I am visiting from Charleston SC, and as soon as I walked in the Hospitality was wonderful. The host was very friendly and willing to help with all our questions. The guests were equally friendly, will definitely go back and enjoy the environment. I would like to also share I came out with more than I went in.

Best place Ive been to yet in Naples great selection of games. The food was amazing and the best customer service Ive experienced in any game room. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Worst place I have ever been!! The staff member I encountered was very rude and the place wasnt very clean. The machine I chose to play first was dirty. I have been going to these type of places for years and sometimes you encounter that when they are busy, no big deal at all but this place wasnt busy!!!! So I moved to a different machine, same problem. I complained to the attendant and they acted as if I was a bother. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!
