This places prices are out of this world. The prices are higher than the fireworks go Im serious! For example the square box fireworks that last like a minute are around 90 or 100$ here and at a different firework place we went to down from crown reef across street and to.the left for like 2 or 3 minutes on left is Mr Fireworks was doing them 2 for 50! 4 for 100 so for what u pay for one here you can i swear on everything get 4 of the same things i know cause we bought 400$ worth at the other place! If you buy here u must just got money to blow! One more.thing a huge case of fireworks at this place was 700 and you can get same.thing for 200 I am not.lieing at the other firework place! I state facts only! Check my status on google.maps! Im addi g pictures of the fireworks we got.at other place for a forth of the cost of this place.

Guilty of false advertisement. They do not honor their own sale paper ads. Manager was very unpleasant and claimed we got a good deal and that was all she could do. They charged us $70 OVER what was advertised! I DO NOT recommend shopping here!!!

I was amazed and was in awe at their huge selection of fireworks. They have everything you could possibly want. This is one if the premier spots to get fireworks. Carl was very-very helpful and extremely professional and courteous. I live in Virginia Beach and will be making the 5 hour drive to revisit Carls Phantom Fireworks store again when I need to more Fireworks.

They have a lot of fireworks, and they have reasonable prices compared to everyone else. The only thing I would wish for, if someway to see, recognize, and understand the effects of the fireworks without having to look it up on YouTube by its name. The descriptions on most fireworks arent as good as you would like for them to be, and it would really be nice to have some kind of a video display somewhere in the store with recordings of each of the products so that you can review them more easily. I was able to look most of them up on my phone, but considering that I was getting questionable coverage from the internet in the area I was in, that got difficult as well. Otherwise it was a pretty good place and I like what I bought with the exception of maybe two things out of the 30 I bought.

First they make you show an ID and then sign a waiver just to get in this place. They advertise 2 for 1 pricing but everything is 4 times higher than anywhere else.

Love the place but it was packed

Spent over a $1,000 this year... year after year (15 +). This year there were two trucks unloaded the Sunday before the 4th. The shelves looked sparse & they didn’t have any of our favorite fireworks. They could have been on the truck.... but since they are unwilling to unload them, who knows. Lastly, we just got ready to light them all off and we have no punks. They should give you those when you check out for safety, so we will have to delay our firework show another day until we get some punks. Dissapointing customer service.
