Our 7 year old girl just began skating. Coach Verle and all the amazing staff are great with kids all ages. They have strict Covid protocol and we feel comfortable with their policies. Our daughter started out very shy and nervous on ice, however she always wants to go back more and more so that is a really good credit to All Season Ice Rink. They even offer a trial lesson and very little skate rental fee for one trial class.
Great place to play hockey at with the exception of parents not being able to watch hockey players play.
Love to bring my son here to the public skate. decent price and good rental skates
The staff have become like family, always great to skate there!
Called and had a great time over the phone with the staff, nicest around!
As a Naperville resident for nearly 30 years, I am deeply saddened to see TOO MANY negative reviews. Believe it or not, All Seasons used to be THE place for anything via ice rink. I remember taking lessons during the early 2000’s, going to high school hockey games during the late 2000’s, and having no complaints every time.I’m not sure why time alone has been the only reason why this place has gone downhill, especially if the place overall has stayed the same.Hopefully they can bounce back, as there are a lot of good people in DuPage County in need of a professional and well-maintained ice rink.
Only rink in the area that wont let parents in with their kids even after phase 4. Bathrooms are nasty and showers in locker rooms smell like urine
Update - owner did contact me after I posted this review on Yelp to offer us complimentary passes to skate .We went to Public Skate with our two daughters and their friend. First, they do not allow the walkers that new skaters push / hold onto during their Public Skate, like many other rinks do. So right from the start we were having a lot of trouble with our 3 brand new skaters. But the big issue was that the website indicated that Public Skate would be running for two hours, so we thought we had plenty of time. However, 15 minutes after we were on the ice, we were told Public Skate was ending because someone had paid to by-out the remaining time. We had three very disappointed kiddos! I (along with all the other parents) went to complain at the desk, but the young lady working basically shrugged her shoulders and said she wasnt aware that the website was wrong. I find it very frustrating that either A. they let someone buy the rink out after Public Skate had started, OR B. They didnt bother telling anyone when they got there that Public Skate was not going to last until the original posted time. Then when I tried to follow up with a manager about getting a refund, there was never any response. Very poor customer service.
This place gets 5 stars just for the great customer service I receive by Alex! He went above and beyond to make my experience the most enjoyable! Definitely coming back to this establishment.
Very disappointed with this facility . It is completely commercialized. My kid went in her first class and she struggled the entire class ending up falling multiple times and got severe pain in her legs now. There was absolutely no help or support from the teachers whatsoever. When brought to the managers attention she completely ignored the concern and was utterly rude and pointless . She kept saying that this is what happens in skating. I wouldnt have even given them 1 star.
My daughter started skating at Seven Bridges, then we decided to move to All Seasons, as it was closer to our house. We are so glad we made the switch. I immediately liked the feel of All Seasons much better than Seven Bridges. The classes at Seven Bridges had been too big for my taste, and I really didnt feel my young daughter (4 at the time, just learning to skate) was not getting the instruction or the attention she needed. Five years later, I have no complaints whatsoever. All of the coaches at All Seasons are wonderful. I love the fact that most of the staff know me and my kids by name. (My son skates there, too.) I have never had a problem with anyone there. Whenever I have had a question or a concern, it has always been dealt with in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours). It is very reasonably priced, and they are always trying to make improvements (updating the facility, adding specialty classes, adding a workout area, etc.) The annual ice shows are amazing! Give All Seasons a try. You wont be sorry.
What a wonderful place. We went for open skate and everyone was kind and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Came with my kids to skate and the young man said no public skating its 7pm and nothing online says this is a private club
Terrible ice. No music. Whole hour skating in the same direction. Dump. Not going back
Run away. This place is a dump. Open skate was over crowded and not good ice. Unfortunately the entire place caters to its leagues so open skate is in a small piece of ice with 150 skaters on ice made for 50. The skate rentals themselves are garbage. Not enough sizes so you have to use ice hockey skates instead of figure skates. Again go somewhere else if this is your first time. Dont waste your money.
My wife and I had a blast during the Public free skate hours! Staff was very friendly. Skate shop there was very nice and helpful to us beginners.
My son and daughter have been skating at All Seasons since they were 4 years old. They are now 10. We love the rink! The quality of teaching is excellent, the availability of ice time on the weekends is better than any other rink that I know of, and in the summer they offer a lot of really neat programs. My children have participated in their annual ice show every year! They have a blast! It is very well run and the kids live for ice show weekend all year long! The staff is always extremely helpful and if I ever have questions, they are there to help. Dona, Steve, and the rest of the staff make me feel like it is a home rink!
Good place for kids activity and nice staff..!!
My daughter has been skating there for years, and doing very well. The staff does enforce the safety rules, but Im glad they want to keep the skaters and those not skating safe. We started at their skate school many years ago. We skated at several other rinks as we advanced through several levels of coaches. We were very happy to be back at All Seasons. They have a good mix of freestyle time, skate school, hockey, and off ice classes available. The staff are busy, but always take care of us, and have bent over backwards for us when we needed ice time before tests and competitions. Compared to the other rinks in the area, well take All Seasons!
Started bringing my kids here 3 years ago. Always a great experience with free skate, skating instructors, hockey classes, and adult rat and parent tot rat hockey. Professionally run, great people all around. Thanks Donna, Steve, Coach Cheli, and the entire staff!
Good place to learn ice skating
The skating place itself is just like a basic warehouse box. Theres nothing special about the building itself and the lady manager seems uncaring. Sorry- will not recommend this place.
The drinking water is horrible. Bring your own bottled water. Do not plan to fill there.
Will not be returning to this place ever again. We went for the public skate and found out while skating that you can not skate backwards or do anything besides going in a circle very slowly for an hour. If you want to skate above a snails pace or actually do any other type of skating this is not the place for you.
The Thursday night adult hockey classes are pretty fun.
Love all season, hockey classes are grate and tech kids the fundamentals of hockey, but at time the program can seam unorganized, overall all seasons is a family ice rink that is enjoyable for any kind of staking family.
Great skating programs.hockey and figure.
Such a great experience and the director is awesome.
Went there a couple times always very packed when I pass it .
Very outdated no props for kids that dont know how to skate and its kind of funny how they replied their safety is their number one priority but they allow people to skate on the ice that seems like never been Zambonied in a year
Hockey is the #1 sport - management cant crush that idea.
Very rude staff and manager .will never go back .worst customer service i ever had for years
Love It To Play Hockey
Great ice, awesome pro store.
