Don’t waste your time or money coming until they put umpires back behind the plate. Awful experience. And this is Day 1 and we won our games. It’s just poor baseball. Go to Georgia

Top Notch! This place is beautiful. We were there for 11u baseball, Hitz Baseball out of Chesterfield Michigan. Best baseball experience ever! Cant wait to try out other locations of Ripken Experience (Pigeon Forge). Definitely recommend! Download their app when you get there.its very informative.

Terrible experience. Never want to play there again, the entire process from getting a child verified before they can even play was absolutely ridiculous! Umpires calling game from pitchers mound instead of behind home plate. Very unhappy with umpires not once coming to check with home team books to confirm score or anything else between innings! We have played in a LOT of tournaments with different organizations for many years and this is the first time I have ever felt it necessary to leave feedback, if that tells you anything!

We were here for a week long baseball tournament. The fields were nice; although, many if our kids were slipping on the pitching mond in cleats. Since all fields are turf would bring turf shoes if you have them or at least a pair be of tennis shoes. The games were run well and the umpires were v very good. The process for ordering the action pictures was challenging and could be streamlined and improved.

This place was nice. Im not a baseball parent but my nephew plays and this was my first time here. But it was extremely hot and they really didnt have shade or water fountain. But the field were kept up and the employees and stuff were on top of things.

Plenty of parking and lots of space, fields in pretty good shape but some can be a bit of a walk because of design

Fun to have baseball during C19. Had safety in mind with various precautions. Could use maps at the park as it is spread out. Seemed very clean and well kept. We played a week long tournament

Excellent experience. Cool fields kept immaculate.

Never seen worse umpiring or a less classy situation allowed to go on. Forced to play with 8 due to injury and the worst ejection ever in the championship! Kids being laughed at while player was seriously injured! Umps were brutal both ways and allowed situation to get way out of control!

It was very clean, but rather disorganized. All the materials we were given did not cover what we really had to have or was not current due to covid 19. We came with cash, they did not deal in cash. You could not see anything in the gift shop, you had to hang your head in a window and ask to see one shirt at a time. The tournament rules we were emailed were only followed when it pertained to teams that were not from the area. The tournament umpires allowed a teams coaches, players and parents to to be extremely rude for most games until tournament officals were called to observe and interven and then the umpires followed the tournament rules laid out. Beautiful facility, top notch sports med trainer but rather poorly organized. Hopefully it was just because of the crazy year with the pandemic and all, but was not worth the money to come here. It was too bad because we heard what a great time everyone has always had.

This is another great Ripken Experience ballfield. Clean, helpful and friendly. Again I had a shuttle to take me the ball fields, since I have a hard time walking. Food and drinks were good. Bathrooms were clean.

What a complex! If you havent seen it, you wont believe someones description of the it. Was a great day to watch baseball and softball games. Full concession indoor stand and clean lavatories. A truly modern sports complex

Here for a tournament this week! The fields are so beautiful! The customer service is outstanding, the main grill area gets really busy around lunch time but the staff go above and beyond to get everyone their food quickly! The tournament information area in the main grill was so helpful, Kevin was able to direct us to some to some great places to eat this week so far and even made the reservations for us at a discounted rate. The Ripken store was loaded with lots of awesome gear and had really reasonable prices (got some great UA shirts for cheap!). Great start to the week (a little hot) but such an awesome place to play baseball! Can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings!

Beautiful complex! It was nice for our softball girls to play different teams that they wouldnt normally play in their bracket. Great time over all, just wish the weather would have been warmer.

The baseball tournament was very nice. Fields were awesome. And all the people who ran the carts and everything else were very nice and kind.

Without a doubt, the nicest sports facility I have ever seen, including major league baseball stadiums which are often filthy and crowded. Fencing, sidewalks, buildings, landscaping, and even bleachers all m the de this an extremely pleasant place to see games. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. When they talk about the Ripken experience, they really do mean an experience and go to great lengths to ensure a nice visit. BONUS: There was a very well-fed and friendly dog that was wandering around the facility. He seemed to be a facility pet, and hopped on one of the little carts with a worker. Very, very cute.

Some of the best managed and refereed games we have played in years of travel.play. So much to do in Myrtle Beach, too. Very hot and humid! Must hydrate!

Great park. Hard to walk to fields if you are handicapped. Take wheel chair & walker if you cant ambulate distance. Need benches along the way for older & handicap to rest. Bathrooms are a problem due to distance if you cant walk very far.

Amazing ball park. Friendly staff. 2.5 hours rain delay and fields were immaculate for play. This place is a must see.

The place is gorgeous, like a Disney of baseball. Most of our games started late because the umps arrived late. We played one game at the high school and it is nothing special although the AD was at the game and He was great to talk to. It does not feel run down to me although I am certainly no expert as this is really the only week long event my kid has ever played in. The games themselves were fun and I thought the officiating was adequate.

Nice fields other than that just another baseball tournament location with over priced concessions. We only played a weekend tournament but traveled a good ways there. There was no announcing of the players names or walk up music as we had expected and no one to run scoreboards. Parents tried to run the scoreboards however on the three fields we played on only the inning and runs worked. No balls or strikes were able to be followed on the boards.

My son and his team had a great time. Beautiful complex.

Barely average facility. It needs some maintenance. One field, ‘Yankee Stadium’, was so bad the outfielders were laughing at its condition. The gutter is dangling off of the batting cages roof. Some gate doors are broken. There’s trash lying around that has been ignored for a while...you can tell when the product labels are fading. I picked up some trash bc I felt bad for the place.The grassy areas are rough, not well thought out, the view to at least one field is completely obstructed by a tall dugout which renders the knoll view pointless.The wiring to the score box is hanging just above your head like it was an afterthought.The hamburger buns at concessions were so stale they would crumble as you ate.I prefer to be positive but this place is below expectations.There are some great features to this facility. It looks impressive at first glance. Most of the things are easily resolved w an attentive maintenance crew. They need closer supervision.

Has multiple fields and is very nice. Only thing can be dangerous for little ones do to where the players can warm up does not have anything from keeping the balls not hitting anyone. Also has one little play ground for as big of a place and is located at the entrance.

I was there for wave rider week. Had an amazing time watching the 13u play ball. The staff and setup is perfect and they prepare the fields just right. Great set up with bleachers and bathrooms and food stands. The music in between innings make a the feel so much better. One problem, someone actually stole my stocked up cooler and I asked if they found one and nothing came up.

Such a lovely area with good music, great players, family fun and more!

Its a great place my grandson was there all week for games it is ckean and we didnt have to pay ti get in you can take your coolers in or they gave a great concession area.

One of the highest quality baseball facilities around the South and the country. They host youth baseball and softball tournaments. They also play host to the Collegiate baseball league and the adult baseball league. The fields are designed after the old school fields from the major leagues. They have high level umpires, and during the summer they do high level sports action photos for teams. They have hosted teams from all over the country.

Came here from Pittsburgh for my daughter high school softball tournament and what a great experience for her and all of the players that come here, so glad she was part of it. The place is clean and the concession stand is nice and the workers are so friendly. Hope to return next year.

Really cool place. To bad condo we are staying The Beech Colony is a run down dirty dump. Please do your family a favor and dont stay there. All Ripken facilities are outstanding.

Its a crazy experience.

We were there this past week (6/24 - 7/1/17) for the Summer Beach Blast Tournament. Great facility, friendly, helpful staff. Went 4-1 in pool play, allowing only 11 runs. Our team had an awesome time playing teams from other states. Compared to Cooperstown.......this was MUCH closer to home and being at the beach is always a bonus!

Great experience again. Kids had a great time and the facility was nice for spectators to enjoy the games too.

My sons week long Hang Ten tournament was an awesome experience!

The boys love this place whether they win or lose. A great place to develop their talents and get a feel for how the old school fields are.Really glad that we dont have to pay to get in also and price is included in with the tournament.

If you like baseball, youll love this place. 8 diamonds all different sizes and named after old time parks. Lighted too. Artificial turf, exept for the mound. Snack bar, clothing & equipment store too!.

Great facility but the food and beverage team need to step it up. Dont try to buy much on Sunday. They ran out of Gatorade, hotdogs and diet Coke. Not the friendly staff serving you that you would expect. Baseball staff was great.

Told us discount was good at captain Georges buffet but when we ate there was told they havent given that discount in a year.

Fields are located near restaurants and attractions. All fields are turf and well maintained. Fields are modeled after MLB parks. The park doesnt charged admission and has a larger concession stand area.

Super complex, nice staff, happy to have the golf cart service for the grandparents. Loved the experience.

Lots of space for all of the teams. Parking is at a premium and gets quite hot with little shade provided. Bring a pop up and a cooler. Fields are astro-turf so correct shoes are important.

Camera Quality Is so bad when I paid for the whole week. Either fix the cameras or give my my money back

No water fountains? You have to buy water. Its 100% business related. Great baseball fields but on a hot day (which is everyday) you need water.

Beautiful AstroTurf fields, announcers are very into it, and get coupons whenever you return foul balls. Its a very modern, up to date facility. 10/10
