Historical site, a must see of Naples history. Between the Depot and Tin City, you get a great visual and understanding of the time period and mechanics of Naples back in 1830s.

We had ages 15 months to 12 years old and everyone had a blast. Great place to stop and kill a dew hours during the hottest part of the day. Kids loved the train ride, train room, and touring the old train cars! Adults liked the train museum too.

Lots of displays and information about trains. The diorama was extremely impressive. So much detail! It was also really cool being able to go into the full-sized train in the back. The gal at the front was super friendly and nice. When we came here, they happened to be having a Lionel train event as well and that just added to the experience.

The Naples Depot Museum is a very nice free museum. There is a nice model train set up and train ride which is not free like the museum. Once you pay for the train ride, you can ride the train as many times as you want during the hours of operation which is 10 am to 2 pm. Had a wonderful time.

Great place to visit with little kids during winter holidays. The mini train ride is a hit with the little ones. The interactive train sets inside are great, the kids can push buttons and move all kinds of fun features.

Very informative, especially enjoyed learning about the native communities. But one of the info boards cuts out in the middle of the sentence, and why is the African American history section essentially segregated from the rest of the museum? It should be one of the first things you see, not isolated in a back room

Wonderfully fascinating for both kids and adults alike! Ride the trains around the facility, see the extensive (and interactive) model railroad display AND climb into actual era-correct and beautifully preserved train cars on site! $5 to get in and worth every penny!

This free museum is a great place to take friends visiting out-of-town. Learn about the Naples Depot train station and a lot of Naples history in general. Have your picture taken in the old red caboose thats open to walk through. Admission is free and donations are accepted. Local residents will also enjoy learning more about the paradise we live in. This is just one of the many free things to do here in Naples Florida.

One of the best things to do in Naples especially for the young ones! Everyone is so nice and they pay special attention to the little ones! The train ride is short but it’s fun for the kids as well as the adults! And the museum is really awesome totally worth checking out! Open very limited hours so check the website before you head over there other wise you’ll likely find it closed!

This little hidden, but not so hidden, gem of Naples, is the perfect place to go when you just arent sure what to do. Naples Depot Museum is small but filled with education. Perfect place to go to travel back into time or for the young children who love trains to look inside their model train. Apparently they even have a little train the goes around the premise. Definitely unique! There is no cost to look through the museum nor if you want to go in the model train. Will definitely be a place I will take friends and family when they come down to visit!

The depot itself isnt anything special. Its too boring for kids and not interesting for adults. However, the train set next door is awesome. And, the miniature train ride (which is like $7 per person for unlimited rides all day) is super fun and kids will love it. This makes for a fun few hours with kids.

The Naples Depot is one of 5 Museums run by Collier County. The focus is on transportation in Naples since the depot was the end of the line for trains. The exhibits are very well done. There is an area in the back that is used for art shows from local artists. Usually a reception is held for each show. Several car shows and a Memorial day event are held every year. This is an excellent museum. Very interesting.
