Nice place for hiking & biking. Well maintained.

Great trail for cycling and running. Connects Bolingbrook and Naperville. Lots of scenery. Bathrooms generally available.

Great baseball fields. parking can be tight on a busy day.

Great place to have family gatherings. I couldnt find any swings or play area for kids.

Theres a river, theres a park, pretty much fits the name cant complain too much

What a wonderful and scenic place to go for a walk. Plenty of natural trees, plants and wildlife to see. You dont notice you are by the road as you start to follow the paths along the river.You can bike or take your dog for a walk along the many paths. If you are a photographer you will have many areas and objects to photograph.

Nice pathway plus other trails. If you go on the trails, wear waterproof boots as they can be wet. Some picturesque scenery with a pond that never freezes to an oxbow river.

Peaceful place

A challenging walk that is worth the time. The path contours and presents peaks and valleys that will ensure that you get a good work out.

We have had our annual Churchs picnic there for years. Place is clean, well kept and have all the amenities to cater for the group .

I really enjoy the outdoors and taking my dog for walks, so this is another alternative to Green Valley Forest preserve. Theres Whalon Lake too with its paved paths so you have to be careful for the amount of bikes that around there but the scenerys nice and I enjoy it. Theres also a dog park nearby and even a pond where they can swim

Very nice trail along the East branch of the du page river. Bike path is paved but there are turf paths also.

One of the many beautiful parks Naperville has to offer. There is a nice little pond and a few little trails that can be found at this park, as well as a Pavillion that can be reserved for parties. This park is also connected to a trail that extends for miles all over Naperville!

Lovely trail but know that its not very shaded. On a 90°-95°F day, bring a hat sunglasses, and water.

A lot of blind turn/curves on the eastern/Bolingbrook part. Still a good rail to go for a run/ride.

Technically in Naperville, its right on the line with Bolingbrook. The park has trails for walking, skating, and biking as well as picnic tables, a small gazebo, and restrooms. Possibly other things I havent seen yet.Theres also plenty of (mowed) grass and trees to sit under and enjoy the shade with a book or to study. (I swear the trees create a breeze with their shade - lol. Seems like theres always a cool breeze under them.) Its as great for reading or working as walking or biking. We can - and do - get lunch at Panera, run up Weber and down Royce, park, settle under a tree, and be eating before the food can even get cold or warm as the case may be.(People do walk dogs there - leashed, of course - but it seems most owners clean up as needed. The grass is safe to sit on, although I favor bringing a blanket.)

Very nice park showcasing a small pond and short woodland trails.I have very special memories here.
