We liked the new card system. Probably the cleanest one I have ever been to. A few games were out of order but not enough to keep us from being entertained for 30 min.

First Birthday Party experience and we loved it! My kids were so excited, everything was set for us, the guests enjoyed the games and food. They will provide decoration for the tables, cups, utensils, napkins and plates, but you are allowed to bring your own decoration prior to the party and they will set up everything. I strongly recomend the Mega Super Star packet, no one run out of credits to play, all the kids (and some adults) enjoyed the ice cream. We only ordered extra pizza for the adults and everyone was pleased. Another plus when booking a birthday party here, they dont have a set packet with a set amount of guests, you can book for 6, 10, 13, they do have a minimum and I believe its 4 kids.

As many times Ive been to Chuck e cheese it never gets old my son gets older each year but the fun never stops thank you Chuck e cheese youre one of the better placesand one last thing we also noticed their new menu and your prices have changed theyve gotten better and more reasonable for the average Joe.

This place is like paradise for kids. Here they will find a lot of funny games, all the machines look like new and work perfectly. The place is clean and the staff is nice. You can also celebrate your kids birthday at this place, and they (your kid and his/her friends) will have a lot of fun. This is also a secure environment for your child, but you should still be watching your kid all the time, accidents may happen.

This is a great location, and the staff was super friendly. The manager in particular, was very accommodating and helped make my sons birthday fantastic. Thanks guys, I know Covid was tough on the business but we for one will be back often.

My son and I had a great day today at Chuck E Cheese. Shay, (sp?) Was the best employee Ive interacted with while at Chuck E Cheese. Anticipated our need and as all over the place fixing tickets and answering questions.

This was a great experience for the whole family. We were visiting from Puerto Rico, it was our first time visiting a Chuck E. Cheese’s. My son (6 years old by that time in 2013) had a great time, and of course he didn’t wanted to leave. Nice selection of games for all ages. Did I said Good pizza!?

Im glad they have finally build a Chuck E Cheese in Naples, but with that being said, its just like any other Chuck E Cheese elsewhere. Subpar and below average staff, basically kids who are there just to have a job, broken/sticky machines that they are in no hurry to get fix/clean and dirty carpets covered with food (especially under the machines.) I did attend a birthday party here and mother who hosted the party said she had an excellent experience.

This location has a much nicer and run better than the one in fort myers. We never come here because of the distance from Fort Myers unless we’ve been invited to a party, but we always enjoy the experience every time we have been here. The pizza is actually really good here considering it’s just a kids arcade/party place.

With kids ages 2 to 5 for a pizza birthday party. The place was clean, rides were safe and every one had a great time. Staff was attentive and very helpful.

COULD BE BETTER.The games and ambient is excellent, but the food, just could be better than what they serve by the price charged. Just that, everything else its just his it spat to be.

Been coming here for 5 years now . We have seen so many faces throughout the years and its always been good. Love the Stella and salad bar...also the cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. I wish they had a chuckie cheese card but Im glad they finally brought out the rewards app.( If only I remember to tell them my phone number at the counter, the 3 day later credit add is always a pain cause I forget about that too. It use to be a longer timespan)Chuckie is always a beast when dancing Go chuckie!! Thanks for always being so nice to my son. Looking forward to my sons next bday party.

Great for raining days and perfect for young kids and adults. My 1 and 7 year old love it, so does my husband the foods okay, not the best. They do live shows and birthdays plenty of space and room to play.

Shane made sure we had a great experience! This place is clean and the machines are all new and gave lots of tickets! Our family of 7 had a great time today! My husband ordered wings and we did the unlimited free play for 2 hours for $30! What a great deal for 5 kids!! Thank you to the Naples Chuckecheese!! We will be back soon!!

Kids loved it, how cant they. Only observation would be that is smells like sorry old socks in there.

This place WAS a great place but now the management is horrible, food is average at best. The entire play stinks really bad. The restrooms were so dirty and we will not have future grandkids parties here.

The staff very friendly and welcoming! We had a great time and the kids had such a wonderful experience. Pizzas were pizzas were pretty good & hot. Though my only complaint would be is that some of the arcade games are not working properly and did not give out tickets. We were not told her to use the cards that we purchased for my kids. We kept swiping the card singing they didnt work and it was taking more money from us. Other than that the place is great! But until they fix the problem 3 stars.Sorry :/

Kids love to play there but usually really crowded. I would never buy the 1 hour of play for the kids ever again. Its definitely a waste of money because if you spent the money about the points they can take their time at each game. If your child older it might be okay to buy an hour of time instead of play points. Children eight and under you should spend $20 get a 100 points just ask them about it and the cashier will enter in a code and give you it it you. Its an online special so you have to ask the cashier to put in the code. If have a toddler or a baby they take their time at each game and at each ride so its definitely worth it just to get the play points for the kids because theyre not going to use up all their points and you can come back and use the rest later.....

My 3 year of son loves this place. The staff go out of their way to engage with him and I feel very safe playing inside. 5 Stars mostly because of the outstanding staff at this location

My kids loved it here! Their favorite part was chucky’s live show. The person in the Chucky suit was very animated. The only downside is that place smells like dirty carpet. Kids don’t really realize that though because they are too busy having fun.

Go early if its on the weekends to avoid the birthday party rush. Games all work and the all you can play is the best bet for kids.

My granddaughter had a birthday party and we had a great experience. The staff was very helpful. Only reason I did rate it a 5 is because the bathrooms needed some attention.

Pretty disgusted after going here for one of the kids friends birthday parties. This is the second time we have been for a party this year and both times the entire family got sick right after. They need to disinfect big time.

Fun and safe place for kids to play

I do not like this place. It is not very clean and there is not much for little kids to do. You’d think there would be way more things for the kids to do.

Happy friendly people who genuinely cared about the kids being happy and even traded back a toy that my little one changed mind on.

The entertainment was alright, games were fun, I’m 16 years old, a little kiddish for my liking, what really fell flat was the food, absolutely disgraceful. I love Chuck E. Cheese the Mouse as much as the next person, but the food? you should be ashamed of yourselves for letting that out of the kitchen. I will not be returning!

We went for a 10 year old birthday party. The kids had a BLAST! As the kids arrived, the hostess of the birthday party got them cards with bracelets attached. They could play all they wanted for two hours. There are separate areas for big kids and little kids. I dont think the employees had to enforce the zones at all because they are made to cater to their respective ages. The kids either stayed because they wanted to be in their appropriate area or were respectful when in the smaller kids area. I was impressed by the photo booth. It makes the pictures look like sketches, and they were super cute. The pizza was actually pretty good, and the employees were really nice. Chuck-E could have been more enthusiastic for sure, and I didnt like that when he came out, he had kids from two separate birthday party groups sing Happy Birthday to both kids together. They didnt know each other at all. The kids didnt seem to mind though. The waitress (or manager, not sure) was super helpful and kind. The lady at the counter where you get prizes was enthusiastic, patient and helpful; you could tell she really loved kids. They stamp your childs arm and parents arm to match so they can protect the kids from leaving with anyone else. Then they stand at the door. There are also cameras. As someone who does not like crowds, I was really surprised at how much I didnt mind being there. I would go there again for sure with the kids.

I visited this location twice within a two week period. The first time I went it was the first time going since I was a kid! When I went for the first time I was told if I didnt start the time I had purchased then I be able to use it next time, well thats not the case, If you purchase time then you need to use it the same day because the time will expire at the end of the day. Phillip, one of the managers did rectify the situation when we went back the second time since you can check the balance now.The second time we went we had lunch. I had the salad bar, buffalo boneless wings, and I tasted my kids pizza. Good was great.

Thank you for the excellent service! My family had a great time and we were greeted by Conner. This young man remembered our names and explained the new cards very efficiently and easy for our 4 year old and us to understand. We wanted to write this review due to the fact that he went out of his way to help us and works great with the adults and the kids. I think everyone can appreciate working with someone who really cares and is truly helpful. It was very busy with people and kids screaming everywhere and it was overall a perfect family afternoon. We live in Fort Myers but we dont mind driving a little further to this location because it is always clean. It has always been less crowded than the Fort Myers location when we visit, which we like. The employees are friendly.

Ive been here about 3 or 4 times with my little one, and its a wonderful experience each time. The servers are friendly and patient, the place is always clean and neat, and the kids always have an incredible time. I like the safety system they have in place so when its super busy and there are kids running around all over the place, Im not freaking out when I lose sight of my little one for a few minutes.

The salad bar is a mess, the tomatoes were damaged spinach too, the strawberries and the orrible, old grapes, I do not recommend the place

Lunch time buffet is a really great value and pretty decent quality food (they have macaroni and cheese pizza!). We got there right as a large family was finishing so there wasnt much food on the line, they literally couldnt keep up with their demand.Clean, good service, overall really happy with this location!

They did not explain how the time card system worked for the game area, and we accidentally wasted most of the time we bought because we did not know about pausing it. They also would not help us or compensate us for the time we were not able to use. NOT GOING BACK. THANKS FOR THE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

This is the worst experience ever. I came on a Sunday the kids wanna play. They said there is no food. I said ok they don’t wanna eat they wanna play. Still they didn’t let me in. Worst chuck e cheese ever. Shortage of staff I don’t care. They just wanna play I really wanna sue you for hurting the kids feelings. Very rude short staff too

It always smells like old gym socks in there. As an adult it makes me anxious, but my children have a blast so I tolerate it. At least they let me keep bring in my coffee.

Fun place to take the kids, I love that I feel safe that the kids can run around and know that the kids arent going to escape or run out with a stranger because there is always someone at the door verifying you leave with the people you came in. Clean environment, and had a great experiences when I hosted a birthday party here for my daughter, two years in a row! The only thing I can say is that their staff need to be more spunky, happy and cheerful. Our last visit this past weekend you could tell chucky wasnt feeling it to much, and was like whatever. Its a kid place, all staff should always have a smile on their face.

Very disappointing ruined my kids birthday party cake came out after closing was forced off our original tables first cake brought out was damaged half the machines were out of tickets and others ate your tokens when complaining nothing was done we were rushed to finish out cake and the kids never got to cash in there free tokens from the grab bags and in order to use again we have to buy more of the nasty pizza..... the employees are rude and inconsiderate the employee at the register had no clue what she was doing overall it was semi fun and mainly disappointing especially considering the cost and having over half your tokens eaten and no game play or tickets.... a waste...

Their pizza is much better than it has been, and the staff was friendly and courteous. They were terribly short staffed, however, so service was a little slow. However much they are paid, it isnt enough.
