Last time I was signed up at the gym, I think was 20 years ago. Since then I always thought it was silly to drive to gym (emphasis on drive) to walk on the treadmill. Anyway, I held this opinion for a couple of decades until I realized that its just not working for me. Im not driving, but Im also not walking either. In fact, all my attempts at working out (by myself) resulted in nothing. So I signup here and, you know what, its been great! I love the fact that there are always trainers available to help out. You are never on your own. The goals are clear. Location is super convenient. The value is incredible and cant be beat for what you get. Staff is awesome, every one of them. I actually look forward to going there and I feel amazing after.

This place is great! The gym is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Membership comes with your own personal trainer every time you work out. They take a comprehensive approach that incorporates diet, nutrition, and exercise.If you have struggled getting in shape in the past, you need yo try this! They analyze your current overall health using an In Body Test machine and then tailor a nutrition plan specifically for you. Then they show the proper way to use each machine and guide through your entire work out!

I have avoided gyms for almost my entire adult life. A desire to help my son and by recommendation of a close friend, I signed him and myself up. The staff are all exceptionally friendly, helpful, kind, encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive in every way. We now look forward to our workouts. The food available to purchase is REALLY quite good and a very nice plus! I highly recommend Ideal to anyone considering focusing on improving their health.

The staff is young and vibrant. The facility is clean and welcoming.I enjoy going because I am looked after as if Im the only person there. The machines are constantly are set up to suit me and my progress. I only have to do the exercising, the staff does the thinking.Because of their great system, my exercising is done very efficiently and swiftly, allowing me more time to do things I like to do Kathy Eddy

I have been working out with Ideal Fitness for a year. They are awesome! The program that they have is unique with their trainers working with you one on one and this is for everyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly and call out welcome complete with your name. I love going there, it feels like family.

Really nice staff and trainers. Great program. sticking to the nutritionist diet and the work outs i have been losing 2 lbs a week.The environment is great for those of us who can be self conscious about our weight and appearance. The trainers do a great job at motivating you and not letting you lose heart or get discouraged!

Ive been going to this Ideal location since the beginning of 2017. I cant give enough praise to their staff. Their concern, knowledge & compassion is genuine, not to mention their funny, cheerful & enjoyable personalities. The gym is clean & the equipment is new. Ive lost 11 lbs & 10 inches. I must return to NJ in May & only wish I could take Ideal Fitness with me.

I absolutely love Ideal Fitness & Weight Loss Center. The staff is fantastic. Always ready to help in anyway they can. They are supportive and encouraging. The weight loss program uses common sense and is easy to sustain. Give them a try.

I love this gym. I have been a member for almost a year. I try to get there 3 times a week but am not always successful. :( But every time I go I am greeted by my name, they get everything ready for me while I am warming up, and they always keep me on track. I feel like they are genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing.

Ive been a member for well over a year. Things I love about the place: no mirrors and no scantily clad muscled up jocks walking around checking out the clientele, friendly and expertly trained personal trainers to take me through my workouts, a professional nutrition and weight loss program; great strength building machines and lots of cardio machines, and a very fair price for all the benefits of membership.

Ideal fitness staff is always friendly, the place is very clean and they truly care about how you feel with your work outs
