I had the best time at this store! Lots of fun stuff!! The staff is so knowledgeable! The girl who was helping me, Lindsey did an amazing job. She not only answered all my questions but she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the store. I left with so many goodies and will be back to specifically shop with her! Given the option to order at Adam and Eve with 100% guarantee, minimally getting an exchange within 30 days of not a refund, which we’ve done and still if not 100% sure the apparel / toy isn’t exactly whack we want, we shop there ... but this month alone we’ve spent over $625 at LL, while that’s not close an average month, in the last two years we’ve spent over $2500 bc the young women will 1) put you ease so you’re not in head at all about anything, specially bc they’re clearly trained so you don’t feel you should be shy or embarrassed about absolutely anything, it’s as though you walked into LuLulemon and they know you don’t know their product line, except they’ll use whatever product you look at as an access point to learn more you’re larger objective as it relates to that product, then give detailed information of the pros / cons for it vs other products, seamlessly, organically ( the little “o” servicing the big “OO” ) and intelligently and 2) they instill confidence bc they’ve often turned me away from a product I would’ve purchased and toward another that’s less expensive if they know there’s a history of short term battery, etc, but they’re sales people, so often I or my partner have been up-sold, but bc it’s natural, based exactly on my states need and / or wants it’s never felt like I’m being up-sold.So why the 2 stars? Two days ago we purchased two of the products on the attached receipt. One product Appeared as it had been previously opened, nevertheless she had to check it to also make sure it was working. It was barely working at first, there was difficulty finding out how to get it plugged in, we had a discussion about what to do since it was the last product, finally she was able to see how it charged, she let it sit so we shopped more, purchased a few more items, during that time and because we were in a rush, it appeared there was enough juice in it to get it to just barely start. We drove a mile and a half to get home, take it for test drive, but cannot figure out how to attach the power cord, such a rechargeable. My phone records will show we called the store . I explained I was shown how to charge it at the store but we couldn’t figure it out, and unlike all my other experiences, the reply was rather shaming and abrupt, “well sir, I’m not sure which one of us you spoke to, just tell me product name?” Me: “well, her two of us here, we spent about 45 minutes with one of three people in the store, she was having difficulty herself figuring out how to plug it in and if it was getting a charge, I’ve read the directions, put something up on YouTube and feel embarrassed I can’t see where or how to insert for charging.” Trust me, I am perfectly capable of ramping up my tone and language to assert myself, especially when I sense I’m being disrespected or worse, disrespected bc my default is to collaborate, ask and if I assume the other is more informed or better skilled defer, but when I sense I’m being treated poorly bc the other lacks the emotional intelligence to know the difference that my approach is intentionally respectful vs fragile, dumb and indebted, I efficiently correct misperceptions ... yet, bc the young woman we talked to wasn’t just well informed and helpful, but bc she presented with the opposite attitude, I held back, thinking “maybe it was her,” ... let’s say it was a “pause’ that experience taught me would be a useful thing to do in my lifeMe: “ahh, ok, was just explaining we were literally there only minutes ago and bc there were only two sales people Jordi the time we were there and and had difficult .Interrupts me ...Sales: “if you give me the product name I will tell you “ Refraining from how I felt responding I say, “ah, it’s c-armor. Sales: “no, nothing opens, it goes, can’t u see it?” Me: “yeah, tx.”If it was only that, we wouldn’t be shopping there again, nor the review, Adam / Eve.BUT IT WONT CHARGE! It’s NVR worked beyond the original charge. The second ring is doing the exact same thing and the tea tree lube shld be labeled, lube 90 sec,burn 20 min

So lovers Lane is one of my favorite stores and usually I stop in on my way to work and this time I stopped at the Naperville location and Beatrice was so nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in just second I paid she was really friendly! Just so sweet!(: helped me grab a couple different outfits and I saw the cutest shoes there.! Again on of my favorite stories& great service at every one I go to but Beatrice went above and beyond and took out some extra time to help me because I needed a handful of outfits ! Thank you !

Val was amazing. This was my first time in an adult store and she made me feel more than comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made me feel comfortable with my purchases. She picked out great outfits for me as well :)

One of my absolute favorite places to shop for all my fun adult needs when Im in town. The store is always clean. The staff is always helpful and make me feel comfortable for whatever Im looking for. One of my favorite staff members is Tierra. She helped me my first time there a few years back and now whenever Im in town I make sure to swing by and see if anything peeks my interest. She always remembers me and points me in the right direction. She really knows her stuff and has never steered me wrong. Highly recommend this location to locals and travelers. You have to have some solid professionalism when working in the adult industry. Tierra has it and makes you feel like youre shopping with your best friend. That is the main reason why I always go back when in town. Keep it up ladies!

This is the best location i have been to. The staff is so helpful and friendly every time I stop in. They also have alot to choose from.

Very knowledgeable staff. I cant remember the girls name, but she had glasses and answered all of questions. Even if I wasnt going to buy a product she gave me a lot of information about it so I can think on it and decide later. Loved this location and the quality of my purchases.

I came in looking for toys and I was bombarded everytime I moved to a different area of the store the lady kept coming over not to check and see if I needed help but telling me what to look at and I actually was on the phone while looking and she contunisly came over talking loud I prefer the downers grove location that was a horrible experience

Great help but I think when 1 employee helped and showed me something out of the box... she left some pieces out, and because of their no return policy, we cant get a new one with all the pieces.

This lady who was working there was very rude when I came in looking for ching a ling.. she seemed upset That was all I was looking for. Then when I was looking at lub and they didn’t have the one I wanted I said no thank you to the other ones and she just became very cold and rude

I highly recommend this Lovers Lane location. The staff was really helpful and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The product selection they had was great -- everything from beginners to experienced and the prices werent outrageous. There is definitely something for everyone.

They have fun stuff to spice up the marriage bed...assuming you want or feel you need help in this area. Me, Ive been in there once and am too shy or not needful enough to go back.

I had low expectations for this place, but right when I walked in with my friend, it was amazing! The toys and such are set uo very nicely and the staff there is really nice and helpful and make you comfortable when trying to find the right thing for you. The manager was really sweet and funny and knowledgable with everything in the store. Will come back again!
