I love Michaels. I do lots of crafts and I like the variety of products Michaels has. They always have great sales. Plus, you can show them the 40% off coupon from your phone to receive a discount.The employees seem to know about what they are selling and are helpful & very polite.There is only one thing I dont like. Their heat and ac is operated by a cooperate office not located anywhere around the store and they determine what to set it on by finding a temperature common for regions made up of several different states. It is always either too hot or way too cold at night.All of the pictures I have attached have some type of arts or crafts that I did and my go to store to purchase materials was Michaels.Thank you,Karen Owens

Went in this afternoon and the product (box frames) that were on sale was out of stock. I asked a nice young lady in the framing department if they had any more. She immediately stopped what she was doing - did NOT act like it was any bother at all - and said - Yes, weve got more in stock . She went right away and got them for me. I then went to pay and the cashier was the most pleasant cashier Ive come across. I will shop here every time I need a craft item. Nice job !! Customer service is superb!

Michaels is a nice place, not your local Walmart, we go there for crafts, they just dont seem to have all the materials I need in the fabric department is why the 4 star not 5.

Very busy and long wait in check out line. Staff is friendly. Was hoping for a little more variety in the floral section.

The 50% off sign for the 12x12 scrapbook pads did not include all of them only the thin ones but that was not stated on the sign. So I did not buy any scrapbook paper. I did buy stickers which were marked $1.00 each. I found other items priced too high. I will return when they have a sale.

I just got my glam planner with the shaker cover..in the mail shipped from Michaels. The shaker cover has glitter and sequins in the cover. The cover was open on the side and my glitter and sequins spilled out everywhere. I am so disappointed .!!!

Prices were a little expensive. And many things I wasnt able to find.

Michaels is the Go-to store for the Crafty Critter which lives inside of many of us who wants to try to recreate our Grandmothers quilt or trying to make something new out of something old. This is the place to find it All!

Good place got some special deals

Much like any hobby shop it is horrendously over priced with coupons everywhere. I wont go in without a coupon. That being said, they do have EVERYTHING and the staff is very helpful. You can spend hours in here and learn a lot of different hobbies.

Ordered online and pick up was quick. Unfortunately, all of my items.were incorrect. Went back to get the items corrected, and it was super simple. The manager was very helpful and made the exchange easy. I even purchased additional items.

HOW can you call yourselves a craft store and not stock sublimation paper, heat transfer sheets, silk screen mesh, or frames. Not everyone shops online MICHAELS.Blank Gildans are reasonably priced. BUT thats not why I fought 501 traffic and definitely the reason I called first.Train your staff to know what you carry.

Overpriced....its obvious the prices are jacked up so high in order to offer 50%off sales, which still seem overpriced on most items. Sad. Love the merchandise they carry, but come on, have more reasonable prices. Most coupons are worthless because good only on Full price items, items most people arent shopping for.
