We had a so much fun. The weather was beautiful m The staff here is very friendly. The girl running the front desk is great. It was just 3 of us. The boat was in great condition. Weve rented from other places in Naples - Extreme Family Fun Spot is the best. We will be back. Thank you guys for everything!

My family and I rented a boat from here. Our cashier was Abby she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well as efficient during my time at the counter. Once we got to the docks Rich and another dock hand(sorry didnt catch her name) promptly checked us onto the boat he helped us load up, answered all of our questions (yes even the stupid ones) explained everything we needed to know. Upon returning to the dock Rich and another dock hand(sorry didnt catch his name) helped us unload our things in a fast efficient manner. They immediately began cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces in the boat. I was very pleased with our experience at Extreme Family Fun Spot!!!! We will be returning soon. Thank you for the excellent experience my family and I had.

Rented for 4 hours midweek. Abby in the office was very helpful, and the dock hands were helpful as well. We rented the smaller Hurricane, which was a very nice boat for our family. I felt the total cost was fair, it beat having to tow my similar Hurricane boat down from Central Florida and deal with trailering, storage, and launching for a relatively short boat ride. The boat was in great shape, will plan to rent again. I highly recommend renting midweek if you can, as the weekends on any water will be super busy.

Lost us as customers when due to inclement weather, we decided to cancel 22 1/2 hours before our rental (not the 24 they require) and they charged us $225 besides being rude on the phone, not only to my husband, but to others from our group who called to complain. A refund was not expected, but a credit would have definitely been acceptable and would have been used a month later when we rented from someone else. Did I mention this was in June.....not during season and prime time where we prevented them from renting the boat on a day that was bad weather? We will never return and never recommend them.Just reading other reviews and to make things worse, we were never offered the option to pay a $75 fee to delay the date which we certainly would have done. Terrible customer service!!!

The boats were very clean and in good shape. The staff made our group feel like we were in convincing them (deck hands). As an experienced boater I thought it was odd that the type and model of boat we rented was not allowed into the gulf, we haven’t had this issue with other companies in the past. The pre-fuel charge is a scam at $90 for 6 hours... once again other companies we have used in the past fill the boat up with “Marina price fuel” and charge you accordingly. In comparison to other companies in the area our experience was not great.Update* As we were coming into the dock the deck hands notified us to leave the rental cooler on the end of the dock and it would be taken care of from there. The following morning we were charged $50 for a missing cooler that the deck hands failed to turn in. This company is all about revenue and could care less if the customer is satisfied. We will not be using this company again and would recommend other rental locations.

During these times of COVID-19 it’s challenging to find fun things to do with family and friends. A day on the water is the perfect solution and there’s no way better way to do this then at Extreme Family Fun spot.The staff was awesome. Lisa in the office was courteous and professional and got us lined up with a great boat.Rich and Eric set us up made sure we were comfortable and were there to greet us when we returned. The boat was in excellent condition and outfitted with GPS, Bluetooth all the bells and whistles.We took the day and went to Keywadin Island (which is only accessible by boat) did a little fishing and got some sun, was a phenomenal experience.Will definitely be back!

Great boats! No huge deposit required

Dock hands are about as bad as it gets. No enthusiasm to kick off the day, and when we got back, they tried to charge us for a missing part.There is simply no way the “missing part” had anything to do with our rental, so it is insulting they tried to accuse us of the part.Not to mention, there are PLENTY of other places to rent a boat.

NEVER RENT FROM THEM:If there was a 0 star, I would give it. We have been a customer for 5 years. And we have had no problems up until this point. We always have 10+ people so we we rent the pontoon boat. We got onto our boat and started to back out of the dock. Once we got onto the boat we noticed a tilt. Dylan and Sandy insisted it was the fact we had to many people on the boat... (we had 11 on a 15 passenger boat). So we shuffled around to see if it was the weight but it stayed tilted. Then we told Dylan it was slanted and he said yea. They told us they didn’t have any boats available so we went back to the office to get a refund and they suggested we were canceling because we had called earlier. The reason we called earlier was because it was raining. They told us it was a $75.00 fee to postpone it to February and $250 (half) if we were to outright cancel it. Rich the office manger wanted to charge us half price because it was a last minute cancellation. We never cancelled. We were ready to head out with 11 people, we were on the boat and backed out... Rich continued to say that the boat was drivable. Anything could be drivable. The fact that Sandy and Dylan, members of their staff both said it was tilted should have been enough evidence. Any other place would have given us a full refund. “The best we can do is half off”... ok well they lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars in future business. We have put in a complaint with our credit card company and they will not be paid.

Horrible experience with these people! NEVER Renting from here ever again! Charging our card without doing anything to the boat without our authorization. These people have horrible customer service in the store where you pay and in the dock where you get the boat. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I give it no stars to rate they don’t deserve anything.

They screwed up our reservation and that really broke my heart but they gave me a discount so I guess everythings okay.

We booked it using Groupon, and it cost me about $200 for 4 hour (with tax and Gas). We rented a boot for up to 8 people, and we were a party of 6, and it was perfect for us. Great boat, clean and looked new!

We had a great time renting a boat with extreme we got tips from the boat instructor on where to fish and had a great day full of family fun

Our family rented a 10 person boats and had a blast. The people at Extreme Family Fun were amazing. They are very helpful and their knowledge of where to take the boat so that you get all the bang for your buck was really appreciated. We swam on and island and saw dolphins. Make sure you ask about restrooms before you go out!#$@%?

In response to the owner who responded to MattyG Gulotta’s post.How about you get the facts... Neither of those offers were ever made when we were there. I actually called later and I am the one that said I would have taken the transfer to a different day if they had waived the $75 charge. They never suggested that. All they offered was the half charge for cancelling. The call in the morning had nothing to do with anything cause we actually went with 11 people and had taken the boat. We turned around and came back when it became obvious that the boat was damaged.The fact that you keep coming back with the boat was fine or drivable it’s obvious you only care about the money. How about safety? The boat was tilted we have pictures and videos to prove it. We shifted people around and actually got off the boat and hey guess what...? It was still tilted.I might sound crazy but here’s an idea. All the money you collect when someone damages the boat how about you actually fix the boat instead of there being dings, dents, and tilts on the boat. Honestly we were excited about our rental until we launched. At that point I would have given 5 stars. We had an excellent dock hand who was patient and helpful, the reservation process wasnt too cumbersome, and the boat seemed awesome. One big thing I wish I had known before reserving the rental was that you are restricted to stay in a channel that, at least while we were there, is cram packed with as many yachts, dingys, fishing boats, wave runners, etc. you could possibly squeeze in there. I rented the boat hoping to do some fishing, and the boat was not set up for it at all (none of which I hold against Extreme Family Fun Spot, as I should have noticed this from the photos). Long story short, you are allowed to drive the boat down a 20 wide channel where you are endlessly being tossed around by the wakes of other boats with no boating courtesy.What I do hold against EFFS was that after a mostly miserable attempt to do some fishing without being crushed or capsized, I decided to give up and pack it in early only to have the dock workers try to put me on the hook for prop damage that they pointed out to me before I even took the boat off the dock. Considering I never got the opportunity to leave their designated drive lane, I have no doubt that I caused no prop damage.Thankfully, I did have the pictures showing the damage before I left, otherwise who knows what they would have charged me for.So I wont go so far as to say I dont recommend them, because if your idea of a good time is wake-hopping through an obstacle course it would be a blast. But if you do use them, make sure you know what you are getting, what you are getting into, and take pictures of EVERYTHING before you leave.

Rented a deck boat and a kayak on separate days. Had a blast and couldnt have gone smoother. Checkout was cake. The dock fellas were on top of things and we didnt lift a finger getting out or in. Will certainly be back our next time in town.

This post is in reference to Dan McIntyres review. Please attach the confirmation email you discuss here for the group as I never received it. I also cancelled same day due to logistics and it was never taken into the system. I was referred to rent a boat directly from Marco Island by yourself actually. l did not receive a confirmation email nor did I receive a cancellation email yet I have been charged $600 without remorse. I have called daily to attempt to resolve this and I am always told I will get a call back and never do. I also returned your calls that same night I received them to explain. I was on a tour that entire day without access to a phone. I have zero email records of this. Please attach for all reviewers. I would also like to add that I have never in my life written a bad review about a company but I cannot believe how this was managed. You also mentioned I received texts, I did not. Please attach those as well. You are fully aware of everything stated here as I tried to settle this between us due to the unique circumstances. You mention you contacted me for three days, you staff contacted me ONE day only via calling I have all the messages saved stating that if I called by 5pm that day we could cancel just fine, I called at 6 due to my tour and your receptionist answered to tell me she would discuss with you the following morning. Again no call back.

Had a great day out on the gulf. Tide went out and the boat got stuck but we got it loose so no problem there. It was fun not having a guide along.

Went on a half day boat ride just me and my fiancée and this couldn’t have been better. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the store had everything we needed. Saw so many dolphins and wildlife and the price was perfect.

Horrible customer service from Gina (store manager) at Extreme family fun spot. Requested a refund after being unable to use a paddle board and she refused to do so. Did not care the fact that I did not used the paddle board, yelled and ignore me completely when I was explaining her what happened. Do not go here!

We had a great experience. We got a boat from the Hyatt dock and staff was awesome. They gave all information we needed. I´m a tourist and do not have a very good english, but still, they were nice enough to talk to us and explain everything about the boat, where to go and everything. Boats are nice and neat. Loved the experience.

We reserved a boat with these guys and it turned out that the boat rental was to far away from were we where staying, the owner himself said it would be better to rent closer to our hotel. So we did and we cancelled well they changed our credit card anyway and will not refunded so think twice before rent here he is a well you know. Thats the way I expected you to respond you have more at risk I have nothing but the truth so try telling the whole story and maybe you can sleep at night.

First off, we have no intention of going into the gulf so that was never a concern for us. We looked on Group-on and found EFFS. When I called the girl answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. I asked multiple questions and she was ready for all of them.No hidden fees and my final quote included the gas! This is how I like to operate! We got an amazing price so we decided to upgrade to a larger boat. We arrived on time to check in and the store was very clean and the staff was very nice.We were helped to the boat which was in great shape and ready to go. We were given a quick lesson on the boats layout and safety features. The boat comes with a marine gps and laminated map of the inter-coastal waterways.My family has never been to Naples or the inter-coastal. We asked the deck hand for some suggestions and he was able to steer us to beautiful beach and a fine place to get some drinks.This is a top notch program that I would certainly visit again.

Awful! Do not rent from them. Refused to give us a refund after we were not able to go out due to an ill fitting life jacket they wanted our son to wear. They wouldn’t even refund us for the fuel! Terrible customer service and overpriced

Great Staff. Left my glasses at the dock during kayak rentals. One of the guys working there saw them, kept them in a safe place, and had them waiting for me when I returned. Also had a great time kayaking, kayaks worked well although two of our paddles did not come with splash guards, which are always nice. Highly recommended nevertheless!

Need a boat? Get one here for 300 bucks a day, and have a blast exploring the islands, dolphin watching, and exploring the homes in Port Royal.

UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST! I reserved a boat on Memorial Day weekend- it downpoured rain the day we had reservation. They told me I couldn’t get a rain check because it wasn’t thundering but that I could reschedule for an additional fee.We rescheduled for the following day and it kept pouring. When I called to try to get a refund, I GOT YELLED AT!!!The following week I spoke with a manager who said she would give me a “partial” refund. Months later, still no refund.STAY AWAY!!! I’ve rented boats from other companies nearby and have had great experiences at a better price!

I found this place through Groupon. When I called for information, they asked me Not to book through Groupon and they will give me the same price. I agreed to that and made a reservation. After I provided everything they asked like CC info, names, dates I thought I was all set. On the day I supposed to go to the boat ride, I arrived at the office I found out that they don’t have any information of me and I don’t have any reservation. They ruined the weekend for me and my family. The worst boat rental company and the worst customer service ever! My advice is- Always book through the Groupon and ask for confirmation number!

Storefront is nice, people and service is good. Getting to your boat is a convoluted mess. Going through and parking at the Hyatt across the bay/street wouldnt be so bad if the Hyatt didnt seem to resent you having to go through there. There are no signs to guide you and the Hyatt staff arent friendly once they know you are there for a boat.Boats werent allowed on the ocean proper, which is fine, but they didnt seem to be clearly up front about that until registration at the desk.

Worst of the worst renting company in Naples...gave them second chance and again what a failure...first time they took my phone that i lost and i found it via my application and police escort and took it from the owners house which should have been in lost and found box at their office..this time i lost my GOLD chain and its been 3 days they are telling me there is noone at the dock to check at the boat we were if there is a chain on the floor somewhere....only one girl works that receives calls in the entire rental company which she cant leave the office to check...what a customer service.Second due change of regulations on boating licenses starting 2018 i wasnt noticed when i made the reservation and lost 2 hours when check it just to take online course for temporary license so i dont miss my boat day while all my group waited. i used half day rental what suppose to be full day..The people working there didnt know what exactly were doing and waiting 45 for boarding because 2 of the boats were not working is ridiculous and outrageous...what a scam of a company!!!

Segway tour was excellent, the guides were very helpful and handled our large group (14) very well. One of us had trouble getting the hang of the Segway but the guides were very careful with that person and made sure there were no issues throughout the ride. Highly recommend!

Dont know what people are talking about here. Sure they dont throw a Groupon offer in your face if you dont actually have it. Just go online and get it or ask for specials at the front desk. We had zero issues with our Groupon and were actually advised about a better offer when we got there.We rented a boat here earlier this year and had a great experience.This place had the best rates in the area and the boats were well maintained and looked great!If youre renting boats here and arent familiar with the area, theyll provide a map that guides you to the hot spots in no time. Team was very friendly and the lady taking our reservation was flexible and helpful and accomodated us very well.

What a steal I got on Groupon. All the staff was so pleasant and the experience was one to remember. The boat was nice as well.

So, first they have unprofessional team! They dont know the offers and what applied to what. The manager is super rude and the team would call the customer rude. They would tell u on a price then call u and change their minds and they wouldnt comprise or honor it for u as they already sent a confirmation email on that price. They dont know their own policy and their own business. Horrible management and extremely rude. I hated the experience, they ruined my entire trip and wasted my time. Alwayssss they have a problem with the payment and they would make u wait for some reason... I dont advice u to try this company. Avoid as much as possible.

FLAWLESS. The Dolphins, the beaches, the weather, the breeze, the day… all great, but the real beauty of Naples was completely outshone today, by Tia and her staff, of Naples Extreme Family Fun Spot. We had a bit of a rough start to our boating day, but Tia and her capable crew quickly took us in, set us up, relieved our stress, and set us out on a wonderful and memorable day. Their boats — new and impeccably kept and maintained. Staff — Professionals. Their willingness and dedication to OUR day on the water — simply unflappable. Price? Most boats use more money in fuel, just to GET to the Snook Inn, for what we paid for a half-day of white-glove concierge boating. These folks have certainly set the bar very, very high, in our book. Good fun

Loved the online reservation, picked exact boat and date. They called 24 hours prior to confirm, give directions and answer any questions. Boat was perfect working gps, depth/fish finder, Bluetooth stereo. We had a blast in a virtually brand new boat.

Service was excellent from phone to pier! Have used Hurricane boats before and clean great boats. Took nice trip thru Keywadin!Will be back!

Wasnt allowed in the gulf. Had to stay in murky 3ft. Deep back water. I wouldnt swim in the water bc it was gross. Dangerous d/t/the congestion of the river, shallow areas, and thunder storm which I was not alerted to. The other people on the river drove like maniacs.

BAIT AND SWITCH, this place has several Groupon offers, DONT FALL FOR IT! When you get to their office they charge you over $100 to refuel the boat even if you use just $10 for the gas. Beware of the hidden fees and when brought to their attention I was told to GET OUT OF MY OFFICE the staff is angry and get very defensive when youre onto to their scam. Their business is to rip off the tourists.. dont rent from here!!!
