The Manager, Amanda, helped me with my requirement list for my class. It was my first art class. I was very intimidated at first because I have zero knowledge in art. Amanda, and all the staff, made me feel very welcome. They assured me that every one is welcome; zero levels like me included.Amanda took 1 hour helping me and I felt very special.I do not go to the other art store in Nashville. I once went there out of necessity and it felt like treason.I am now a Jerrys Artarama Groupie forever and ever.So, help me God!-Bhavani and Cracker

Ive never been to the store, and likely wont because I usually check out inventory and what a supply store has to offer before I go via the website. This website is a nightmare to navigate and there apparently is no search engine. I came looking for a specific product, but all I can find are generalizations and logos of the brands carried by this store plastered everywhere...not helpful at all...Please note, this rating is not for the store, per say, but rather for the website...Hats off to Jerrys Artarama for their quick response to my previous review. As suggested I called and they do in fact have what I was looking for. From now on Ill just call instead of trying to navigate the website.

I took in a piece of art to get framed. It was a piece of art that was very important to me and a vital phase in my art life. I quickly talked to the framer and told her the specs that I wanted and she helped me pick out the frame, and just like that I gave them my trust to make my art look good. When I came and picked it up, the framing job was spectaular, and I would tell any body who needs a frame job or supplies to go to Jerrys!

I have only met friendly and helpful people at Jerry’s Artarama. It’s beginning to freak me out. My experiences in art stores in college involved a whole lot of snobbery but not here. The sales staff is all knowledgeable and friendly. I want to give a special thanks to store manager amanda who took time to help me find print making supplies for my Jr. High class and showed a genuine interest in what I was doing. So thankful for a local art shop like Jerry’s.

Love this place! The parking lot for this location is a little tight, but so worth it. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Theyre also knowledgeable if what theyre selling, as some are artists themselves, which is super helpful when you have questions about quality or materials. Jerrys is great because they carry all the essentials (sans the overwhelming sense craft stores can bring) with a great range from economy to premium levels. Theyre always running sales on something! Joining their discount club also gets you 10% off every purchase on top of the sales. Definitely one of my top places for art supplies.

The folks here are very friendly and helpful. My son loves to come here because they treat him so nice. They take time to explain things to him and I really appreciate that.

A few month old review but a pretty honest one. This place is great if you like Getting great quality spray cans without paying shipping fees, i cant think of any other places near this area where i can find Montana brand spray cans.

Since it moved from Antioch, I dont get to go as much. They have everything you need and the staff is super nice. I actually became really good friends with an employee. Prices are reasonable.

We really enjoy shopping at Jerrys, the staff is always helpful and very nice. This trip the young man at the register (wish I had gotten his name) asked to see my granddaughters (13) sketch book and talked to her about her art and showed her some of his work. Pretty amazing and much appreciated

Best art store in town. If you need matte board to frame pictures, drawing utensils, paint, tools, whatever, they have it. Its a true art store. I was an architecture student, and I know the difference between a frame shop or paint shop that also sells sketchbooks and a real art supply store. This is no office supply store, its the real deal.

Once you have the loyalty card and are signed up to receive news about sales, Jerrys is one of the cheapest, high-quality art supply stores in the area. I shop with Jerrys exclusively now. The store is always clean and decorated nicely (right now, there are tons of fun Halloween decorations up) and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to other art enthusiasts and hobbyists.

I am amazed at the transformation Jerrys in Nashville has undergone in the last year. I went back after a long layoff and felt like I was at a new store. The transformation is incredible and Jerrys is finally fulfilling the promise they long have had.They have stock and most importantly, great service. The employees could not be nicer. There is a knowledge and a care that you dont find at other local art supply stores AND their prices are great.

High-quality, standard art supplies for professionals and students for a lower price than competiting big art stores. Great selection and supply. Usually has what you need. However, highly-specific specialty items will usually require a trip elsewhere. Staff is hit-or-miss. Either great or clueless, depending on person and project in question.

One of the best stores in the Nashville area for art supplies. They have so many different mediums and equipment in stock. Some items are a bit pricey.
