Great place to bring kids. Its fairly large so its not as risky as smaller ones when people are writing all over the place.

Various angles and drops. Lots of slide and edge options.

I love it because there are so many things to do my favorite is riding scooters and skateboards there

There for baseball tournament. No trash cans at the fields and one bathroom too far away from field of play. Umpire had to go outside the fence in the bushes to relieve himself

Nice park to take kids for riding bikes or skateboards or scooters. Wish someone would take the tennis shoes off the power lines though. Looks kind of ghettoish.

Morning is the best time to skate during the summer, but the sprinklers leave puddles blocking half of the park. Could a drain be installed?

I was a junior in high school when the city started talking to skateboarders about building the first skatepark in Nampa. It was awesome. The anticipation of waiting for construction to be completed was unbearable, so there were a couple of occasions when my buddies and I invited ourselves in before the yellow tape was removed.One day I went to school and news was going around that my friends mom died that same day. I tolerated the school day as well as could be expected, and after the last bell I went to his house. The street where he lived was congested with the cars of family and well-wishers. I went inside and talked to my friend. He found her in the hallway after he woke up to get ready to go to school. Poor dude was super upset. I asked if he wanted to go skate, and he wasnt against it. The drive to the skatepark was silent, of course the kid was devastated I wasnt going to risk making anything worse.We skated and worked on our whatever tricks we were focusing on. He relaxed and started talking again. We were getting rad and remembering what made us happy. After a couple of hours of that we went back to his house. When he saw the cars in front of the house he said Man I forgot... I was so relaxed that I forgot that she... I told him Its not about forgetting. Its about knowing how to remember. She wouldnt want you to focus on her death for the rest of your life. He went inside and carried on.The quarter pipes at the skatepark are 6 tall with 2 of vert. One friend of mine dropped in on them all the time. One day I decided to try it. I could drop in on normal transitions, but those quarter pipes befuddled me. I stared down that ramp for about an hour, and finally took the plunge. Baby, did I plunge. I slammed 6 below where I started, checked everything, I was okay, but I didnt try to drop in on that again.

Its a fair skatepark for beginners to advanced. Small ledges and rails. Small ramps/inclines to some steep drop ins

Been skating here since I was a kid good open simple street terrain. Terrible vertical and miniramp terrain Needs remodeled and needs a closer drinking fountain.

Park has poor flow, everything is too far spaced from each other. Sprinklers spray onto the park itself, so lots of water damage and large standing puddles.

Overall a good basic skate park good for beginners kept in good condition and very clean but could use some lights for later riding

Needs to be added on too! The skatepark has great potential and the nampa skate scene is getting bigger.

Chill nice people but too many scooter kids.

Really fun the only thing is that a crack head tried to stabbed me with his needle.. However great for kids

The park itself is okay there. I ran into so many unkind teenagers here. Sometimes it feels like theyre kind of shady things going on there even though there is a police substation right next door

Were are traveling through the state and stopped here to take a break. It isnt that great of a park, we only stayed for 10 minutes.
