I brought my grandkids to this place for many years. They always loved it. I hope that someday it will reopen safely and I will be able to go back with our littlest grandkids.

I LOVE CHUCK E. CHEESE MORE THAN MY 3 YEAR OLD SON! LOL. We went for the 1st time a few weeks ago and I cannot wait to go back! My son and my husband spent hours playing games and I walked around with the baby, sat to have lunch and took pictures of them having the best time. This Chuck-E-Cheese in Nanuet is super clean and their salad bar is to die for (Fresh, Stocked and Great Selections)! I would absolutely go back just to have the food (might sound funny but its true). I got the appetizer platter, salad bar and pizza & fountain soda for the boys. The staff was friendly, helpful and always making sure everything was clean. I cant wait to go back and my son has been asking everyday since!

They have improved the party process since I was here last. The pizza wasnt bad and the cake was good. No more kids carrying a bag full of weapons, all done on a card system now. Not sure if the time or the day was just a slower time but it wasnt a crazy zoo.

Super fun place for toddlers and young kids. Theres lots of activity variety, and the staff is very kid friendly!

Cleanest Chuck E Cheese Ive ever visited. It even had a salad bar, I was pleasantly surprised.

We went to celebrate my sons birthday the place was not so busy the prices are fine the only thing that did not seem to me that if you want to buy a glass of chucky cheese soda you have to pay for the normal glass and on that price add 2 more dollars you end up paying 5 dollars for a soda, I am robbed of a childs soda, the photo machines need to be more attentive, some had no paper and the others without ink

Would be my last option if I was choosing to do something fun with my kids. Very expensive unless youre with a birthday party

Great for the kids. Great idea changing it to the cards only used one for all 3 kids 1he is enough for them to have fun

My boys had a great time and are already asking to go again. Staff very pleasant. My only disappointment was that in my head I expected ball pits or gyms or slides, etc. Its one huge room with a lot of games. But again, my boys had a blast and thats all that matters.

Great place for kids. Usually visit sport time, we avoid the bridge at all costs, but decided to swing by as kids indoor entertaining is hard in winter, but neat place, Pizza is available if u are hungry

Kids love going to Chuck E. Cheese! My girls are 3 and 6 and they each had a great time

Great place. Children really enjoyed it.Food was great.The only reason I wont give 5 stars is because the bathrooms really need a deeper cleaning. You can smell them from the tables.

One of the only and most requested childrens entertainer in the area...great place.

My granddaughter had a little mishap at this place. The manager David was wonderful in checking up on us. He even gave her some extra points. Now that is wonderful customer service. Kudos to you.

My kid got lost and i found him with blood all over his arm he now got an trauma

The food was good. Disappointing that Chuck-E didn’t come out to dance. When he finally made an appearance, he just threw a couple of tickets and left.

Was there last night and kids had a great time, but OMG was there a rude worker behind the counter. It seemed to me like shes angry to be working there and i was so surprised that Chuck e cheese Has such a worker. She kept on yelling at everyone and was really mean to my kids when they wanted to choose Their prize. She takes all the fun and excitement out of that place. Its a real shame.

Machines are never sanitized. If you want your child to get a virus or bacteria this is definitely the place to go.

It is really fun especially on Wednesday cuz it is $15 for an hour of unlimited play points

Great entertainment for little kids. There is usually a game that is broken and no one will fix it for you and the wait time for prizes is long. They also have non-kosher food.

My kids had an amazing time. Its bigger than the location that near us. Very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly too.

Nice place. Was particularly impressed with David. The way he dealt with the kids when it came to converting points to prizes was outstanding. Smart, patient and tactful.

The five children were missing but it appeared in the news and there is no escape from it so close this restaurant because if it happens again the police will know it

Kids have loads of fun here. Love how all games are a quarter and coupons can get you a lot of fun. Like the new hourly model. Too many games broken and ticket feeds not working last time we came.

Took my nephew and wasnt too impressed. The pizza took over 20 minutes and the show was not what i remember from being a kid. Gone is the full band and its just Chuck watching music videos on TV.

I visited the Nanuet Chuck E Cheese on Memorial Day 2019 which was on May 27 2019. This Chuck E Cheese is big but not huge like my local Chuck E.Cheese in East Hanover NJ, which is two floors. The games are great and most of them work. I hope to return soon.

Grate place to go and have fun with your kids, if you want to save some money go on tuesdays they have 2 large pizas for 25$ only and a 45mins unlimited plays for 12$ cant go wrong with that

The experience was great! I did enjoy the food however as soon as it gets busy the service can be slow at times and the bathroom maintenance could be improved. However, I did have a lot of fun here with my family!

I had a birthday party last week at Chuck E Cheese and we had a good time. They prepared everything for my 7 year old daughter. It was a time she will never forget. We had to buy the birthday cake but they had some there that we choose from. They offered one pizza and we ordered one more. It great. The pizza was delicious. I really enjoyed mymyself.

Staff is extremely friendly, place is nice, games are dated but only one credit per game so its reasonable. The pizza is the kind you can get in the frozen food section in a grocery store but does taste good. Prices are reasonable as well.

The worst service i ever received at chucky cheese, angelica helped me an she was very rude. The employees had there hair out swinging on top of open food . She looking at me very disrespectful infront of my kids . DONT COME HERE ITS A VERY NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT TO BRING YOUR KIDS AND FAMILY .

Went to chuck e cheese this past weekend. My son and nefew loved it. Didnt realize they had so many fun things for my baby who is only 12 months. The atmosphere was nice, filled with nice families. There was enough space for everyone. Just wish they wouldnt have messed up my pizza order and left my hungry family waiting! However, I will come again.

If you eat Kosher there is no food available for you...but lots of games, for kids (abd adults) of all ages

Great staff, fun games, but tickets are the same whether you win or lose at any given game. Apoarentky NJ is the only state where Chuck E cheese cannot let you win tickets, yet the prizes still require the same amount of redeemable tickets, so be prepared to to come exponentially more if you have your eyea on any specific prize. But the staff is literally the best. Oh, snd their POS system doesnt work with xhuck e cheese rewards

Great pizza but a little disorganized, the song announcing chuck e cheese would play but chuck e cheese was nowhere to be found until one of the staff members went looking for it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is clean. ALL OF THE GAMES WORK, and one that had issues was fixed right away.

Attended a 4 yr old bday party and it was not a smooth process at all. It was a pre-booked party but somehow happened to run out of piñatas which is included with the party... how? So instead they tossed candy and tickets into the crowd. I wasnt a fan of that. There were two parties going on so they sang happy birthday to them at the same time. Also wasnt a fan of that. It was somewhat a little chaotic and disorganized. Staff were all very young adults but were very helpful and tentative to everyone at the party. All the kids had fun so thats what really mattered.

Exceptional birthday party for my kids. Almost as good as a trip to Disney... Not really but you get the point. The party host made sure both my kids got special treatment and all the kids had so much fun and stayed over an hour after the party ended.

So this place is good, not great. The food is ok, nothing great. If your looking to just let your kids run loose then give them a game card and let go. The staff is very nice.

Great places for my kids, they love it here. It does get a little busy.

It was our first time and we absolutely loved it. The space was clean, the staff members were extremely helpful and most of all the kids had a blast.

This is not for very young childern but my daughter, 2 year old, still had alot of fun. The rider are however were very short. The food and tickets are reasonably priced. The pizza was good but salty. They have packages cheaper online so download the coupon before you go.

My kids love it manager is very attentive. I was just here for my sons birthday.

We had an awesome time going with a small children this place is meant for childr betweenen between the ages 5 and 10 I would not suggest anyone to go there with babies since most of the activities are computer gaming prices are very decent for a quick outing

This is a great place to celebrate a kids birthday party. I went over here to the party of my 2 little cousin, they have so much fun, the have a lot of arcade games, all game cost only one coin, they have game for all the age, include my age lol i just love the Mario car game, the basketball arcade and the football, they also have a fruit ninja big screen game and many moreThey have a ice cream machine, and a salad bar, i also saw they have wings. I like the pizza is very good.
