I was introduced by a good friend to Kim at Naples Traditions Classic Home Furnishings. After sharing with Kim the thoughts I had for a room I was looking to refurnish and redecorate, she jumped into action to provide me with great ideas and some wonderful pieces that might work for me. What I appreciated most is that Traditions customer focus and service is much different than most other furniture or home decorating firms - Kim was keen on understanding what I was looking to accomplish, and what my current style might be. There was never any pressure during any part of the process. The end result was a room that now inspires me and fits my needs perfectly. I must add that all this was done during the stay at home order in our town, so Kim used her creativity to make the process work via phone, email and file exchanges. Her attention to detail and her ability to go above and beyond has made me a very satisfied customer who will return for future purchases.

We have had a wonderful experience at Traditions! We purchased a chair for our living room which has added so much to the overall look of the room. We had the pleasure of working with Kim Regenhard. She made the ordering process very seamless. We also bought some pillows which were made to order & are very pleased with them also. We’d highly recommend Traditions!
