Excellent choice to see a movie.

Normally a great place to see a movie and I would give a higher rating but the bathroom was not being maintained. I would think at 11:45am on a Sunday morning all of the sinks would have full soap dispensers and the water would work. Instead of having 3 sinks available there was only one and it was a mess.The theater area was clean. The movie was great. Seats super comfortable.

Great theatre! I love that you can purchase tickets electronically and go right to the ticket taker - great when you have littles with you. Also loved the ability to reserve our seats ahead of time. Concession stands were well stacked, although the popcorn was pretty terrible. Theatre was clean and we had an overall wonderful experience.

I saw two matinees here and was happy with the visits. At other Regal theater the scanners on the automated ticket machines never read my Regal card well, here it worked perfectly. The mens restroom was very clean and so was the whole theater. The seats were comfortable with flip down arm rests and the sound in the theater wasnt overwhelming like at some places. I like the convenience of having my ticket on my phone. Get rewards with Regal app and redeem at concessions. Clean and easy to get in and out of. Good restaurants nearby.

I have been trying for weeks to book the regal room for a birthday party. I tried call the local number that corporate gave me no answer. No matter the time of day they don’t pick up there phones. What the point of doing a submission form online and the don’t reach out to you or even email mail you about your request. Bad enough I called and can’t seem to reach anyone.

Awesome theatre... wasnt packed and staff was friendly. Saw an employee walk through the theater on several occasions checking things out...and bathroom location is super convenient for when you are watching a movie

Ticket machines did not accept my valid gift card. Seats are very close together and rock rather than recline. The aisles are tight. Theater and rest rooms are clean and the theater is very pretty and modern. Many choices of times and shows. Way too many trailers and ads prior to the movie.

I always love going to this theater. Ample seating and comfort. Much better than the zoo at the Palisades Center AMC.

Regal has become the choice for movies, the seats are very comfortable the floors are clean.I saw infinity war.The only complaint about any movie theatre is the food and is not so much the price but the food is horrible and very expensive.I recommend this theater.

Solid theater not too crowded. Seats fine, foods pretty good. But dont find their special rpx shows worth price and wastes showings.

I am posting this from a friends Facebook page. Maddie is a teenager with Autism.She is very Lucky because she has a. Amazing family, they have helped her to come so far with her disabilities.When something like this happens it hurts and causes unnecessary attempts to try to explain peoples behavior.Maddie and her video taping just got us kicked out of Regal Cinemas in Nanuet! She wasn’t hurting or bothering anyone. We sat in the seats for people with disabilities as to not bother anyone else. Apparently Regal Cinemas staff felt the need to ask us to leave. They need sensitivity training! She doesn’t understand and keeps saying movies please. It has taken years for her to do this activity appropriately and they just ruined it for her!

Nice theater! Clean and a good concession stand. Understaffed, extremely inefficient managers, everyone that works there seems miserable. No energy, no eagerness to help the guests. Sorry!

Employees are always helpful and friendly. Theatres are always clean and its close to home. My only gripe is the food. Aside from the occasional chicken fingers and fries (that dont taste all the great), popcorn, candy and soda, I eat nothing else. Everything else makes my stomach hurt.

The screen in theater 2 is terrible. It needs to be replaced. The projectionist has compensated by projecting films too dark, to hide the noise displayed at high white points.Also the bathrooms are always always always filthy. I wish there was a competent theater in the area.

Pretty good movie theaters slightly cheaper than AMC but not by a big difference sodas are like $6 each so thats pretty ridiculous for a small this place at least is away from the big mall so theres not as much traffic depending on the day of the week. Its also by a few grocery stores and its own sort of outdoor mall thats common in other parts of the country

Super friendly staff was able to refund extra tickets that we bought without question and gave us discounts on top of it for concessions

Very nice theater. The lines for snacks and to buy tickets arent that long, though they are outside of the place where you hand in your tickets. This means that you cant really get more snacks after you entered the showing room. Each showing room is fairly small, but not to the point where its claustrophobic. There are plenty of seats and they recline slightly when you sit down. The screen is good and so is the sound. Both are up to standard. Its nothing special (like those theaters with electric chairs and food that can be delivered to your seat) but youll have a great time watching a movie here.

Im at this theater at least once a week and I can say that this is a very nice theater. Always clean and very organized. Staff at concession may be a little slow but Im guessing so many of them are new due to me being there so much and still not recognizing anybody. Great for small kids.

Recently heard this theater forcibly removed a mother and her autistic daughter because the little girl had a camera in her hand. She has autism, and the mother tried to explain that it’s her diagnosis, not an illegal bootleg operation, and the theater still removed them. The camera wasn’t filming. So sad that in 2019 children with autism can’t see a movie. Never coming here again!!!!

Amazing movie theater. Very large, friendly staff, and always a large movie selection. And I love the economy Tuesdays, I often find myself watching more than one movie because its such a bargain. Getting large refillable soda and popcorn just adds to the deal. And its definitely a great way to get college kids to go out to the movies

Easy parking, clean theaters and restrooms.

This was my first visit to Regal Cinemas 12. Granted it was a Sunday night and the place was not crowded at all, it looks like the setup is a good one. The theater we were in had stadium seating with seats that reclined. I felt like I was in my living room. Definitely will be returning for future shows!

Very clean. Well managed. Reserved seating for every show (I think). Staff is always helpful/friendly. Never have to worry about dirty seats, or floor.My only issue is the “convenience” fee when ordering ticket through app or online. If you do not need to hire an extra person for ticket sales at the front lobby, shouldn’t it be a discount, not a fee .

I like this theater because its clean, refreshments good, and most importantly the seats are very comfortable. Some movies are cheaper then others. Polite group of staff.

Thin walls! While watching a movie, we heard another movie from next door! Loud and disturbing! Complained to manager who was apologetic, and gave us complimentary tickets to come back. That was nice, but not sure We will go back. Seats are comfortable but should recline!

Usually decent service and great prices on Tuesdays. Paid for a 3d movie and there was no 3d, so we actually didnt wear the glasses because the screen had a green tint. Manager apologized and gave us free tickets to any 3d movie at any Regal in the USA. No expiration. So nothing lost.

I went to this cinema to watch a movie with my friend and after having my father leaving, I went to go into me rated R movie we bought tickets for. They said that we couldnt go in without a adult because we are 1 year too young to be let in. The staff refused to speak to my father over the phone and the manager talked to my father but did nothing. If you take the time to drive here you should drive 10 extra minutes to go to the Palasades mall and see a movie there.

Nice movie theater big screen but seats were uncomfortable

I am the aunt of Maddie, the autistic young woman and her mother that was asked to leave your theater yesterday because of video taping with her phone. Before you tell me that in small print that no one could read there is a policy against this, I am wondering what your mission statement is. Did you think the American Disability Act just required you to provide seating without the expectation of respecting the people who purchased the tickets to sit in those seats? I’m glad your other reviews say you have a clean theatre and friendly staff. The manager told my niece when she tried to explain the situation that it would be a problem if it got out Regal Theaters allowed video taping, I wonder how Regal theaters will respond when it gets out an Disabled child was told to leave for violating a policy she will never be able to understand. I’m sure if any thought is given to this situation a better solution can be arrived at in the future. I needed to give you 1 star to write this statement but I didn’t mean to give the impression I meant it. Sensitivity training is my suggestion.

Loved the place but kinda confusing where to buy tickets.

Nothing really wrong with this place other than the prices. RPX is nothing special other than a slightly bigger screen. For these prices Id expect nicer seats/reserved seating.

Amazing place. I have gone there over 5 times, and am about to go see the new star wars movie this Friday. Not to expensive and the food is good. But as in most movie theaters, it had so many trailers for other movies. Great place to go see a movie.

Love coming here to watch movies! The theatre gives student discounts and is rarely packed. Relatively clean and very close to where I live.

Prefer this theater over the one in the Palisades mall. A little less crowded and the lack of reserved seating allows you to sit next to the people you went with.

Very Nice theatres. Nice place. And you get all kind of snacks. Pop corn. You have a shopping mall around and can go around and check in to the theatre at the movie time.

I love to come here for movies! This is my second favorite movie theater next to AMC! The food and service there is awesome and I love the touchscreen candy machine that they have there too! I also love going to the arcade in the theater since they have a nice little selection of games! Overall, great place!

Went to a film fest there. Located in nice shopping venue amongst similarly interesting and appealing venues. Theres a Fairway close by. Charming layout.

The customer service is not friendly and the lines are always so long for food. Additionally the food also takes a long time to prepare so, you end waiting over 15 minutes for an item that they just need to warm up in the back. Sometimes, the customer agents are too busy talking with each other than, actually helping the customer which makes it even longer to get food. Furthermore, the ticket prices are more expensive than AMC even for the matinee price so,I tend to go their competitor to save money.

Large theater, nice staff, only down side is that it is often very busy and packed. But can’t blame them for that. At worst you have to see a later show or you miss the movie trailer previews.I also use the rewards card and that’s a big plus too especially if I’m going to the movies constantly.

Love this place! If you can go from Monday to Friday during the mornings...its a pleasure! You feel like no one else is there! Very relaxing!
