Took my girls for a quick before school starts movie. They wouldnt let you pay with cash but you could use cash to buy a gift card to then turn around and pay for your concessions. You have to connect your accounts if you have unlimited in order to sit together. Crazy lady flipped out cause we accidentally sat in the wrong seat even though we were still 6ft distance. Probably cancelling our monthly subscription not worth the headache

I dont like how customers have to buy their tickets at the concession stand. They dont even have the movie listings where you can see them. We pretty much had the movie theater to our selves.

After I made a purchase they gave me a gift card instead of change after Id given them cash.

Nice environment and clean. Most workers pleasant. Guy taking the tickets seemed like he wished he were elsewhere.

Great movie venue to get away from the crowds of Edwards 21. If you live West Boise, Meridian, Nampa a few extra freeway miles might be easier. Plus love the seats and angles better then other theatres

Its a nice facility but 25 minutes of trailers and advertisements is excessive I could sit through 10 to 15 but drives me crazy sitting there and sitting there sitting there waiting for my movie to start.

Edwards is a great place to watch a movie. They have many many theaters, so you have lots if options as to what movie you see. Concessions are the same price as most other theaters, and you can have a free refill if you buy a large popcorn and large drink.

If you want to share a large popcorn with somebody bring your own bag this movie theater doesnt accommodate and will charge you for a empty bag

Coo theater but the least visited in idaho I think so when we went there was many staff members and they werent running the ac so it was pretty hot

The theatre is always clean here and I lovethe central location. It offers a service in an underserved area making it close by for an impromptu date night. Staffis always professional and the theatre is always very clean. Great place to getaway once in a awhile!

Very nice and clean. Went to a popular movie at 1:15 pm on a Saturday. There wasnt a crowd. The snacks are VERY expensive. $8.00 for medium popcorn??? Geez.....

Fire alarm went off halfway through the movie. My wife and I with 8 grandkids and my daughters exited quickly out the emergency exit. The whole that and patrons gathered out in front of the entry. No instructions from employees or information. One employee after about 7-8minutes later told everyone to leave the parking lot. Kinda unprofessional again with no info as to what was going on. After about a 15-20 minute wait a single fire truck showed up on no hurry not even sirens. Still no info from the employees. I finally went across the street where 4 employees were congregated and asked them what was going on and they didnt know either.Just that the alarm went off. I think k that after about a half hour someone should hVe started taking names and phone numbers so refunds could be given. The wait in the hot sun was not pleasant. A young girl took my phone number so we could go but really didnt know the proper protocol as to what they should do. We had to leave because of a doctors appointment so I dont know how it all ended. Some training is in order to keep people informed and at least one employee should have taken charge.

Youd think there isnt much to reviewing a local Theater, but theyre management and customer service is on another level. Theyre attentive to needs of their customers and very accommodating
