Century Napa Valley and XD

This was a super great movie theater. It follows covid protocol perfectly and was fun to see. I watched beetle juice here and the screen was big, the theater was dark and I over all had a great time.

Good service, excellent movie quality, comfortable chairs, good attention!

My feet dont stick to the floor, the chairs are some sort of leather material and plush, they Rock and are extremely comfortable, the screen and picture quality is unlike anywhere else Ive ever been, the theater is not freezing cold, the concession stands are unbelievable compared to everywhere else I have been and not only the availability of what you can purchase but also in the fact that there is not one line where you wait for everything but you go to get what you want and then go to the cashier. The people are all very friendly and smiling, the others that attend the theater are also of a different caliber, it is just simply the most amazing experience I have ever had. I do not plan on going anywhere else. In fact I have already been back and brought my daughter for her birthday and she is an adult. They serve everything that a normal theater does and even more including and ice cream bar and wine. Granted they are a little bit more costly but there are specials that they do have and numerous ones so check those out if cost is a factor.

Its a bit more expensive than some other places but the features here are outstanding. Their seating is some of the best I have ever experienced and their concession options go far beyond any other. The audio and picture quality is impressive. Theres really nothing bad to say.

So I’m in crutches taking my daughter to see a midday movie, the customer service is outstanding here! They saw me carrying my concessions and immediately jumped to carry them for us to the theater. I’ve always enjoyed this theater but they definitely go above and beyond here. Thanks guys!

I like this theater. Its got all the things youd need out of a theater. Its got movies, popcorn, soda, all the good stuff. The seats are comfy & the place is clean. After seeing the movie theater we had downtown back in the day, youd think this place is a 5 star resort. Seriously, at the old theater, it always smelled like body odor & the arms of the seats were greasy. Youd put your arm down and itd be sticky for months. It was awful. This place is great though. Did I mention you can get alcohol here? Thats right, you can watch your most anticipated movies & get plastered. 4 stars though because I wanted a Star Wars cup a few years ago, but they sold out, and then Star Wars sucked.

Very nice movie theater. Had a great experience watching The Rise of Skywalker. Screen is nice and big, the seats are very comfortable and tje sound was very impressive.This is a place that I would definitely go back to for a movie. Especially a big action movie. Excellent the visual and audio experience.The snack line was long but moved incredibly efficiently. Got our stuff, paid and was at our seat within a matter of minutes.

Nice place. Chairs not as comfortable as other theaters Ive been too. But love that they have a cafe in front of the snack bar. Had tables and chairs inside.

Cool movie theater but the idea of having self serve sodas and icees is a bit ridiculous. Especially if you are trying to get to the registers to pay and people are aimlessly filling whatever sodas and such and making messes. Convenience but not the brightest of ideas. Also, I had better popcorn before.

I like the reserve seating. I can buy my tickets online early (pick my seats), and just show up before the movie starts. They do need a process for getting and paying for concessions. Ive had people behind me get served first because there is no true line. The payment line takes so long. Not sure if its due to only having one cashier, or they arent trained well.

Clean place, chairs at theater are very comfortable.Register online and get rewards and also you can buy tickets online.If you are a Club member..movie tickets are cheaper.Look a very safe place.Napa town looks safer than other cities for movie theaters.

Not bike friendly. My wife and I decided to do a Napa weekend on bikes only and rode 3 miles here to enjoy an afternoon movie. They dont allow bags larger than 12 x 12 x 6 which of course means it you are biking you are pretty much out of luck for saddles, backpacks or even a large purse. The manager wasnt accommodating and they dont have lockers or even a designated area with cubbies to leave bags. Every other place weve visited we were able to bike to except the theaters. Dont waste your time.

I love it. Yes there are some differences but it’s still beautifully put together and I’m so proud of the actors and the author. Honestly I’m excited for a sequel to hopefully happen. I will be watching this multiple times.

Cool place for a hot November day relaxing lobby with beer and wine services

I just left the theater with my Autistic daughter for her 8th birthday. She was really excited to have what she called Princess Night and I was too. We went to see the Lion King in 3d and was unable to really enjoy our movie because the seats we picked were covered with ants. Row E seats 20/21 in house 1. I wasnt pleased with this at all, assuming we could just move down from our already selected seats we find the floor covered in ants. So we watched the movie with our feet up on the seats in front of us. Total bummer.

Great movie theater with decent alcohol selections.

I was so surprised by how great this theater was! A ton of parking and really good seats. I saw crazy rich Asians here and although I didn’t like the movie I still appreciated the experience because of this theater. Definitely became my theater of choice after my first visit

Excellent theater with comfortable, reserved seating (all shows). Beer and wine and tapas style snacks, in addition to regular theater fare. Definite right-wing bias, though: they show every movie by Dinesh DSouza as well as every X-tian miracle movie but never Michael Moore or any good documentaries. Still, a great place for popcorn flicks!

Went to go to the movies bought our tickets drinks and popcorn when we attempted to go into the theater, my wife was not allowed into the theater as the manager was attempting to enforce some bag size standard they imposed. However other people were allowed to access with their oversized bags once the manager was distracted. Rather than argue with the theater management, i turned around with my wife and asked for my money back. I recommend if you are going to make a size restriction on womens purses that you put it at the entrance of the theater and not when you are trying to enter the theater. I would advise people to avoid this theater as this could jeopardize a persons personal belongings

Great theater, very comfortable seats, and very clean.

Not bad, I like Vallejo Century more, but only because it is less crowded.

I can be hyper-critical of movie theaters, but this one got a positive score in every one of my critical areas. Friendly, helpful, and quick staff. Popcorn that was fresh, not from last night. Good amount of butter, plus stations to add my own. Salt comes in those little paper packets, which I hate, but understand. The theater was clean, the seats were big, comfortable, and not shredded.Very nice. I joined the movie club, because I will be back.

This is a great theater.. although i did like the old one better made me feel right at home. It did improve on size and more parking at this new location. Giving this only four stars because they could have made the front much better. The fact that when walking inside it feels very big but when it’s the busy days that big space begins to disappear. I do congratulate the staff. Those who give them a bad rating should stop and think what they have to endure each day from those who want to brake the rules to get what they want. I mean come on people... Anyways back on the subject the only grateful thing that I really like about this place is better Auditoriums. Now that is a wonderful site to see.

Pros: free parking, public restrooms, variety of snacks, clean.Con: no noticeable deals/discounts except for membership.Neutral: still have general seating for now, later in 2019 will supposedly change to assigned seating like other theaters doing.

Went with the family and had a good time. Most of the staff are friendly such as being reminded about what cups should be used for the soda machine and what cups should be used for the slurpee machine. : ) The artwork/statues throughout are refreshing to see. Otherwise pretty basic as far theaters go.

I love this theater! I moved here a few years before it opened and watched movies at the old cinedome. How times have changed...in a good way. You can purchase beer and wine, clean restrooms, and a good variety of movies. On this trip we took our kid to his first movie and it was another great experience. I am a club member and it easily paid for itself as I took both my wife and child with me. Between the discounted tickets and the 20% discount on concessions, we came out way ahead. I love being able to reserve tickets online and skip the lines at the theater, although Im still getting used to reserved seating. Its great to be able to pick seats in advance and know exactly where I am sitting, but Im a little resistant to change. Im sure a month from now I wont ever want to go back to open seating. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating. Be sure to bring id for alcohol and everyone who is drinking will need to be present. Love this place!

Love this Theater. They do a great job getting you to your seats as quickly as possible. Love all the selections and its always nice to be able to have a glass of wine or beer as well! My only negative is this new purse policy... My 75 year old mother was not allowed to bring her purse (and no she had no food in it) and had to take it back to the car - which honestly leaves her vulnerable to someone breaking into her car. But we comply and as we wait for my nephew to come back from graciously putting it in the car, she lets another lady in with the same size bag.. we were a bit baffled.. seemed like the ticket taker knew this person and let her pass.. NOT COOL.. So if you are going to have rules, make sure you are consistent in enforcing them and dont allow your friends to pass when you have a 75 year old woman standing here watching the whole thing..

Always enjoy movie experience at this theatre. As usual everything was clean,. Seats are mighty comfy, popcorn was the typical movie popcorn. Clear picture, good movie, quality audio. Good experience! Thank You.

Century is a great place to catch a movie. The stadium style seating makes for an excellent view of the screen from any seat in the house. The whole theater complex seems to be impeccable clean and well maintained. Kudos to the friendly and attentive staff. (=

They now have a bag size rule. I didnt find out till I was giving my ticket to the rude lady 5 minutes before my movie started. Returning to my car would have me missing the first 5 min of movie. Need more signs stating new bag rule. You also need more customer training for your employees.

Comfortable seats all of which are rockers except for the back row. Decent legroom. Good sound, film start on time if you forgive the 15 to 20 minutes of previews. LOL. Overall, a good experience. Friendly, helpful staff.

Your typical chain movie theatre, overpriced food, Tbh Im just bummed cuz they dont let teens see r movies alone. But thats what you pay for i guess. Overall, not terrible, not great, just ok.

A good theater with almost all the recent movies. Sound level is ok, ticketing is easy, has ticketing machines too. It has some restaurants nearby and a few taco trucks, although I never manage to catch them while theyre open. Overall, good place to watch movies.

Always liked this theater until I ran afoul of the bag policy and was not allowed to buy a ticket. I had no idea of the policy, and had, in fact, been in Cinemark theaters with the same suspicious purse with no issue, so the policy is whimsically applied at best. Staff were rude about it, and I walked out furious and humiliated. I understand its a corporate policy, but its idiotic, flatly discriminatory to women, and a terrible customer experience. Wont go back.

I think it is in a very well thought location. Always go with the kids to watch new movies. Sometimes the staffing looks a bit low as there are places that could use some upkeep. But overall we enjoy watching movies here.

Would give 5 stars, but its really just too expensive for what you get- especially for 3D movies which cost over 16$ a ticket. However, Ive never had a problem with service and everything is kept clean and well maintained.

Way expensive! $25 for 2 people to go to a matinee. With a medium popcorn and one package of airheads, the total climbed to almost $40. To think that you used to be able to afford dinner AND a movie...You would think for tickets that expensive, the theater must be really nice. Not so. The floors were filthy in the lobby, and the snack bar setup was stressful and chaotic. Plus, the theater our movie was playing in was tiny! We ended up having to see a different movie because the 50 or so seats were already full except the front row, and we had gotten there early. Paying $12.50 a ticket for a theater that small was ridiculous.Once inside the second movie, we had to endure 25 minutes of previews and ads, including ones for fast food restaurants. Yuck! This made an already long movie seem to go on for hours.Wont be going back here. The place gets two stars because the woman up front who helped us exchange our tickets was very friendly.

Great food options, and can self serve your own main food. Just wish they had luxury seating.

Viewed Crime of Grindelwald in XD today. It was a very clean theater with a great format. We sat in the center of the theater with the railing and there were random times that fast movements were a bit much on such a large screen but well worth it. I would recommend sitting towards the back row (and probably just give up on buying a ticket if you cant get at least half way back).In addition, it is great that you can get alcohol, Starbucks, and buy candy by .25, .33, .5, and 1 lb. Along with all the theater usuals.

My experience at the Century Napa valley theater is really good and a nice place to be and enjoy the movies are great plus the food and staff are fabulous especially Ayla one of the staff members she is super nice woman.

Theres definitely better theaters in the area but if you dont want to have to many people this is a good one. Its definitely expensive for a theater and there isnt recliners like some other theaters in the area, if your willing to drive you can definitely get a better experience or cheaper one

Its a awsome theater! Great service with a smile. By far the nicest theater in Napas history. Only down fall is the ticket prices are fair but the food concessions stands are ridiculous. I understand that they have to cover overhead, but I rather pay a higher ticket price than pay 5 dollars for m&ms or a coke.Or 8 dollars for a hotdog. But besides food prices, I highly recommend the theater and thats where I will continue going. Thank you, Century Napa Theatres!

BEWARE BAG POLICY!!! They have a bag policy that they do not warn you except for a single small piece of paper on one front door and then the large sign as you go to get to your theater. Even if you offer to let them see the contents of the bag they will say no! They tried to say that they had it posted all over and they do not so BEWARE!!!

Not as nice as other theaters, my seat squeaked if i moved, they need to upgrade their chairs and I dont know how this could happen but my hotdog bun was stale.
