and relive the experience!

Very nice and cozy. The owner is there to make sure all goes as planned. We planned this by internet and a phone call to the Chapel from out of state. They take care of it all but the license and its only a few blocks away. No problem at all. Everything went off perfect!

Pastor Glen Stewart was the best! He made my husband and I feel right at home. He did a great job of lightening the mood and easing our nerves. The venue is SO cute and charming! It was easy to locate the entire ceremony was quick and painless, thanks to Mr. Stewart. If we had to do it all over we would definitely choose this place again!!

This is the best place to have a wedding, its intimate, romantic, and quaint. We had an Elvis wedding and he is the best! He is so entertaining and really took the nerves away, we had such a great experience here; everyone is so nice there and they really go all out to make your wedding day special, no matter how big or how small. They answered every question that I had and were very polite. Come the actual wedding day, everything went so smooth. We discussed how we wanted the ceremony to goprior to the date and it was just spot on. I would definitely come back here to do a renewal. You can tell the people that work there cares. Of course its a business but they dont make you feel like youre just another number. Genuine people.

My husband and I were married here January 25, 2019. I told my husband if I ever got married again, I wanted to get married in Vegas with Elvis. We didnt get Vegas, but I am much happier with Nashville and Elvis, especially on Historic Music Row!!! Everyone was AMAZING! Even helped us with pictures!!! It was an AMAZING Day!!!

My husband and I were in Nashville for work. He ggoled it the night before and we called them after we went to the office to get our marriage license. They were pretty full up in their schedule, but managed to squeeze us in. The minister that performed the ceremony was absolutely professional and he did a very sweet service. He didnt cut it short or cheapen it in any way despite it only being the three of us in the room. It was a wonderful place that I will cherish in my memory forever

Our wedding was on 3/30/19 and we could not have asked for more! From the day we booked the venue in January until the day we were married Brenda went above and beyond to make our day beautiful and perfect, give recommendations, answer questions, and be completely accommodating! We chose a package that included Elvis, cake and bubbly, and added photography and everyone that the Rhinestone Wedding Chapel contracts with is wonderful! We highly recommend!!

We were married one month ago today at the The rhinestone wedding chapel and it was thee best! Love love love it!!!! We fell in love with the city and the fabulous chapel, as well as the entire staff! They were so accommodating and kind! The space was perfect for us and our guests ... it made for awesome pictures and even better memories!! We loved every single second we spent at the rhinestone!! Brenda is amazing and rod (the officiant) was a perfect fit to marry us ! When we come back to Nashville ( and we plan on it !!) one of our very first stops will be at the chapel for a visit and a walk down memory lane ( and hug from Brenda!! ) thank you guys so much !! Best experience ever!!!

My dad had his wedding here yesterday and it was glorious!!! The beautiful couple that own this place were magnificent. They made everyone feel at home and greeted us with warm welcoming smiles filled with wonderful memories. My father (the groom) doesnt have a Google account so I figured I would put his review on here for him. He said This was the perfect place to marry my now wife. The owners made us feel welcome and made us smile and laugh. They helped us pose for pictures even though we were nervous to be in front of everyone they had a way of making everything feel comfortable. My wife put my ring on the wrong hand and we all laughed and had a great time. This place isnt the biggest or the most expensive. But, its absolutely perfect. If youre looking for an elegant, beautiful wedding with some lovely people to marry you then this is the place. You will feel at home and youll have a wonderful time! This a long overdue review, no excuses but how time flies! We married at this lovely chapel in 2015 and remember our special day frequently.We had a very intimate private ceremony just my husband and I. Any reservations we had were gone once we were welcomed by Brenda and Rod the officiant. The welcome was wonderful and immediately put us at ease.We couldnt have wished to be in better company for our wedding and wouldnt change a thing! We remember it as if it was yesterday. My only regret is that I did not do this review sooner.We plan to visit Nashville again as it is a special place in our hearts and will most definitely pay Brenda a visit.

I was looking for a place to renew my wedding vows in my favorite place, Nashville. This place is beautiful and the staff was so friendly. We didn’t have a photographer so the owner took over a hundred pictures with my phone. I would highly recommend. Very affordable as well.

For having to plan everything over the phone because we were not from Nashville, EVERYTHING went without a hitch. Brenda went over and above to make everything run smooth. As soon as I called Miss Brenda for information on the chapel, I knew that I had found the perfect place for our wedding. She was extremely genuine, patient and very sweet. I felt like I had known her for years. She gave me great information on a fabulous florist in the area (Oshi Floral) that I was thrilled with using for my bouquet. Everything ran very smoothly. We never felt rushed and she took many pics of wedding on my phone, before and after, as well as videoing the actual ceremony. The chapel has a very shabby chic feel to it and this went perfectly with our Boho theme wedding attire. Reverend Rich was very professional and led the ceremony in a heart felt manner. We are so happy to have found the Rhinestone Wedding Chapel for our Nashville Elopement. By having the wedding here, it really did make the day about the two of us and no one else. We couldnt be happier with our decision to marry there.

My father in law Brad and his wife Tina had his wedding here. Its a wonderful chapel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The couple running this facility had beautiful personalities and made you feel right at home. They helped take pictures and even gave Tina flowers to carry down the aisle because we had forgot them with all the commotion. All in all its a wonderful place with wonderful people.

I would recommend any and all wedding ceremonies vow renewals to be done here it was not only an amazing experience but the people that work with you are even more amazing. They went out of their way for us to make sure that my day as a first-time Bride was all I ever dreamed of + more and a big shout out to Mrs. Brenda for doing what she does for us all. We had the perfect, small ceremony at Rhinestone. Just close family and a few friends. It was so much fun and stress free. Brenda is the sweetest and a pleasure to work with. I also recommend adding on the Hatch Show Print certificate of marriage - its very unique, and VERY Nashville!

I had such high hopes and really wanted to love my experience at Rhinestone. We wed on April Fools Day and thought how fun of a twist it would be to have our ceremony at this Vegas/Nashville chapel for our small wedding-25 guests.We were told we could arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony so I could change into my dress there. I did not want to wear my dress and then walk in with a chance of my soon to be to see me. I got there 25 minutes before the ceremony start time and there was another wedding still going on! No clue from the girl who works there waiting outside on when I could get inside and also telling all my guest- YOU CANT GO IN YET! I had to go across the walk area to a Barber shop and change in their upstairs poker room. It worked out now looking back because once we were able to get in the chapel- the area where the bride waits to come out, is not private at all - no curtain - nothing or let alone have a mirror. * note to owner- put a mirror in the room, please. Now that Im covered in sweat from rushing and NO A/C, we were rushed by the owner to start on time cause she probably would have had to pay the Officiant extra to stay late. When booking the ceremony she and I went over that we wanted to play our own music while walking down the aisle. Well what she meant to say is that I could play it out of my PHONE SPEAKER!!!! Luckily my brother in law was able to hook up my phone to their speak so I could walk down to our song - she didnt like it but whatever. I couldnt walk out like I had planned at a certain point of the song, I was rushed out and it really upset me. She said we could stay until 6 and not be charged for the two extra guests (we had two outside the 25 which I cleared ahead -$15 extra a head) for having to wait past the 4 oclock arrival time. The owner kept complaining that my guests showed up early- I was told 4 - one group was planning on pinning the flowers on our family and they arrived at 3:55!!! As soon as we were pronounced Husband and Wife, we were rushed to take a group photo and get out of there... it was 5:30 tops! I dont think we were in the chapel longer than 45 minutes when offered to stay a good 75 minutes.In the end,it did its job and we are now married. But Id only recommend this place to a couple who just wanna show up in jeans and do it on a whim. Its a short ceremony but very straight forward. Pretty sure the prayer was longer than our vows. You really get what paid for-$300 in the end.

We called that day to be married and she set it up within minutes. We were very proud to be married there. The officiant was amazing! He prayed for us and read from the bible which is huge for my husband and me. Brenda took our pictures and made us feel so welcomed and loved.

My husband an I were married here in October 2017. We had a very casual ceremony, the staff at Rhinestone were very welcoming and kept everything short and sweet for us. Thank you for our wonderful experience!

We cannot possibly thank the Rhinestone and Brenda enough as she saved our wedding day. We travelled from the UK to Nashville to get married, unfortunately the chapel we had booked let us down on our big day so we were all dressed up with nowhere to go. I telephoned the Rhinestone and Brenda arranged to get a minister there in an hour. We had the perfect, private ceremony, with just the two of us. The minister was lovely and even took some photos for us. Brenda was so helpful and we will be forever grateful to her for everything she did to make our day special.

My husband and I decided to do a tiny wedding and this was where we decided. It was amazing. Best choice by far!

Adorable Vegas-style wedding chapel. Elvis was a hoot. A bit tiny, room for maybe 25 guests, but awesome, glitzy environment.

The wedding was simple but elegant! They went above and beyond for our last minute wedding. I called that day around 10 and asked for the lunch special. Couldnt get the special but she worked with us on the price anyway. They stayed late to do the wedding and didnt even fuse or put us out when we stayed an additional 1 1/2 hours taking pictures lol and actually Brenda even helped us take pictures lol. Oh and did I mention that I was late (Im late for everything) and again they didnt make a big deal out of it at all. They were awesome all around! They didnt rush the ceremony despite of the amount of time we were their. The Officiant was wonderful and the ceremony reflected on our beliefs and love for each other. Honestly I think our wedding was perfect!

We renewed out vows here by the Elvis impersonator. It was amazing and everyone there was first class. If you want to get married in Nashville or just renew your vows then this is where you want to go!

There really isnt enough good things I can say about the Rhinestone Wedding Chapel. We had the wedding booked for a few months and the entire time they kept us up to date on whatever was going on. Out guest list was in flux do to the weather and they stayed very helpful right up until the time we walked out of the door. The staff are very friendly, personable, and really make you feel like this is totally their personal mission to give you the very best experience they can provide. I love the fact its right on Music Row and its a very intimate area which was perfect for our wedding. We had looked at another place in Memphis that did an Elvis wedding and it was well over $1000. Ours was just under $300 and I feel we got the better end of the deal. Also I am retired military and they also provided a military discount which was very nice of them. The Minister provided a great ceremony that was First Class. Now for ELVIS! I have seen they work with different Elvis but we had been hoping for the 1970s era Elvis with the white jump suit and we were so stoked to find out he would be there for our wedding. This dude is all over his game and was amazing. We had a late start and he took the entire time telling stories, jokes, and of course singing the entire time. This guy was hysterical and was the highlight of our wedding. If you can get him I highly suggest that you find a way to get this first class act in for your wedding as well. He also walked my bride to the alter and also presided over part of the ceremony and he was just fantastic. Fantastic staff, great intimate area for a ceremony, and first class support with Elvis and the Minister made this all possible. I really cannot say enough good about Rhinestone Wedding Chapel! I really enjoyed my experience at the Rhinestone Wedding Chapel. When I called for information about the chapel, I spoke directly with the owner and she was very friendly and accommodating. The chapel was cozy and it fit my 40 wedding guests comfortably. The Christian ceremony was very touching and I loved getting to share this sweet moment with my husband as we shared our vows. To top it off, ELVIS shared in our special day!! He sang as we had our first dance, and got my guests shaken it to Hunka Hunka Burnin Love! SO MUCH FUN!! It was a beautiful day and the Rhinestone was the perfect little NashVegas chapel to start this new chapter in our love story together in the heart of Nashville! I would recommend this chapel to any one looking for a sweet, fun, and affordable wedding!
