Thanks very much to Coach Tom & the T2 Aquatics team for the hospitality & allowing my son Aaron the opportunity to swim with you while we were visiting Naples over the March Break. The experience will only serve to make him a better swimmer.
I have belonged to swim clubs all over the US. This club is disorganized. The coaches are hardly ever there. You pay almost 70 dollars a month for someone to give you a workout. i can pull up a workout on line. The practice times are terrible. The noon swim coach Joanie is rude and abrupt. After swimming for two weeks I was suddenly told that if I did not have my usms membership up to date then I could not swim that day. This is not a professionally organized and operated club. Having just moved to Naples I was very disappointed. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I was told that I had to pay for three months whether I liked it or not. I was sent a rude email with the fine print blown up. I guess this is the only way they can get some money to keep the program going. No money back guarantee here. fortunately I found an excellent and very professional swim club at NCH. Although they dont have the huge pool, the coach is very professional. For the same price as this crappy swim organization I also belong to a state of the art facility.
I wish there was another swimming group to give T2 some competition. They start practice late, end early and cancel even when lightening is well over 10 miles away. Ive complained to the head coach and he doesnt take responsibility for anything. Such a shame.
