We had been hoping it was time to reopen and have been checking the web for updates often. My son and i had SO MUCH FUN that we went almost every week. Everyone who worked there was super nice - from the front desk to the court monitors. They always kept a close eye on the little kids. They always had a good word and made us feel welcome. The facility was beautiful and offered an affordable option where we could learn new skills. If it has closed, we wish the Launch staff good luck and wish them all the best in the future. Many thanks! We will miss you and Launch.

Kids absolutely loved it. They had a blast and it wasnt insanely busy. Ive got 2 teenagers and a toddler. Toddler didnt want to leave, only downside was the cost of drinks and the distance of the water fountain from the jump area. Would highly recommend and I will be going back.

Great spot for kids to get out some energy and have fun. Plenty of places to jump around, play games and good for parties.

Kids had fun jumping but they dont have enough workers to manage all the counters. Birthday parties are clearly the money maker here and that is where attention goes. We didnt expect gourmet food from the food counter but the service was ridiculously slow and my husband ordered jalapeno poppers that came out still frozen. They get four stars as the kids did have a great time jumping and playing the arcade.

Typical indoor trampoline park with a lot of options for everyone. Was surprised to see they now host exercise classes there as well using the trampolines. Very bright and clean. Food options are limited inside, but there are so many better places in the area to eat that at most youd be looking at is snacks

When I was there there was almost nobody there but later on a 6-7 year old kid got there. He had a phone and mini speaker and was blasting music everywhere. and when I asked the staff to have him stop,(this is after I asked him to stop directly)he seemed to like it. When I asked for his name he did not tell me. Since the radio for the park was not working I had to leave. I am very disappointed but I understand that this is probably just a one time thing. I will try again soon.

They closed thats why a 1 star best place do awsome staff and cooks

Fun for kids and adults

The kids had a great time so that would be a 5 * but the kids working didnt seem to know what they were doing in regards to food, activating cards and a few other things.

It was so much fun i loved it and i met a worker who was amazing his name was Jacob from the nashua location he’s the absolute best great guy.

I went here with some friends once and it was an awesome experience it was pretty good here. If you have kids or want to have some fun with friends this is a good place. The staff also do a nice job of keeping an eye on all of the little kids, so they don’t do anything crazy.

We had a great time at Launch! We go there for toddler time and my daughter loves it!! Staff is very good, my daughter really likes Isabelle, shes great with the kids. Looking forward to another visit!!

Excellent place to visit with kids, family and friends. Not expensive. Easy access and plenty parkings. You can also play arcade games. (extra cost). Option of booking private events.

They have a bunch of common sense rules that nobody enforces. Its an environment that has a high probability of injury when everyone is following the rules. Its even higher when nobody cares. I watched 3 kids get hurt in the span of 10 mins.

I absolutely love this trampoline park. It is very friendly towards kids and adults. And I should know, I AM a kid. The family will love this. It is at a reasonable price and it is to die for!! Me and my friend go here all the time when we are around. The beverages are delicious and the food is fantastic!

I work here, so I may not count as a customer, but... my co-workers are the best they work so hard at everything they do. And shout out to Megan, who is literally an angel.Also, if you’re thinking of coming here, do it. The prices are fair, it’s extremely fun, and we all try to make it the best experience possible!

Fun, fun place with awesome workers - they played with the kids and had a lot of fun themselves - great to watch - Launch would have gotten FIVE PLUS stars if they had the AC fixed - I hear its hot in there all the time - NOT GOOD when you are jumping around - my grandson was SWEAT head to toe - I didnt like that - but other than that - it was SO FUN for him!! Fix your AC and well come back Launch!!

My son loves it here! Could be a little less expensive since kids love it and a lot of parents struggle with money and bills.. Need something cheaper to take your kids out comfortably .. I have one and its even hard on me!

This seemed to be a fun and safe park. I say seems because only spent five minutes there. I went with my two nephews and one got pretty badly hurt almost immediately. It wasnt the fault of the facility, but a child from a day camp that was there bounced on his trampoline in the middle of his flip. So, when he landed, the bounce didnt take and he fell on his neck. Luckily, he was better within a couple of days. I was pretty disturbed by the gaggle of adult counselors of this camp who were too busy chatting with each other to notice what their charges were doing. They also showed absolutely no concern when my 14-year old nephew was in a great deal of pain and crying.However, the Launch staff, when they found out, did show concern. They gave us vouchers for a return visit and the manager asked my nephew for details of the incident so that he could try to ensure it wouldnt happen again. Everyone should understand that bouncing on trampolines with lots of kids isnt without risk. However, this place seems to be run very responsibly and they do everything they can to minimize risk. I look forward to returning.Also, they give a military discount!! Thank you from military families everywhere!

My 2.5 year old and husband had a great time. The cards we use for games make it easy to keep tickets and spend money;).

The Monster drop game machine does not work well. I got an add bonus ball, but I didn’t get any bonus ball. I asked the cashier, she will let the 3rd party know. In the meanwhile, they gave me 500 tickets eventually, awesome customer services.

Great place to take the kids to work off some energy. Lots of rooms with different things to do including foam pit, basketball, dodgeball, and more. The little kids time is great so you dont have to worry about your young children getting squashed.

The trampoline part itself is great. The park, food, etc are a little expensive. It also could get very crowded very fast.One problem I have is when I walk in I smell old pizza and sweat. Would that be a problem? Im not sure. Would I recommend it? Probably.

I went there yesterday for their Valentines daddy daughter night. They experience was awesome. Friendly staff, lots of space to jump, and activities for my girls. I would highly recommend!

We visit this place for its toddler time, where children under 4 have run of the place without having to dodge older children. Its a great way to bounce off energy to kids music, in addition to bouncing, they set up a slide and have balls and sometimes a parachute to play with. Joey, the big green kangaroo, usually makes an appearance.

Usually a very fun place but the staff is usually lacking. My last time there was understaffed and the few staff there were incredibly rude. I’m 14 and I had brought my friend who is also 14 and my little sis and her friend who are each 10 the three guys maintaining the jumping area were incredibley rude they harassed my sis and her friends so much that they would cry and it made my friend anxious and she wanted to leave the guy running dodgeball wouldn’t even pay attention and it was a mess i had a very bad experience and other then the staff the place is nice.

Great for kids. Jump time is a bit pricey. Needs better access for guardians with disabilities. Nice snack bar and staff.

Kids had a blast. Manager was being too stern with the young employees though, bitching at him about doing something he already did, then didnt apologize to him after. That shouldnt be done in front of customers. Great place otherwise.

The staff are great! I work with kiddos on the spectrum and often take them here for sensory hour. When leaving, one of my kiddos had a tantrum and the staff asked if everything was OK and did everything in their power to make the transition easier.

My 5 year old LOVES it here but it is a bit overpriced. I spent over $30 for the two of us just to jump. All of the games are $1.00 so it can be a pricey day.

Been here two, maybe 3 times for kids birthday parties...was kinda glad I could leave!! In all honesty, the reports from the kids was it was kinda fun, but it can get loud, and it seems the goal is to get the kids to play video games so they can spend more $$. For some parties it might be a good place, I guess unlike rollerblading/skating anybody can bounce, but its kinda limited... Times on the trampolines are timed pretty closely, and it does...er.. smell kinda like you would expect it too!

Good place for kids and adults, they have arcade games and whatnot. Trampoline areas are good size

Me and my girls, loved this place.Very friendly, enjoyable and special space for little kids like mine.Our favoritw spot is the foam pit and the main court, very good place for a quick workout/funday with kids and it is not expensive.I totally recommended.

Kids had a blast and it certainly wore them out. From free jumping to dodgeball, they got some winter exercise and fun as well!

My sons and their friends had a blast here at Launch. Definitely will be back.

We had a blast!! Unfortunately, will not be returning. due to the fact that one of the workers was rude to my 6 year old son and a few other young children. He did not know I was watching/trying to listen, and when he realized I was, he took off. I tried to find him but never did, my 8 month baby started to get fussy so we had to leave, or I would have stayed until I found him to get his name. Parents, just make sure you stay with your children while at this trampoline park. A working teenager bullying young children IS NOT OK!!! Find a different job if you do not enjoy being around kids!

Clean and lots of space to play. My little ones enjoy toddler time a lot, and it wears them out!

A manager was bitching at an employee infront of other customers and staff members. I dont think it is acceptable to treat employees like that. If my daughter/son were to get a job, I would not allow them to work here or any other place where they would get treated that way. I personally believe that was uncalled for.
