Worse experience ever!! The park management was extremely rude and disrespectful. The front office clerk Karen had everything else better to do than assist us and completely unorganized with lots of hidden costs and fees. Not recommended for anyone seeking a cozy safe place for their loved ones.

Management is horrible. Refuses to print and give receipts for rent when paid manager is very rarely in the office. Manager refuses to deal with people parking in the streets, dogs running loose, or kids running wild without supervision. Manager inserts her personal life and problems into business discussions. Manager uses her personal dislike or hatred of some people as a reason to withhold information about rent or sewer increases as well as giving rent receipts. Worst manager ever. I didnt want to give even one star but had to in order to post.

Filthy, bad management. High lot rent for space size. Over crowded! And people didnt care what their kids were doing.

I take my siblings here for the lunches. The people here are rude and rasist. We are usually the only white people her. The other children exclude my siblings and make fun of them. High Hispanic couture here.

When the snow hit this last winter, the owners and property management refused to plow their roads, which resulted in several falls and cars being stuck. When confronted about it, property management would not take any responsibility, instead saying the owners live out of state and dont want to pay for plowing. This is one example of a recurring issue.

Typical older mobile home park, lots of young kids in the streets playing, most without supervision.

Drove through it little kids on bikes,everywhere gotta watch it closely so as not to run one over they shoot out of nowhere I had to stop at least 4 times for kids,that were not watching where they were going

Trailers and lots are pretty close together.

Too many of everything here.

Close to gas station and food market

Good place for cops to hide

This is the worst mobile home park. The roads are to small, everyone is parked in the road. Babies running around unsupervised. I was considering buying a trailer in here but after seeing what I seen today its a defiant hell no.
