The location had a charm and as our concert got delayed there was a small town with restaurants at Walkable distance.Ideal for small concerts, the seating was comfortable and arranged well.

Lovely place. Sound is okay in the front rows but not sure what it sounds like at the back. No bathrooms at the main level that were open during the concert. Had a handicapped lady who couldnt use facilities at the start of the show. Not sure if they were opened later.

Speaker was great, as was the audience. The problem was the lack of working bathroom, 90% of audience were women, but upstairs only one stall was functional. Also there is no parking, just a few street slots. Difficult if youre older, had to walk half a mile.

Every seat in the house is great!

The hall is a major disappointment. Inadequate restrooms, no parking. We saw Louise Penny, the author and she was excellent.The facility not so much. We will not return, just to many deficits.

The Nutcracker was a great production by Dance West.

All seats have good views. The seats are very small and close together so can be cramped if full. Bathrooms are very inadequate. I had to use building across the street. No dedicated parking so get there early to park on the street. But sight lines and acoustics are good.

Pfeifer Hall - attended a Praise and Worship concert of the Resurgence Band. Free parking. The Hall is spacious and nice acoustics.

Great downtown place, no problems with parking, since this was after work hours

I recently saw Sweeney Todd at Meiley Swallow Theatre, it was fantastic, you really feel as if you are in the scene with the actors. Amazing casts, Mrs. Lovett was incredible!

Pretty good place for an average show or event. Old architecture.

Great historic theatre

Nice location downtown Naperville, just make sure you dont sit in the first rows, you will see all the action only from the knees up (the knees of the dancers/actors).

Dennis Deyoung was.outatanding!! I expected more from the sound in the balcony.as.i have heard much much better sound In high schools. The ushers were completely clueless and there is only 1 bathroom for male and 1.for.female. The female bathroom had a line that went on and on and on all night. Finally, there were no concessions to be had, not only no licquor but no waters, sodas, not a dang thing although during the break the mc asked us to relax and have a refreshing drink.... I would have loved to.

Awful place to see a concert. Average age of the crowd was probably late 60s, no bar, hell the only thing they had to drink was room temperature bottles of water.

Decent hall, the load-in could be improved and there isnt much storage backstage. However, the acoustics were nice and the local crew is great.

Great acoustics and viewing of the stage. However place is not at all convenient to catering.
