Our waitress Anna was great you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. The art throughout the Cafe is great. However the food is incredible.

Fantastic fine dining. We always enjoy a quiet dinner here when we are in Myrtle Beach... It isnt easy to spot from Hwy 17 and if you did not know it was there you could drive right by, but you would be missing one of Myrtle Beachs hidden Gems.... Fantastic food and great service. I forgot to get some pictures before we started eating, but we had the black bean cakes as an appetizer, a Ceasar and Mediterranean salad, then our entres were the Miso Salmon and Simple Grilled fresh Grouper.

Whether it is a night out for a fancy cocktail with a friend at the bar or Galentines dinner, Collectors ALWAYS has tasty food and delicious drinks. I highly recommend. Not to mention all the beautiful art throughout the entire restaurant.

The menu was unique and the food was tasty and presented with a flourish. They have a dedicated chef for the desserts and it showed as they were also very well received and pleasing to the eye. (My daughter said her OMG cake was the best dessert she ever had!). Unfortunately, our food took almost 80 minutes (not a typo) from the time we ordered it, which was a record for us. We did not get any appetizers or salads which made it seem even longer. The artwork on the walls did help us pass the time somewhat. We were offered a second loaf of bread during our wait, but no other concession was given other than an apology from our server.

Loved this place. Food (mahi, salmon, lamb ragu) was excellent as was the staff. They even made a special effort to allow us to eat outside. We will definitely be back!!Oh and dont miss the yummy desserts.

One of the places we visit every time we are in Myrtle Beach. Never had a bad meal. We always get a cup of soup and dessert with any meal we choose.

Excellent art. A vast amount of many different things, a great place. Had the filet tips and tuna tare tare, just amazing melt in your mouth good! Didnt have dessert but dessert case was to drool over, great end to our romantic weekend

Atmosphere was wonderful.Seating was great from other tables.Wish the waitress would have spent more time checking on us.Not a busy time when we ate there.1:30ish. Only one couple dining in.My DIL paid for three and she tips well.Had Mediterranean wrap. Was freaking amazing!Asparagus-spinach soup. Was delicious!A cold shrimp salad type dish. It was good.

Went here with my family for a nice meal out and drinks. We were able to get a table without reservations and spent time before being seated browsing the paintings, drawing and sculptures. I was blown away by the quality of the food (Tuna Tartare and Ribeye Steak) as well as the delicious drinks. The steak was among the best Ive had and I couldnt believe how friendly and attentive the servers were. The prices are a bit high but worth it if you are looking for amazing food.After the meal I was able to ask one of the chefs about his methods and he was more than happy to answer my questions and seemed proud that I was taking interest in his craft.I will definitely be back to this place the next time I am in town and highly recommend it for a very memorable atmosphere and meal!

Wow! We have been planning to go there for almost three years and finally got around to it. We will definitely be back. All four members of our party commented on how well everything was cooked. The seafood and the stakes were great. We took desserts with us to go and really enjoyed them later in the evening

If you go to Myrtle beach this is a must! There is over 20 gorgeous desserts, and the kids really loved it! It is very kid friendly and there is lots of options on the kids menu. All of us just stand there in front of the dessert case just trying to make a decision. I really suggest they’re coconut cake and the salmon, and the art just makes it ten times better! The owner Mike Smith was so kind, the place has been there 25 years and better than ever! My family always take a trip to MB and come back every time. This is the place to go!

In a town filled with totally forgettable Walmart quality waffle and fish places, collectors cafe is a welcome and memorable surprise. It is an upscale, low key, local place with a wonderful atmosphere, lots of interesting artwork for sale and excellent food. Dark wood finishes, eclectic furniture, an endless maze of small, sometimes intimate dining rooms with all types of paintings, photographs, sculptures, dimensional art, etc, with classic, upbeat cool jazz playing in the background. Wow. Somebody had a vision and this is the impressive result. We only went in for desert, but will absolutely be back for dinner and will probably come back for some artwork once our house here is finished.We both ordered the chocolate mousse tower, which was a wonderful multi-layered thing covered with a chocolate hard shell. Real mousse is a rarity on menus these days and this was the real deal, perhaps a little more firm than regular mousse because of the tower format. It was simply awesome. They had a whole case full of in-house made desserts that I am guessing are all also awesome.The menu has some pretty unusual items on it and I can’t wait to try some of them.Go check it out. Highly recommended.

I love this place, especially for a girls lunch or a romantic evening meal. Great private room options or sit at a chefs table and watch the magic being created! The ever changing local art is a great and fun thing to do while you wait on your food and their deserts are amazing!

Enjoy stopping by a few times each year from out of town, fantastic dishes including appetizers and entrees, drinks and desserts. Kind of an eclectic restaurant-bar- galler. Friendly and knowledgeable service, always appreciate looking at local and regional artwork which seems to change seasonally, two of those artists of whom are the restaurant owners! Weve actually acquired a couple pieces.

Beautiful art gallery and delicious food. Artworks for sale on the wall/everywhere. Very artistic idea. Entrees are on the higher side, at middle $30, 5-star tastes & quality. Its a good place to impress your date, or just have a qualify meal with your significant others.

The atmosphere is tremendous.... artwork all around, even on the ceiling; ur sure to find a piece or 2 that U may want to buy & it is for sale! The food is even better and the waite Staff are attentive, well trained & highly competent. Numerous specials & our waiter quoted them all complete with descriptions without any trouble. Our party of 7 placed drink orders, appetizers & entree orders & everything came as ordered including exceptions to menu items i.e. no mushrooms, etc. Cant wait to get back there several more times.

Such an amazing experience!! The dining areas have names to describe each room. The music is great! The food is delicious. Favorite is the Scallop Cake! Favorite dessert is the Coconut Cake!! Key Lime Martini is tasty and refreshing. Walls are decorated with some of the best art work!! My favorite is the lady sculpture in the Hideaway Room. Will visit again

What a find! Our concierge recommend Collectors Cafe to us and we are so glad we gave it a try! The place was beautiful, we loved looking at all the art work, and the food was incredible! They were also quite thoughtful and put us in a private dining room because we brought our kids, that allowed us to relax and enjoy dinner without worrying about the kids bothering other patrons. This may sound small but it was a big deal to us as one of the things we struggle with constantly is finding good places to eat that are also kid friendly. Now that weve found Collectors Cafe we will gladly be going back the next time were in Myrtle Beach! Thank you for a great and delicious evening!!

Love this place for dinner... but stopped in to grab 4 to go desserts and all 4 were just average. Carrot cake, salted caramel, Oreo something, and margarita key lime pie - each one we had a bite or two and decided to leave them on the counter until someone could justify that it had sat out long enough untouched to throw out an $11 each dessert.

Very good food and a cool looking spot, was very intimate, however the tables are closer together than one might would like and I was seated very close to the wall to where it was difficult to get into the chair. Also, due to the tight table area the noise was a bit much. The artwork was exceptional and the food was great to end on a good note. The beer and wine selection was good. And the wait staff was exceptional.

During our visit we ate at several of The Grand Strands best: Sea Blue, NY Prime, 21 Main and Collectors. We returned to Collectors a second night!Katherine is the best server I have had anywhere this year.We ordered drinks to our specification and they were mixed perfectly.

Delicious seafood and I would like to be a collector of things from their dessert case in my belly. They have paintings for sale right in the restaurant that Gamecock fans might find offensive.

The filet was probably one of the best I have ever had! Very eclectic and interesting atmosphere and lots to look at! Servers were very attentive.

Great place if youre looking to treat yourselves. Havent had a bad meal and the service is always topnotch. My wife loved her swordfish and my bone in pork chop was meaty and tasty. They make a great cafe latte & Irish coffee and the blueberry crumble & ice cream dessert was also very good. As a plus some of the artwork can be a real hoot.

Theres nothing else like this place on the Grand Strand, and its really very hard to describe! Ive read various reviews here, some disappointed about it not being fine dining. It is a very good restaurant, but I think I would describe it more as an amazing place rather than just a fine dining restaurant. We usually stop by in the evening for a wonderful, specialty coffee or other drink and a delicious dessert (their Death By Chocolate is over the top). For us, however, spending time looking at the art exhibits while listening to delightful jazz music in the background is all part of the atmosphere here. Its one of our favorite spots at the beach! Its the kind of place you can sit and talk with people that you care about. And yes! You can get some good food too!

The atmosphere was packed wall-to-wall with all kinds of art. Went as part of a group and the food was amazing. I had the steak, tasted phenomenal, but was a bit undercooked for medium. Half the steak was medium the other medium rare. The mashed potatoes were wonderful and the desert was awesome. Cant wait to go back.

This place is great! We celebrated my birthday there and I loved everything about it. From delicious food to excellent customer service!

Love this place. The food is so good and authentic and I love walking around looking at the great art. Its like eating in a museum. They have several rooms to drive in each with its own unique character. Great soft music and a huge bar and little sitting spots. A great place!

The best dinner we have had in quite some time. The meal was well-prepared and attractively plated. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. While the entire meal was special, the scallop cake appetizer was the highlight of the evening. Kudos to the chef and staff.

OMG, what an amazing spot. The food is amazing likewise with the staff. Dont be fooled by the few art pieces you see when you walk in; there are many more so keep on going. I would go back to Myrtle Beach just to visit this Cafe and Gallery. You hit it out of the park.

Collectors is warm and inviting I just move into the Caravelle Towers and Im impressed with the great decor and ambiance of the entire dining area or AREAS. Pam my realtor introduced me and Im so happy! Collectors offers impeccable service and refined contemporary cuisine, making collectors a quintessential Myrtle Beach dining venue! The owners are very nice. Large Groups are catered to with MULTIPLE decorated rooms. The food alone is delicious, and the landmark design and grandeur of the rooms are equally unmatched.
