I love going here. They always have cool stuff and the beach things Im looking for. I always get the kids neat things from here.

The lady working the day we went was very helpful and there was a lot to pick from.

They had 2 handicap parking spaces. As we were the only costumers there, I am guessing it was taken by the 2 employees.

Lots of variety and good deals. We were short a chair and found the perfect chair for our daughter. They had them on sale for $4. Perfect, also they had little kids hats for $6.99. the sweatshirts looked nice and Im sure my wife is going to want one.That being said this store isnt anymore special than any on the shore in NJ, and arent any different then the stores down the street here.

They dont honor their prices that are clearly marked on the tag. My kids picked a couple of sweatshirts. The tags read $19.99 / 2 for $30. When we got up to the register, I wanted to confirm the prices. The girl said no. Theyre marked 19.99. I showed her the tag that said 2 for 30. She seemed stunned. She told me her system wouldnt allow it bc theyre marked wrong and shouldve been marked 2 for 35. I explained that several on the rack said 2 for 30. And if she wanted to change them after us then fine but I should only have to pay the 30. She offered me 10% instead which clearly is not the same discount. She refused to give me the marked price so I didnt buy them. Id rather not have given my money there if they werent going to honor their marked prices. Im not going back to that Eagles.

They treated me like a thief because of my tattoos. Just appalled with this place. Worst of all, my wife has Crohns disease and was having a flare up and they denied her facilities.

Its an average beach souvenir shop, merchandise wise. Initially, there really isnt anything to distinguish it from the rest. However, once you go inside is that it was very clean and organized. Things were easy to find and the staff was helpful.My daughter wanted another hermit crab for her crabitat. Shes already pretty knowledgeable about her pets, and we were surprised that the staff made sure that she knew that we knew that the travel cage was not an appropriate long term habitat and gave her tips about care and feeding her new additions.

Went in there Saturday purchased a shirt, they didnt put it in the bag went back to get it and they told me they dont even carry the shirt I was describing. Upon showing the receipt, and showed her everything I bought she said it still was not on the receipt, when there is 2 things on the receipt that I had paid for and didnt not get. I was polite and all I wanted was a souviener from myrtle beach. Thanks for ruining that.

The for sale signs are misleading. A bunch of items had sale signs on them but when your paying for the item they say its not the one on sale. They blame it on customers puting things in the wrong spot when its clearly its a sales technic.. a customer doesnt move 40 shot glasses and racks of shirts.. nice try.

Ive been to numerous eagles in the past and never had an issue this one however is AWFUL rudest customer service. I tried to exchange a shirt that was too small and was told they wouldnt refund it. I explained I didnt want a refund just an exchange and that the receipt clearly says there are 7 days to refund or exchange still no help whatsoever. Highly recommend driving the .25 miles to the next one just to avoid the horrible customer service from the what I presume to be manager.
