If I could give them 0 stars I would. Fireworks have been a staple in my family for generations. I spent almost $400 on fireworks this evening and they refused to give me more than 6 or 7 punks. Even when I told them I was going to have a bunch of kids at my house shooting off the smoke bombs and firecrackers. She did offer a free firework worth probably $20 for spend over $300. I guess that’s supposed to make me happy? Can I return the stupid “free” firework for enough punks to shoot the fireworks off?Seriously between your stupid “buy one get 2 free deals” that are designed to force you to buy more of a type of firework that you just want 1 of and your awful customer service how do you even make money? Oh that’s right.... TNT has a monopoly and your only competition is small trailer fundraisers.Seriously. If you have ANY other option GO THERE! If I had not had my son with me I would have walked out and left the fireworks there. I’m sure another stand would have been happy to take my $3-400 and provide me with enough punks to enjoy the 4th.

I will tell you, living in Oklahoma, I really appreciate the air conditioning of an indoor fireworks place during the Independence Day holiday season! It seriously beats standing outside in the heat! I loved how someone greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if Id been there before and since I hadnt, examined to me how the specials worked. I left with plenty of fire power for the fourth of July and didnt spend a run of money. Thanks for making my holiday easy and memorable!

Way too busy and expensive I would much rather help out a little independent firework service up or the high school

Bring your I.D. Everyone who pays must have their ID. They were packed. The lines were pretty long, its pretty hard to explain so Im not even gonna try but the employee was taking specific people to the front of a line. Which is frustrating, when youve been waiting so long. But they are certainly over priced, extremely over priced. I bought something tho! I had too. I just couldnt drive 4 more miles to mustang and buy them for 8xs cheaper. So 4 packs of sparklers cost $10 & 4 boxes of snakes for 3$. Hardly worth it. But you get what you pay for.

Cheep prices and nice people

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They gave me coupons to use and great deals. Showed me every firework show that I asked about. Everyone was very informative with each displays. Ive gone back every year and I will continue to.

They had a package on sale for $400 that I bought in Missouri last year for $100. What a joke

Loud, busy, and full of rude people. The employees were nice but kind of just gave up due to the place being packed (being that it was 4th of July) and everyone looked overwhelmed. Used to walk in there in past years and be greeted with a basket and then shuffled out of there kindly, 10 mins tops. That routine doesn’t exist anymore and it took FOREVER to get out of there.

We got some really stellar deals shopping here. The fireworks were a ton of fun. But some staff were less knowledgeable about product and not very willing to educate

The 4 stars is for the LARGE selection of fireworks, not necessarily for the pricing. Even though they state buy 1 get one Free, if you shop the fireworks, you will find that places like Jakes or tents that sell fireworks are generally cheaper. They too allow coupons, so look for those when you sign up on their website for emails, those are an extreme value. And if you purchase X amount, it also qualifies you for some FREE goodies!

Prices were way to high . There was no one to show you what to buy or to lead you in the right Direction all they had was cash register people. It sucked I will never go back

I came in last night and bought over 500$ in fireworks two absolute powers and three big deluxe I was offered a hand out the door well one of my big deluxe got left behind and I’ve been calling every since and the line stays busy my calls won’t go through very upset I have no clue what to do.

Nothing was buy 1 get 1 free. It was buy 2 get nothing free. Most items were double priced and some were even trippled in price.

Way over priced, everything is buy one get one free (just doubled the prices) so I hope you want two of everything. After we spent all our money, we went right down the street about a mile west to Firework Fanatic, their prices were LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE. And that is factoring in the buy on get one. O ya and its ran by a bunch of cheerleaders.
