If you are looking for a great stylist/colorist, go to Amber at Bloom Salon. I was new to Napa and had the dreaded task of finding everything new in a new place. I saw some reviews and went with Amber. What was great was she was from the area so could also give me tips about places to go eat and what not. She is super sweet and always on time with her appointments which was a huge plus.

Sophie spent SIX hours on a color correction for me. She did an amazing job and I love my new Auburn hair!!!

Scheduled an appointment at Bloom Salon due to the closures in the Bay Area. My hair was dry and damaged, however Ely was attentive to my concerns of still wanting to maintain length to my fine and thin hair. I walked away receiving the best highlights and cut Ive ever received. Highly recommended

Christy was super nice. Im giving 2 stars because when I booked the appointment online there was only an option for color touch-up. I am platinum blonde and I needed my roots touched up. When I made the appointment the price was $85, so I figured mine may have been a little bit more considering I have a lot of hair but its very fine. When I went to the salon Christy asked me what I think the price should be and I told her well maybe around $110, or $120 because they have a lot of hair. She then proceeded to tell me that her starting price was going to be $165 for platinum blonde. I told her thank you but thats not going to work for me and I think that they should revise their online services considering that the color touch up didnt apply to a root touch-up and it was double in price.

Jessica did such an amazing job! I’m always nervous going to a new stylist when traveling and she immediately put me at ease. She understood what I wanted and executed my vision perfectly! If I lived in the area, she’d be the only person I let touch my hair.

If you have curly hair, I recommend Amber!She did my first curly cut and I got so many compliments from it.

Amber was awesome. She knew I was just getting a quick freshen up since I’m an out of towner. She took so much time and gave me a great precision haircut and style . Very welcoming atmosphere as well

I walked into Bloom Salon on a mission. To transform! Ben was so sweet and understanding as I probably said way too much. I showed him a few pictures of what I wanted, and he was very thorough in making sure he understood. We had some amazing conversation, he poured heavy, and spent 6 hours on my hair. I really had no idea what to expect! Ben is so passionate about what he does. I felt bad for keeping him so long. But he was excited, and committed to his masterpiece! He turned me into a blonde bombshell! It took me a moment to fully grasp what just happened, but I am so happy with my decision, his work, and my new life as a blonde! I have had so many compliments, even from strangers on the street. My family and friends love it. I hadn’t dyed my hair in 10 years until I started experimenting recently, and it just fits me so well. I think Ben knew what I needed before I did. I’m already trying to figure out how to travel back to Napa to make sure he can keep up with it! I highly recommend Ben Hernandez! He’s a pro. Be clear about your wants and he will cater to them! Really friends and nice place but literally the worst haircut I have ever gotten. They do not know how to cut mens hair. I went in with very long hair and asked for it to be cut medium length in a classic taper style. I showed a picture of my old hair and asked for it to be like that but a little longer. She ended up cutting it even shorter than what was in the picture and cut it all the same length on the sides with barely anything left on top (I asked for medium on sides and longer on top). Honestly there is nothing I can do now except shave my head and wait for it to grow out again, its not salvageable at all. Very expensive ($55 total) for something that looks like was done with clippers all 1 length....honestly so disappointing.

Amber was an absolute joy. She is friendly and easy to talk with. She was fully present and listened carefully to what I asked for. When I showed her the photos she knew exactly what to do and gave me the haircut I wanted. Amber clearly loves what she does and I would absolutely recommend her!

Bloom has been my go-to salon for the past 10 yrs. Megan Walsh is my gal, and the best! She is an amazing colorist, and has been a great ally through a few major cut changes. Pepper is awesome too, and my #2 gal here. Id recommend Bloom for both your everyday hair needs, as well as for your once-in-a-lifetime event.

Miranda saved me. My hair was mismanaged by two other salons I wont mention here. She heard and understood exactly the look I wanted and made my hair beautiful again. Haircut was way too expensive for them to not know what they were doing. They have no idea how to do mens cuts.

I have never even posted a review on any site, but just wanted to be honest. I normally go to Melange hair academy, but it was closed and bloom had great reviews so I made an apointment. The hairdresser was really nice and I showed her a picture of what I wanted, halfway through I noticed it was way shorter then the picture, and the top part of the aline haircut is sticking really far out. I am not very happy with my haircut. I would show everyone a picture of what i wanted and what was done but I dont know how. There is no way to fix it now, so will have to wait till ot grows out. Also 15 minutes early another of her customers came in and It felt rushed. I have had someone at other places spend 3 hours on my hair and still be patient. Just alittle sad.
